一种金属管缩口封头机，包括底箱、托管机构，底箱内装有电机，底箱上面左部装有托管机构，托管机构左端装有带轮，电机通过皮带与带轮连接，带轮左侧装有离合手柄，托管机构右端装有夹头，其特点是，托管机构右侧装有压缩手柄，压缩手柄后端与托管机构连接，压缩手柄后端部开槽内装有缩封刀，缩封刀的横截面为竖向等腰梯形，压缩手柄中部下侧、底箱上面装有竖向的纵向定位架。它解决了目前金属管端缩口封头机械费时费料、精度效率低的问题，适应于管端缩口封头。

技术领域
本发明涉及五金机械加工领域，具体的说是用于金属管端缩口、封头的机械设备。
背景技术
目前，社会上金属管类管端缩口封头机，一般采用高温热缩口热封头或者采用液压冷缩。热缩热封的缺点是电能损耗大，成本高且由于高温所形成的氧化皮需外观二次处理，而液压冷缩由于金属自身的塑变系数易导致缩口破裂而封头难度更大，且耗能高，效率低。
发明内容
本发明为解决目前金属管端缩口封头机械费时费料、精度低效率差的问题，提供一种带有压缩手柄的缩口封头设备。
本发明的技术方案是，一种金属管缩口封头机，包括底箱、托管机构，底箱内装有电机，底箱上面左部装有托管机构，托管机构左端装有带轮，电机通过皮带与带轮连接，带轮左侧装有离合手柄，托管机构右端装有夹头，其特殊之处是，托管机构右侧装有压缩手柄，压缩手柄后端与托管机构连接，压缩手柄后端部开槽内装有缩封刀，缩封刀的横截面为竖向等腰梯形，压缩手柄中部下侧、底箱上面装有竖向的纵向定位架。
工作时，首先将金属管一端放入夹头中，用手向左推动离合手柄夹紧金属管，根据缩口的直径要求或封口要求调节纵向定位架高度，开动机床下压压缩手柄，完成管端缩口或封头。
本发明的技术效果是，采用上述技术方案可以实现一种结构简单、成本低、加工精度高的金属管缩口封头机械。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图中所示，底箱1内装有电机2，底箱1上面左部装有托管机构5，托管机构5左端装有带轮4，电机2通过皮带与带轮4连接，带轮4左侧装有离合手柄3，托管机构5右端装有夹头6，其特殊之处是，托管机构5右侧装有压缩手柄9，压缩手柄9后端与托管机构5连接，压缩手柄9后端部开槽内装有缩封刀7，缩封刀7的横截面为竖向等腰梯形，压缩手柄9中部下侧、底箱1上面装有竖向的纵向定位架8。
工作时，首先将金属管一端放入夹头6中，用手向左推动离合手柄3夹紧金属管，根据缩口的直径要求或封口要求调节纵向定位架8高度，开动机床下压压缩手柄9，完成管端缩口或封头。
