本发明属于一次性医疗防护用品领域,具体地说是一种一次性医疗防护服的生产工艺。本发明生产的防护服,对细菌、病毒等病原体、腐蚀性物质、放射性固体尘埃等有毒有害物质具有高阻隔性能,用它可制作一次性的医疗防护产品,如手术服、帽、洞巾、特殊工作服等等。
背景技术
医疗防护服是医护人员在接触、处理病人患处等治疗过程中,普遍使用的一种防护器具。它能在整个医疗过程中,尤其是在外科手术中,有效地防止病人可能感染乙肝、丙肝、爱滋病毒的血液、体液渗透到防护服内部,造成对医护人员的感染。
国际上对医疗防护服的防护性能有非常严格的规定,如美国ANSI标准中,将医疗防护服区分为4个级别,分别用于不同的场合。这4个等级的防护服,均需要做AATCC42标准的喷淋水测试;自第2级以上,还需要做静水压测试,结果必须在200mm水柱压力下不渗漏;从第3级以上,静水压必需在500mm水柱压力下不渗漏;最严格的是用于外科手术的防护用具,属第4级,还需要通过ASTM F1670的合成血液渗漏测试和ASTM F1671的血液病原体抗菌素渗漏测试。
多年以来,我们在制造医疗防护服及其它防护用品时,通常采用缝纫的方法缝合衣服的袖、领等部位。但是,传统的缝纫法都是采用针线缝纫,尽管可以用针的粗细、线的粗细搭配面料,使得针孔尽可能细小密实,但是,针孔的存在,总是有病毒、细菌等有害病原体,或者有毒有害物质穿过针孔,感染或侵害医护人员的风险。从性能测试上看,以针线缝纫的手术服,最高能够达到的AATCC127静水压只能达到400-500mm水柱压力,作为第4级外科手术服,其防护能力存在一定的风险。另外,由于针缝是采用对缝的方法缝纫,在外观上存在一条细凹槽,在外科手术时,容易在凹槽里存留患者血液、体液等潜在感染源。
为了制造对细菌、病毒等致病源和有毒有害物质具有高阻隔等级的防护服,以用于高安全等级要求的场合,人们采用了许多方法,如采用密封胶带对缝纫部位进行粘贴加固、为提高防护等级,在重点部位增添加强片防护、采用热熔法对缝纫部位进行热熔合、甚至采用超声波缝纫对防护服进行缝纫。但是,这些方法都有一些不可避免的缺陷。采用密封胶带加固的方式,将会增加手术衣的整体重量,使医护人员在长时间手术过程中,负荷增加导致快速疲劳;缝合部位变得厚重,不利于医护人员的精细操作;密封胶带的引入,使得手术衣成份复杂化,有引入胶粘剂化学物质的风险;手术衣生产中密封胶带的施工,将引起生产成本的大幅提高,给病人增加了经济负担。同样道理,在重点部位添加加强片,也使得增加手术衣的重量,增加了厚重感,提高了手术衣的成本。
采用热熔法对缝纫部位进行热熔合,如图1,图中,1是缝合用的面料,2是缝纫部位结构。由于熔合面比较宽,尽管提高了手术服的防护性能,但是,一方面它使得防护服缝合处***,不利于医护人员操作,另一方面,它使得手术服的缝纫部位变脆,穿着者稍微用力,缝纫部位就容易开裂。特别是当医生在穿手术服时,缝纫部位不但会受到横向力,也容易受到沿缝纫线纵向的力,在纵向力下,热熔法缝纫部位也同样很容易裂开。采用普通的超声波缝纫时,限于超声波缝纫机的功率等因素,通常为了减小的熔合面积,将熔合图案设计成如图2所示,图2中,3是缝合用的面料,4是缝纫部位结构。为提高手术服的防护性能,尽管也可以将缝纫线设计成闭合线,如图3,但是它的缝合强度很低,在穿着或使用过程中易开裂,图3中,5是缝合用的面料,6是缝纫部位结构。另外,为了便于操作,普通的超声波缝纫时,材料的迭合方式都是采用并排迭合的方式,简称为对缝,如图4,图4中,7是缝合用的面料,8是缝纫部位结构。以这种迭合方式做的超声波缝纫线,当施加不大的力时,沿缝纫线边缘的面料很容易被撕裂,缝纫强度差。     
发明内容
本发明的目的是研究出一种一次性医疗防护服用高阻隔性超声波焊缝生产工艺。
本发明要解决的是现有具热熔性纤维织物和非织物、薄膜及其复合和层合面料制作一次性防护服时,存在的缝合部位需用胶粘制品、加强片带来的防护服重量重、偏硬、舒适度低、外形不美观、采用过多合成化学品、成本过高等的问题;本发明也解决了普通热融缝纫、超声波缝纫存在的缝纫线变脆、强度不足、防护性不足等问题。
本发明所述的一次性医疗防护服用高阻隔性超声波焊缝生产工艺,包括:
1)选用热熔性的材料作为医疗防护服的面料;
2)采用有闭合花纹的超声波焊接模具焊接;
3)对医疗防护服面料缝合处的焊接:通过闭合花纹的超声波焊接模具,对面料缝合处进行平面迭合结构的超声波焊接,焊接后的焊缝花纹为闭合结构。
所述的超声波闭合花纹结构,是指在缝合线两边,不存在没有被焊熔的通路,以保证缝纫线的防护性能。而特殊的花纹结构,又能使得缝纫线部位柔软、轻薄、具有高强度。当采用平面迭合结构缝纫后,其撕破强度甚至可以高于面料本身的撕破强度。
所述的热熔性的材料为高分子材料,包括但不限于是PP、PET、PE;所述热熔性的材料的外形结构包括但不限于纤维织物、非织造物薄膜片材、或纤维织物/非织造物与热熔性薄膜的复合物。具体的如PP、PE、PET等单双组分纤维制成的纺粘无纺布、SMS、SMMS、PE薄膜以及它们的淋膜复合、胶复合面料等等。
所述的面料缝合处平面迭合结构的超声波焊接为面料在同方向,同一平面迭合在一起,然后施加超声波缝纫的焊接。
所述的超声波焊缝是指用具有一定花纹的模具,对需要缝合的面料施加一定频率超声波,使得被缝合的面料间因机械能转换产生热量,熔融融合复合材料的接合处。
本发明的优点:一是本发明生产的医疗防护服防护等级高,不渗漏,安全可靠,可以适用于高等级手术服的生产;二是用本发明制成的防护服缝纫部位具有高强度,使用可靠性好;三是用本发明制成的防护服舒适度好、外形美观、轻巧,成本低廉;四是采用本发明缝纫的防护服,外观平整光滑,在使用过程中,没有缝隙可以留存患者血液、体液等感染源。本发明可适用于市场是绝大多数用于医疗防护服的面料。

如图5所示,本发明所述的一次性医疗防护服用高阻隔性超声波焊缝生产工艺包括:
1)选用热熔性的材料作为医疗防护服的面料;
2)采用有闭合花纹的超声波焊接模具焊接;
3)对医疗防护服面料缝合处的焊接:通过闭合花纹的超声波焊接模具,对面料缝合处进行平面迭合结构的超声波焊接,焊接后的焊缝花纹为闭合结构。
所述的超声波焊缝花纹为闭合结构为在超声波缝合线两边不存在无焊缝连接通路,所述的焊缝处焊接后的接合强度有等于或高于医疗防护服面料本身的强度。
所述的热熔性的材料为高分子材料,包括但不限于是PP、PET、PE;所述热熔性的材料的外形结构包括但不限于纤维织物、非织造物薄膜片材、或纤维织物/非织造物与热熔性薄膜的复合物。
所述的面料缝合处平面迭合结构的超声波焊接为面料在同方向,同一平面迭合在一起,然后施加超声波缝纫的焊接。
图5中,9是缝合用的面料,10是缝纫部位结构。
本发明焊接的医疗防护服,其超声波迭缝的性能较佳,具体为:
如面料采用SMS进行超声波平面迭合焊缝,在面料有缝纫部位的测试数据如下表:

根据上述测试数据可知,本发明超声波迭缝处的静水压(mm水柱), 撕裂强度(N/in)最高。
如面料采用PP/PE双组份无纺布上PE淋膜复合物,进行超声波平面迭合焊缝,在面料有缝纫部位的测试数据如下表:

根据上述测试数据可知,本发明超声波迭缝的静水压(mm水柱),撕裂强度(N/in)高于超声波对缝。

Claims (4)

1.一种一次性医疗防护服用高阻隔性超声波焊缝生产工艺,其特征在于所述的工艺包括:
1)选用热熔性的材料作为医疗防护服的面料;
2)采用有闭合花纹的超声波焊接模具焊接;
3)对医疗防护服面料缝合处的焊接:通过闭合花纹的超声波焊接模具,对面料缝合处进行平面迭合结构的超声波焊接,焊接后的焊缝花纹为闭合结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性医疗防护服用高阻隔性超声波焊缝生产工艺,其特征在于所述的超声波焊缝花纹为闭合结构为在超声波缝合线两边不存在无焊缝连接通路,所述的焊缝处焊接后的接合强度有等于或高于医疗防护服面料本身的强度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一次性医疗防护服用高阻隔性超声波焊缝生产工艺,其特征在于所述的热熔性的材料为高分子材料,包括但不限于是PP、PET、PE;所述热熔性的材料的外形结构包括但不限于纤维织物、非织造物薄膜片材、或纤维织物/非织造物与热熔性薄膜的复合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一次性医疗防护服用高阻隔性超声波焊缝生产工艺,其特征在于所述的面料缝合处平面迭合结构的超声波焊接为面料在同方向,同一平面迭合在一起,然后施加超声波缝纫的焊接。
