Abstract

一种电连接器,安装于水平电路板上,其包括具有上下两排对接接口的绝缘本体及装设于绝缘本体的端子模组。对接连接器可***对接接口中与端子模组导电配合。所述端子模组包括对应上对接接口的上端子组、水平方向设置承载上端子组的上电路板、竖直设置连接上电路板的右电路板、对应下对接接口的下端子组、水平方向设置承载下端子组的下电路板、竖直设置连接下电路板的左电路板。所述上下电路板承载端子的结构稳定,便于串音干涉补偿设计。

【技术领域】
本发明关于一种电连接器,尤其涉及电连接器的防串音干涉结构。
【背景技术】
网络接口连接器RJ45用于高速传输时,需要设置滤波与防窜音干涉电子元件。对于具有堆叠式接口的RJ45,通常设有竖直的两内置电路板,用以承载滤波与防窜音干涉电子元件。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好防串音干涉效果的电连接器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种安装于水平电路板上的电连接器,其包括具有上下两排对接接口的绝缘本体及装设于绝缘本体的端子模组,对接连接器可***对接接口中与端子模组导电配合,所述端子模组包括对应上对接接口的上端子组、水平方向设置承载上端子组的上电路板、竖直设置连接上电路板的右电路板、对应下对接接口的下端子组、水平方向设置承载下端子组的下电路板、竖直设置连接下电路板的左电路板。
相对现有技术,本发明中,上端子组与下端子组分别安装于水平方向设置的上下电路板,并通过上下电路板连接至左右电路板,连接稳定,且上下电路板结构便于串音干涉补偿设计。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图3,所揭示为一种符合本发明的电连接器100,用以安装于水平电路板120上,其具有2X4个对接接口204,且对接接口204在水平与上下方向均对齐。该电连接器100包括绝缘本体200、从后端装设于绝缘本体200的四个端子模组400及三个屏蔽组件54、覆盖于绝缘本体200与端子模组400及屏蔽组件54的屏蔽壳体126、128、环形套设于屏蔽壳体126、128的支架124、及设置于支架124前面的导电橡胶圈122。
请参阅图4,所述端子模组400包括中间支架500、安装于中间支架500的外接端子模组52、安装于中间支架500的相反两侧的左电路板46与右电路板47、及对接端子模组41。
请参阅图6,所述对接端子模组41包括若干对接端子(上端子组42与下端子组44)、承载上端子组42的上电路板43、承载下端子组44的下电路板45、将上电路板43与下电路板45组合在一起的前塑胶件415、设置于上电路板43与下电路板45之间的第一屏蔽片418。实际上,第一屏蔽片418也是处于上电路板43与下电路板45之间,所述第一屏蔽片418固定于前塑胶件415。
所述前塑胶件415一体注塑成型,其具有水平的平板410,在平板410上下表面后端分别设有定位柱412,上电路板43与下电路板45均设有定位通孔432以与定位柱412配合。所述平板410上下两表面的前端均设有前后方向延伸的导槽414,所述上电路板43、下电路板45可分别倾斜滑入上述导槽414。
请参阅图4至图8,所述中间支架500包括竖直设置的第三屏蔽片50及分别设置于第三屏蔽片50左右两侧的左塑胶件48与右塑胶件49。所述左塑胶件48设有定位柱486,第三屏蔽片50设有定位孔503,所述定位柱486嵌入定位孔503中,另外,此定位柱486还与右塑胶件49配合,从而使中间支架500形成一个整体。所述第三屏蔽片50设有向前延伸的弹性臂502,两弹性臂502夹持于第一屏蔽片418的相反两侧,从而使第一屏蔽片418与第三屏蔽片50形成导电接触。所述第三屏蔽片50设有向下延伸超出绝缘本体200的接地脚504,用以与前述水平电路板120连接。所述第三屏蔽片50设有向左弯折并连接于左电路板46的左连接臂506、及向右弯折并连接于右电路板47的右连接臂508。
作为第三屏蔽片50的另一实施方式(结合参阅图15),所述定位孔503设有拉伸成型的凸缘505,所述凸缘505可以增大定位孔503与定位柱486的配合面积,提高定位柱486的承压能力。
所述第三屏蔽片50后端设有向后穿过屏蔽壳体128并分别向相反侧弯折的铆扣片509。左电路板46、右电路板47竖直平行相对,且其内侧安装有若干电子元件462,其的前端分别设有开槽464、开槽474。上电路板43后端向右侧设有延伸穿过开槽474至右电路板47外侧的导电边缘431,该导电边缘431具有若干导电片433。下电路板45后端向左侧设有延伸穿过开槽464至左电路板46外侧的导电边缘451,该导电边缘451具有若干导电片453。右电路板47的外侧开槽474的相对两侧设有若干导电片476,所述端子模组400还包括连接上电路板43的导电片433与右电路板47的导电片476的连接端子478。左电路板46的外侧开槽464的相对两侧设有若干导电片466,所述端子模组400还包括连接下电路板45的导电片453与左电路板46的导电片466的连接端子468。
请参阅图9至图11,绝缘本体200设有***述对接端子的若干开槽206,所述对接端子系从金属料带冲切形成,并具来自料带表面的原料面423及冲切形成的冲切面424,所述对接端子设有连接原料面423与冲切面424的圆形倒角425,所述倒角425在对接端子进入绝缘本体200之开槽206时,与开槽206之侧壁208导引配合。所述对接端子具有倾斜延伸进入对接接口204以与对接连接器配合的接触臂420,接触臂420具有自由末端421,所述自由末端421收容于开槽206内。所述自由末端421相对对接端子接触臂420其他部分宽度尺寸更小。所述对接端子固定于对接接口204的一侧壁202,所述对接端子的接触臂420自该侧壁202倾斜向后延伸。
请参阅图3与图12至图14,屏蔽组件54处于绝缘本体200之相邻两列对接接口204之间,其包括第二屏蔽片548及一体包覆成型于第二屏蔽片548的塑胶体55。所述塑胶体55与绝缘本体200配合,从而将第二屏蔽片548固定于绝缘本体200。所述第二屏蔽片548向前延伸超出上端子组42与下端子组44,以形成水平相邻两对接接口204之间较为完整的屏蔽。所述第二屏蔽片548设有若干向下延伸超出绝缘本体200的接地脚546。
所述塑胶体55一侧在对应端子模组400的上电路板43位置设有前后方向延伸的让位槽552,相反一侧在对应另一相邻端子模组400的下电路板45位置设有前后方向延伸的让位槽553。第二屏蔽片在相应让位槽位置形成有弯折,以便于减小屏蔽组件54的厚度。另外,所述绝缘本体200在相邻两列对接接口204之间设有分隔壁203,分隔壁203设有向前开设的固持槽207,固持槽207的侧壁设有嵌入前述让位槽552的凸起209,从而将屏蔽组件54固持于绝缘本体200。所述塑胶体55下侧向水平相反方向凸设有两抵压凸肋556,抵压凸肋556可抵压配合于对应端子模组400的下侧,从而可对端子模组400起到固持作用,并且便于将接地脚546装入水平电路板120。
请参阅图8,所述外接端子模组52包括将左电路板46与右电路板47连接至水平电路板120的外接端子522、固持所述外接端子522的底部塑胶520。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,安装于水平电路板上,其包括具有上下两排对接接口的绝缘本体及装设于绝缘本体的端子模组,对接连接器可***对接接口中与端子模组导电配合,其特征在于:所述端子模组包括对应上对接接口的上端子组、水平方向设置承载上端子组的上电路板、竖直设置连接上电路板的右电路板、对应下对接接口的下端子组、水平方向设置承载下端子组的下电路板、竖直设置连接下电路板的左电路板。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述右电路板设有水平开槽,并在右电路板的外侧开槽的相对两侧设有若干导电片,上电路板设有延伸穿过开槽至右电路板外侧的导电边缘,所述导电边缘设有导电片,所述端子模组还包括连接上电路板的导电片与右电路板的导电片的连接端子。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子模组还包括水平设置于上电路板与下电路板之间的第一屏蔽片、与竖直设置于左电路板与右电路板之间的第三屏蔽片,所述第一屏蔽片与第三屏蔽片导电连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第三屏蔽片设有向前延伸的弹性臂,两弹性臂夹持于第一屏蔽片的相反两侧。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第三屏蔽片设有向下延伸超出绝缘本体的接地脚。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子模组还包括设置于第三屏蔽片与左电路板之间的左塑胶件、设置于第三屏蔽片与右电路板之间的右塑胶件、设置于上电路板与下电路板之间的前塑胶件。
7.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第三屏蔽片设有向左弯折并连接于左电路板的左连接臂、及向右弯折并连接于右电路板的右连接臂。
8.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器还包括覆盖于绝缘本体的屏蔽壳体,所述第三屏蔽片后端设有向后穿过屏蔽壳体并分别向相反侧弯折的铆扣片。
9.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子模组还包括设置于下侧外接端子,所述外接端子将左电路板与右电路板分别连接至前述水平电路板。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:端子模组还包括固定外接端子的底部塑胶件。
