本发明涉及一种户外气体绝缘开关设备。
背景技术
现有的气体绝缘开关，存在维护不便等问题，工作性能也不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构合理，检修方便、产品性能好的40.5KV户外气体绝缘开关设备。
本发明的技术解决方案是：
一种40.5KV户外气体绝缘开关设备，包括气箱、弹簧操作机构、真空断路器，其特征是：气箱中设置与进线电缆连接的隔离、接地三工位开关的进线侧静触头、与隔离、接地三工位开关的出线电缆连接的隔离、接地三工位开关的出线侧静触头，与进线电缆连接的隔离、接地三工位开关的进线侧静触头及与隔离、接地三工位开关的出线侧静触头分别与绝缘丝杆的左右端连接，且绝缘丝杆的左右端的螺纹方向相反，绝缘丝杆与丝杆传动机构连接，隔离、接地三工位开关的左右动触头通过内螺纹与绝缘丝杆配合，在隔离、接地三工位开关的左右动触头之间设置与绝缘丝杆连接的接地静触头；真空断路器设置在气箱中。
本发明结构合理，检修更换十分方便、安全；断路器与隔离开关均安装在气箱中，作为一个整体模块***密封气箱，生产过程中的调试及维护十分便利，产品性能稳定。

一种40.5KV户外气体绝缘开关设备，包括气箱1、弹簧操作机构2、真空断路器3，气箱中设置与进线电缆4连接的隔离、接地三工位开关的进线侧静触头5、与隔离、接地三工位开关的出线电缆6连接的隔离、接地三工位开关的出线侧静触头7，与进线电缆连接的隔离、接地三工位开关的进线侧静触头及与隔离、接地三工位开关的出线侧静触头分别与绝缘丝杆8的左右端连接，且绝缘丝杆的左右端的螺纹方向相反，绝缘丝杆与丝杆传动机构（包括链轮9、驱动机构10）连接，隔离、接地三工位开关的左右动触头通过内螺纹与绝缘丝杆配合，在隔离、接地三工位开关的左右动触头之间设置与绝缘丝杆连接的接地静触头11；真空断路器设置在气箱中。
隔离、接地三工位开关的动触头通过弹簧触指与隔离、接地三工位开关的出线端连接，随绝缘丝杆的转动方向不同，与隔离、接地三工位开关的接地端静触头连接接地或与隔离、接地三工位开关的进线侧静触头、出线侧静触头连接闭合。

1.一种40.5KV户外气体绝缘开关设备，包括气箱、弹簧操作机构、真空断路器，其特征是：气箱中设置与进线电缆连接的隔离、接地三工位开关的进线侧静触头、与隔离、接地三工位开关的出线电缆连接的隔离、接地三工位开关的出线侧静触头，与进线电缆连接的隔离、接地三工位开关的进线侧静触头及隔离、接地三工位开关的出线侧静触头分别与绝缘丝杆的左右端连接，且绝缘丝杆的左右端的螺纹方向相反，绝缘丝杆与丝杆传动机构连接，隔离、接地三工位开关的左右动触头通过内螺纹与绝缘丝杆配合，在隔离、接地三工位开关的左右动触头之间设置与绝缘丝杆连接的接地静触头；真空断路器设置在气箱中；隔离、接地三工位开关的左右动触头通过弹簧触指与隔离、接地三工位开关的出线端连接，随绝缘丝杆的转动方向不同，与隔离、接地三工位开关的接地静触头连接接地或与隔离、接地三工位开关的进线侧静触头、出线侧静触头连接闭合。
