一种业务能力的通知方法、装置和***;其中业务能力的通知方法实施例的实现可以为:获取移动台的单时隙自适应多用户信道语音业务的能力信息;若所述移动台需要切换到其它基站子***,则在源基站子***到目标基站子***的消息中添加所述移动台单时隙自适应多用户信道语音业务的能力信息;将所述源基站子***到目标基站子***的消息发送给目标基站子***。
