Abstract

含有HFO-1234yf(CF3CF=CH2)的有机朗肯循环混合工质,适合作为蒸发温度为60-100℃的低温有机朗肯循环***的制冷剂。该组混合工质由HFO-1234yf;HFE-143;HFE-134;HFC-236ea;HFC-245ca;CF3I;HFC-245fa和HFC-254cb共8种物质按不同的质量比例组成的二元或三元混合物。其制备方法是,将上述各种组元按指定的配比在常温下进行物理混合,得到相应的混合工质。本发明工质不破坏臭氧层,温室效应势较低,符合环保要求;热工参数适宜,循环性能优良。在设计工况下的朗肯循环效率为9.5%左右,单位质量输出净功基本在20kJ/kg以上。

含有HFO-1234yf (CF3CF=CH2)的有机朗肯循环混合工质
技术领域
本发明属于热泵或空调***中的制冷剂,具体涉及到作为蒸发温度为60-100℃的低温有机朗肯循环***中的工质。 
背景技术
低温资源(如低温地热能、废热或太阳能)发电技术的研究,对于减小化石能源消耗和CO2、SO2、NOx等温室气体和环境污染物的排放,实现可持续发展具有重要意义。而制约低温资源发电利用的主要技术因素之一就是***经济性。中温资源发电技术实践表明,以有机朗肯循环为基础的发电技术经济性较好。
近年来,随着能源与环境问题带来的挑战的不断加大,以及技术进步带来的发电经济性的提升,一直被认为不具备发电经济性的低温资源(特别是70-120℃温度范围)的利用开始得到关注。低温资源之所以发电利用经济性较差,其主要原因之一,就是缺乏适合的循环工质。目前用作低温有机朗肯循环的工质有C5F12、HC600等,它们或因温室效应势(GWP)很大,或因易燃易爆,而限制了其推广应用。因此开发一种环境友好、热力性能优良的新型工质,对低温有机朗肯循环技术的发展至关重要。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种适用于低温有机朗肯循环的含有HFO-1234yf的混合工质,可作为蒸发温度为60-100℃的低温地热资源,或其它低品位(如废热,太阳能等)热源的有机朗肯循环***中的工质。 
本发明提出的含有HFO-1234yf(CF3CF=CH2)的有机朗肯循环混合工质共包括了8种组元物质,具体是:HFO-1234yf(CF3CF=CH2),HFC-236ea(1,1,1,2,3,3-六氟丙烷),HFC-245ca(1,1,2,2,3-五氟丙烷),HFC-245fa(1,1,1,3,3-五氟丙烷),CF3I(三氟碘甲烷),HFE-143(CH2FOCHF2),HFE-134(CHF2OCHF2)和HFC-254cb(1,1,2,2-四氟丙烷)。各组元物质的基本参数如表1所示。 
本发明提出的含有HFO-1234yf的有机朗肯循环混合工质,具体组成为: 
由HFO-1234yf、CF3I(三氟碘甲烷)和HFC-254cb组成;或由HFO-1234yf、CF3I和HFC-245ca组成;或由HFO-1234yf、CF3I和HFC-236ea组成;或由HFO-1234yf、CF3I和HFE-134组成;或由HFO-1234yf、CF3I和HFE-143(CH2FOCHF2)组成;或由HFO-1234yf、CF3I和HFC-245fa组成。

HFO-1234yt/CF3I/HFC-245ca        2-93/1-92/2-97%, 
HFO-1234yf/CF3I/HFC-236ea        2-95/3-95/2-95%,

HFO-1234yf/CF3I/HFE-1437-9       1/0-87/5-93%, 
HFO-1234yf/HFC-143/HFC-245fa     5-97/0-94/1-95%。 
以上每种混合工质的各组元物质质量百分数之和为100%。 
上述混合工质的制备方法是,将各组元物质按其指定的质量配比在常温下进行物理混合即可。 
本发明具有以下优点及有益效果: 
(1)环境性能:本发明的ODP等于零,环境特性优良。(2)热工参数:在低温有机朗肯循环***设计工况(如蒸发温度90℃、冷凝温度35℃、过热度5℃或乏气过热度0℃下的蒸发压力在1500.0kPa左右、冷凝压力在350.0kPa左右、膨胀比在4.50左右。(3)循环性能:本发明在上述设计工况下的朗肯循环效率为9.5%左右、单位质量输出净功基本在23kJ/kg以上(在汽轮机等熵效率为75%的条件下),循环性能优良。

具体实施方式
实施例1:取3mass%HFO-1234yf、45mass%CF3I和52mass%HFC-254cb,在常温下进行物理混合后作为制冷剂。 
实施例2:取10mass%HFO-1234yf、38mass%CF3I和52mass%HFC-245ca,在常温下进行物理混合后作为制冷剂。 
实施例3:取4mass%HFO-1234yf、36mass%CF3I和60mass%HFC-236ea,在常温下进行物 理混合后作为制冷剂。 
实施例4:取21mass%HFO-1234yf、18mass%CF3I和61mass%HFE-134,在常温下进行物理混合后作为制冷剂。 
实施例5:取11mass%HFO-1234yf、70mass%CF3I和19mass%HFE-143,在常温下进行物理混合后作为制冷剂。 
实施例6:取26mass%HFO-1234yf、20mass%CF3I和54mass%HFC-245fa,在常温下进行物理混合后作为制冷剂。 
以低温地热有机朗肯循环为例,低温地热有机朗肯循环***设计工况取为:平均蒸发温度为90℃,平均冷凝温度为30℃,蒸发过热度为5℃(对有些工质,为保证避免膨胀终了进入两相区,取乏气过热度为0℃,在此条件下反算的蒸发过热度为6-10℃),膨胀过程定熵效率以及工质泵效率为75%,根据循环计算,上述6个实施例的有关参数和循环性能指标如表2所示。

Claims (2)

1.含有HFO-1234yf(CF3CF=CH2,2,3,3,3-四氟-1-丙烯)的有机朗肯循环混合工质,包括HFC-236ea(1,1,1,2,3,3-六氟丙烷),HFC-245ca(1,1,2,2,3-五氟丙烷),HFC-245fa(1,1,1,3,3-五氟丙烷),CF3I(三氟碘甲烷),HFE-143(CH2FOCHF2),HFE-134(CHF2OCHF2)和HFC-254cb(1,1,2,2-四氟丙烷),其特征是混合工质由HFO-1234yf、CF3I(三氟碘甲烷)和HFC-254cb组成;或由HFO-1234yf、CF3I和HFC-245ca组成;或由HFO-1234yf、CF3I和HFC-236ea组成;或由HFO-1234yf、CF3I和HFE-134组成;或由HFO-1234yf、CF3I和HFE-143(CH2FOCHF2)组成;或由HFO-1234yf、CF3I和HFC-245fa组成。
2.按照权利要求1所述的含有HFO-1234yf(CF3CF=CH2,2,3,3,3-四氟-1-丙烯)的有机朗肯循环混合工质,其特征是上述各组元物质的质量百分比具体为:
