Abstract

一种电池连接器,包括绝缘本体和导电端子,绝缘本体设有对接面、与对接面相对的组装面以及收容导电端子的收容槽,收容槽贯穿于对接面和组装面,导电端子包括一个板状固持部,固持部两侧突出设有干涉部,其中,收容槽的两侧面在邻近组装面处设有贯穿组装面且彼此平行的两第二配合槽,一夹缝开设在远离组装面处且连通两第二配合槽,导电端子的干涉部穿过第二配合槽而固定在夹缝内。本发明导电端子在组装的过程中对位明确,不容易产生偏差;组装方式简便,固持稳定。

电池连接器及其组装方法
【技术领域】
本发明是关于一种电池连接器及其组装方法。
【背景技术】
一种电池连接器包括一绝缘本体、若干由下至上组装于绝缘本体收容槽内的导电端子,以及装设于绝缘本体两侧端用以固持电池连接器至电路板板上之固持装置。导电端子的接触部凸出于绝缘本体的前表面,并且弹性连接于收容于收容槽内部的弹性部,与弹性部另一端相连的固持部干涉卡持于收容槽后方的干涉槽内。这种电池连接器在将导电端子装配组入绝缘本体的过程中,经常由于导电端子的固持部和绝缘本体的干涉槽定位不准而导致固持部折弯,无法正常组装。
鉴于此,实有必要一种新的电池连接器可以解决上述问题。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题是防止在组装过程中导电端子对位不准而导致固持部发生弯折的现象。
本发明是这样解决上述技术问题的:一种电池连接器,包括绝缘本体和导电端子,绝缘本体设有对接面、与对接面相对的组装面以及收容导电端子的收容槽,收容槽贯穿于对接面和组装面,导电端子包括一个板状固持部,固持部两侧突出设有干涉部,其中,收容槽的两侧面在邻近组装面处设有贯穿组装面且彼此平行的两第二配合槽,一夹缝开设在远离组装面处且连通两第二配合槽,导电端子的干涉部穿过第二配合槽而固定在夹缝内。
与现有技术相比较,本发明具有以下优点:导电端子在组装的过程中对位明确,不容易产生偏差,并且组装方式简便,固持稳定。

【具体实施方式】
下面,将结合附图对本发明作进一步详细描述。
请参阅图1,电池连接器1包括绝缘本体10、收容于绝缘本体10的导电端子20、卡持于绝缘本体10外的加强片30。
请参阅图2与图3,绝缘本体10为沿一个长度方向延伸的塑胶壳体,绝缘本体10设有一个上表面101和与上表面101相对的下表面102以及对接面103和组装面104。下表面102则形成将电池连接器1安装于印刷电路板(未图示)的安装面。收容导电端子20的收容槽105沿长度方向排列,并且分别贯通于下表面102、对接面103和组装面104。收容槽105内水平相对的侧面凹陷,每个侧面形成上下方向相互间隔平行设置的第一配合槽1051a、1051b,该两第一配合槽1051a、1051b与对接面103贯通,且两者之间形成第一凸块部1054。收容槽105在邻近组装面104处设有第二配合槽1052a、1052b,该两配合槽与组装面104贯通。第一、二配合槽1051、1052在上下方向上错开,且第一凸块部1054与第二配合槽1052a,1052b在上下方向上等宽。同样,第二配合槽1052a,1052b之间形成的第二凸块部1055与第一配合槽1051a、1051b在上下方向上等宽。第一、二凸块部1054、1055之间留有夹缝1053,使得第一、二配合槽之间在上下方向上贯通。下表面102凸出设有两个定位柱107分列于长度方向的两端。
导电端子20设有呈平板状的固持部201,该固持部201的两侧分别凸出形成倒刺状的干涉部202。固持部201的上下两端分别延伸设有弹性部203和焊接部204。焊接部204在组装后延伸出绝缘本体10的下表面102,与一印刷电路板相焊接,弹性部203由固持部201的上端向下弯折延伸,并在弹性部203末端两侧形成一对接触部205。接触部205的端部形成有压持于收容槽105内侧面的压持片206。压持片206用以提供给导电端子20的接触部205一定的预压力。接触部205则突出于对接面103,用以和一电池配合。
加强片30包括均为板状并且相互垂直设置的卡持片301和焊接片302。绝缘本体10长度方向的两个侧面凹陷设有卡持加强片30的加强槽106。卡持片301卡持于绝缘本体10侧边的加强槽106,同时焊接片302焊接于印刷电路板,与卡持片301共同固定该电连接器于印刷电路板。
组装时,导电端子20由绝缘本体10的组装面104组入收容槽105,使导电端子20的干涉部202从第二配合槽1052装入,直至其到达夹缝1053,如图3所示的中间端子。之后,向上抵压导电端子20,使得干涉部202向绝缘本体10的上表面101方向组装,使部分干涉部202进入第一配合槽1051中,如图3所示的最左边端子。干涉部202不仅在左右方向干涉配合,且在前后方向被第一、二凸块部抵挡。而且,导电端子20的干涉部202在向前抵压时被第一凸块部1054抵挡,不需要另外的定位装置。
本发明的技术内容和技术特点已揭示如上,然而熟悉本领域的技术人员仍可能基于本发明的教示及揭示进行种种不背离本发明精神的替换和修饰。因此,本发明的保护范围应不限于实施方式所揭示的内容,而包括各种不背离本发明的替换和修饰,均为本专利申请权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (8)

1.一种电池连接器,包括绝缘本体和导电端子,绝缘本体设有对接面、与对接面相对的组装面以及收容导电端子的收容槽,收容槽贯穿于对接面和组装面,导电端子包括一个板状固持部,固持部两侧突出设有干涉部,其特征在于:收容槽的两侧面在邻近组装面处设有贯穿组装面且彼此平行的两第二配合槽,一夹缝开设在远离组装面处且连通两第二配合槽,导电端子的干涉部穿过第二配合槽而固定在夹缝内。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池连接器,其特征在于:收容槽的两侧面设有位于第二配合槽前侧且与第二配合槽交错设置的第一配合槽,上述夹缝贯穿第一、二配合槽。
3.如权利要求2所述的电池连接器,其特征在于:相邻的第二配合槽之间形成第二凸块部,第二凸块部与第一配合槽在上下方向上等宽。
4.如权利要求3所述的电池连接器,其特征在于:导电端子设有凸出于对接面的接触部,接触部的末端延伸有压持片,压持片抵压于收容槽内侧。
5.如权利要求4所述的电池连接器,其特征在于:导电端子还包括有弹性部,弹性部两端分别连接固持部和接触部。
6.一种电池连接器的组装方法,其包括:
第一,提供一绝缘本体,绝缘本体设有对接面、与对接面相对的组装面及收容槽,收容槽的两侧面在邻近组装面处设有贯穿组装面且彼此平行的第二配合槽,一夹缝开设在远离组装面处且连通两第二配合槽;
第二,提供一导电端子,包括一个板状固持部,固持部两侧突出设有干涉部;
第三,将导电端子的固持部的干涉部从组装面压入第二配合槽,直至其到达夹缝;
第四,抵压导电端子,使干涉部沿夹缝移动并至少部分离开第二配合槽。
7.如权利要求6所述的电池连接器的组装方法,其特征在于:第二配合槽之间形成第二凸块部,干涉部至少部分被第二凸块部所抵挡而不能向组装面移动。
8.如权利要求7所述的电池连接器的组装方法,其特征在于:第二配合槽的前端设有与其交错排列的第一配合槽,干涉部至少部分进入配合槽。
