Abstract

本发明涉及一种液晶显示屏,包括:前框(1),所述前框(1)中装设有液晶面板(2)、导光板(3)、LED灯条(4)和后壳(5),所述导光板(3)平行于所述液晶面板(2),且位于所述液晶面板(2)的里侧,所述LED灯条(4)位于所述导光板(3)的两端,所述后壳(5)位于所述导光板(3)的后侧面,所述后壳(5)为至少包括两层金属散热板(51),所述每层散热板(51)之间平行设置具有间隙,所述散热板(51)与所述液晶面板(2)平行。该液晶显示屏的后壳包括多层散热板(51),所述散热板(51)平行设置且具有间隙,相邻的散热板(51)之间形成散热风道,且散热板(51)上设置有蜂窝状的散热孔(6),使热量容易从所述后壳中散发出去,保证了液晶显示屏对散热的要求。

一种液晶显示屏
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种具有更好散热效果的液晶显示屏。
背景技术
作为信息显示终端设备的超高亮度液晶显示屏,在选用LED灯侧向背光的液晶显示器(屏)应用于高温环境中,特别是采用LED灯条作光源时,由于高温环境或采用高亮度液晶显示屏必须采用较大功率的LED灯条,这样,导致显示屏发热比较高,现有技术提供的液晶显示屏包括前框,所述前框中装设有液晶面板、导光板、LED灯条和后壳,所述导光板平行于所述液晶面板,且位于所述液晶面板的里侧,所述LED灯条位于所述导光板的两端,所述后壳位于所述导光板的后侧面,这样结构的液晶显示屏的后壳散热效果不好,不能满足发热高或者周围环境温度高的场合对液晶显示屏散热的要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有散热效果不好的缺陷,提供一种散热效果好的液晶显示屏。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种液晶显示屏,包括:前框,所述前框中装设有液晶面板、导光板、LED灯条和后壳,所述导光板平行于所述液晶面板,且位于所述液晶面板的里侧,所述LED灯条位于所述导光板的两端,所述后壳位于所述导光板的后侧面,其中,所述后壳为至少包括两层金属散热板,所述每层散热板之间平行设置具有间隙,所述散热板与所述液晶面板平行。
其中,优选的,所述散热板上设置有蜂窝状的散热孔。
其中,优选的,所述LED灯条的散热面与所述后壳的边缘部分相连。
其中,优选的,所述后壳的其余部分暴露于外界。
实施本发明的技术方案,具有以下有益效果:该液晶显示屏的后壳包括多层散热板,所述散热板平行设置且具有间隙,相邻的散热板之间形成散热风道,使热量容易从所述后壳中散发出去,保证了液晶显示屏对散热的要求。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供一种液晶显示屏,包括:前框1,所述前框1中装设有液晶面板2、导光板3、LED灯条4和后壳5,所述导光板3平行于所述液晶面板2,且位于所述液晶面板2的里侧,所述LED灯条4位于所述导光板3的两端,所述后壳5位于所述导光板3的后侧面。所述金属前框1,是定位液晶面板出光面,且边缘部分与后壳5相连接的金属框架。所述液晶面板2,边缘部分不出光面与金属前框1相连接,另一面与导光板3相连接。所述导光板3,主要功能是藉由光散乱原理将入射的平行光转换成平面垂直光,由LED灯条4产生光源产生的平行光源经导光板3转换成平面垂直光反射至液晶显示屏的出光面(液晶面板2)。
所述LED灯条4,为LCD侧向背光内的主发热体。LED灯条4出光面安装于导光板3两端的外侧。LED灯条4散热面与所示后壳5的边缘部分相连。
在本实施例中,所述后壳5为至少包括两层金属散热板51,所述散热板51同时可以作为后壳5,对该液晶显示屏起到保护的作用,另外,该散热板51固定装设在所述前框1中,所述每层散热板51之间平行设置具有间隙,所述散热板51与所述液晶面板2平行。在每层金属散热板51之间留有适当间隙、且相邻两层金属散热板51之间的间隙形成散热风道,所述散热风道相互相通,且与外界相通,最简单的方式是在散热板51上开口,使相邻的散热风道相互相通,且与外界相通,优选的实施例中,在所述散热板51上设置蜂窝状的散热孔6。这样,多层散热板51之间的局部空气或热量经蜂窝状的散热孔6相互连通,通风效果更好,散热效果也更好。
在进一步的实施例中,所述LED灯条4的散热面与所述后壳5的边缘部分相连。拓展了LCD侧向背光内主发热体LED灯条4的散热面积,使作为发热体的LED灯条4能够更好的散热。所述后壳5(即多个散热板51)的其他部分,可以装设在前框中,可以暴露于外界(即暴露于空气中),优选的实施例中,所述后壳5的其余部分暴露于外界。这样,使热量可以通过该暴露于外界部分的外壳5更容易被散发到空气中去。
综上,LCD侧向背光内的主发热体LED灯条4产生的热量经后壳5中的金属散热板间相互传导与扩散,有效地解决了主发热体LED灯条4的散热问题,防止主发热体LED灯条4内局部过热而导致LED灯条4甚至LCD侧向背光模组的损坏。

Claims (4)

1.一种液晶显示屏,包括:前框(1),所述前框(1)中装设有液晶面板(2)、导光板(3)、LED灯条(4)和后壳(5),所述导光板(3)平行于所述液晶面板(2),且位于所述液晶面板(2)的里侧,所述LED灯条(4)位于所述导光板(3)的两端,所述后壳(5)位于所述导光板(3)的后侧面,其特征在于,所述后壳(5)为至少包括两层金属散热板(51),所述每层散热板(51)之间平行设置具有间隙,所述散热板(51)与所述液晶面板(2)平行。
2.如权利要求1所述液晶显示屏,其特征在于,所述散热板(51)上设置有蜂窝状的散热孔(6)。
3.如权利要求1所述液晶显示屏,其特征在于,所述LED灯条(4)的散热面与所述后壳(5)的边缘部分相连。
4.如权利要求3所述液晶显示屏,其特征在于,所述后壳(5)的其余部分暴露于外界。
