发明公开了一种耐热抗蠕变低成本镁合金的制备方法,解决现有镁合金抗蠕变性低,成本高的问题。包括以下步骤:(1)先将金属镁锭在坩锅内于645-655℃下制成镁熔体;(2)将镁熔体加热到745-765℃,在加热过程中逐渐加入7.8-8.3%的铝、0.17-0.35%的锰、0.9-1.2%的钙、0.15-0.35%的锶,获得镁合金熔体;(3)将镁合金熔体按常规方法精炼,静置,使得镁合金熔体温度降至650-670℃时进行浇铸,即得成品。本发明方法操作简单,成本低,抗蠕变性有显著提高,其室温和150℃时力学性能优于AZ9镁合金。

Description

一种耐热抗蠕变低成本镁合金的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于金属镁及镁合金冶炼行业,具体涉及一种耐热抗蠕变低成本镁合金的制备方法。
背景技术
镁合金具有很高的比强度和比刚度,高的尺寸稳定性和阻尼减震性,良好的机械加工性能,而且易于回收利用,但是镁合金的高温强度和抗蠕变性能较差,成为限制镁合金广泛应用的重要原因。
蠕变是金属在恒定温度恒定拉伸载荷下,试件变形随时间缓慢增大的现象。特别是在高温下,除了随变形产生的加工硬化外,还产生在低温下或在其他变形机理中不太明显的具有高激活能打恢复、扩散、相变等过程。镁合金属于六方结构,只有4个独立的滑移系,塑性变形能力较差。
为了扩大镁合金的使用领域,提高镁合金的耐热抗蠕变性,降低制作成本就显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有镁合金抗蠕变性低,成本高的问题,而提供了一种耐热抗蠕变低成本镁合金的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下的技术方案实现的:
一种耐热抗蠕变低成本镁合金的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将金属镁锭在坩锅内于645-655℃下制成镁熔体;
(2)将镁熔体加热到745-765℃,在加热过程中逐渐加入7.8-8.3%的铝、0.17-0.35%的锰、0.9-1.2%的钙、0.15-0.35%的锶,获得镁合金熔体;
(3)将镁合金熔体按常规方法精炼,静置,使得镁合金熔体温度降至650-670℃时进行浇铸,即得成品。
本发明镁合金添加了铝、锰、钙、锶,其中铝可提高合金强度和硬度,也能拓宽凝固区,改善铸造性能;锰能提高屈服强度,通过除去铁及其他重金属元素避免生成有害的晶间化合物来提高镁铝合金的抗海水腐蚀能力,在熔炼过程中部分有害的金属间化合物会分离出来,还可以细化晶粒,提高可焊性;钙能够改善镁合金的冶金质量,在铸造合金浇铸前加入来减轻金属熔体和铸件热处理过程中的氧化,还可以细化合金晶粒,提高合金的蠕变抗力,提高薄板的可轧制性,同时钙还可以降低镁合金的微电池效应;锶是一种重要的合金化元素,既可以提高镁合金再结晶温度和减缓再结晶过程,又可以细化晶粒,从而提高镁合金的受热蠕变抗力。
本发明方法操作简单,成本低,将依据本发明方法获得的镁合金根据GB/T228进行检验,抗蠕变性有显著提高,其室温和150℃时力学性能优于AZ9镁合金,其中拉伸强度达到231-250MPa,屈服强度达到110-135MPa,伸长率达到3-4%。
具体实施方式
实施例1 
一种耐热抗蠕变低成本镁合金的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将金属镁锭在坩锅内于645℃下制成镁熔体;
(2)将镁熔体加热到745℃,在加热过程中逐渐加入8.0%的铝、0.17%的锰、0.9%的钙、0.25%的锶,获得镁合金熔体;
(3)将镁合金熔体按常规方法精炼,静置,使得镁合金熔体温度降至650-670℃时进行浇铸,即得成品。
实施例2
一种耐热抗蠕变低成本镁合金的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将金属镁锭在坩锅内于650℃下制成镁熔体;
(2)将镁熔体加热到755℃,在加热过程中逐渐加入7.8%的铝、0.25%的锰、1.2%的钙、0.15%的锶,获得镁合金熔体;
(3)将镁合金熔体按常规方法精炼,静置,使得镁合金熔体温度降至650-670℃时进行浇铸,即得成品。
实施例3
一种耐热抗蠕变低成本镁合金的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将金属镁锭在坩锅内于655℃下制成镁熔体;
(2)将镁熔体加热到765℃,在加热过程中逐渐加入8.3%的铝、0.35%的锰、1.0%的钙、0.35%的锶,获得镁合金熔体;
(3)将镁合金熔体按常规方法精炼,静置,使得镁合金熔体温度降至650-670℃时进行浇铸,即得成品。
实施例4
一种耐热抗蠕变低成本镁合金的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将金属镁锭在坩锅内于655℃下制成镁熔体;
(2)将镁熔体加热到765℃,在加热过程中逐渐加入8.0%的铝、0.25%的锰、1.1%的钙、0.25%的锶,获得镁合金熔体;
(3)将镁合金熔体按常规方法精炼,静置,使得镁合金熔体温度降至650-670℃时进行浇铸,即得成品。

1.一种耐热抗蠕变低成本镁合金的制备方法,其特征是包括以下步骤:
(1)先将金属镁锭在坩锅内于645-655℃下制成镁熔体;
(2)将镁熔体加热到745-765℃,在加热过程中逐渐加入8.0%的铝、0.25%的锰、1.1%的钙、0.25%的锶,获得镁合金熔体;
(3)将镁合金熔体按常规方法精炼,静置,使得镁合金熔体温度降至650-670℃时进行浇铸,即得成品。
