Abstract

本发明公开一种汽车组合后灯外壳，包括灯壳和配合连接在灯壳上的配光镜，其特征在于：一塑料装饰板定位连接在灯壳的一侧，该塑料装饰板由塑料装饰板本体和橡胶堵块通过二次注塑成型为一体，橡胶堵块位于塑料装饰板的上边缘。本发明利用了橡胶材料的柔软特性来填堵由组合后灯外壳、侧围和背门（或行李箱盖）三者装配时形成的孔洞，使三者之间的刚性配合变为柔性配合，从而从根本上消除了三者之间形成的洞孔，同时遮挡住了孔洞内部的车身涂胶。此外，用塑料材料形成其主体，利用了塑料材料的强度和表面质量高的性质保证了灯具的美观性及其与背门或行李箱密封条及后保险杠之间的间隙和高度差，增加了用户的视觉感观。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车灯装置，更具体的说涉及一种汽车组合后灯外壳。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高及汽车产业的蓬勃发展，人们对汽车产品的需求相应提高，看待汽车产品的眼光也更加严格更加仔细，用户也更加注意汽车各部件的外观间隙、高差问题。组合后灯是汽车上重要的功能件和外观件。目前，汽车组合后灯一般安装在车身侧围，汽车组合后灯与侧围及背门（两厢）或行李箱盖（三厢）三个零件之间由于装配偏差和产品尺寸偏差，容易形成一个孔洞，十分影响外观，影响用户视觉感受。
由于组合后灯、侧围板、背门（或行李箱盖）这几种零部件均为刚性材料，极难控制该孔洞尺寸的一致性。当仅仅对各自产品的尺寸精度及装配精度进行控制，提高要求，将极大增加各自零件及装配过程的生产成本，并且仍不能从根本上消除该孔洞。此外，形成孔洞处的侧围尖角一般存在工艺涂胶（用于粘接、密封等）。由于胶水自身的流动特性，无法保证其形状的规则美观。同样由于孔洞的存在，导致涂胶直接祼露于汽车外表面，影响用户视觉感受。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车组合后灯外壳，以保证组合后灯装配后与周边零件搭接美观大方，同时降低对零件及其装配的精度要求。
为了达到上述目的，本发明的解决方案是：
一种汽车组合后灯外壳，包括灯壳和配合连接在灯壳上的配光镜，其特征在于：一塑料装饰板定位连接在灯壳的一侧，该塑料装饰板由塑料装饰板本体和橡胶堵块通过二次注塑成型为一体，橡胶堵块位于塑料装饰板的上边缘。
所述的一种汽车组合后灯外壳，其特征在于：所述塑料装饰板本体是由PP-T20注塑成型。
所述的一种汽车组合后灯外壳，其所述橡胶堵块是由EPDM注塑成型。
所述的一种汽车组合后灯外壳，其所述塑料装饰板通过多颗螺钉定位连接在灯壳的一侧。
本发明利用了橡胶材料的柔软特性来填堵由组合后灯外壳、侧围和背门（或行李箱盖）三者装配时形成的孔洞，使三者之间的刚性配合变为柔性配合，从而从根本上消除了三者之间形成的洞孔，同时遮挡住了孔洞内部的车身涂胶。此外，用塑料材料形成其主体，利用了塑料材料的强度和表面质量高的性质保证了灯具的美观性及其与背门或行李箱密封条及后保险杠之间的间隙和高度差，增加了用户的视觉感观。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细阐述。
参见图1、图2、图3和图4所示的一种汽车组合后灯外壳，包括灯壳2-3和配合连接在灯壳上的配光镜2-2；一塑料装饰板2-1通过三颗螺钉2-3-1定位连接在灯壳2-3的一侧，该塑料装饰板由塑料装饰板本体2-1-2和橡胶堵块2-1-1通过二次注塑成型为一体，橡胶堵块位于塑料装饰板2-1的上边缘。
塑料装饰板本体2-1-2是由PP-T20注塑成型；橡胶堵块2-1-1是由EPDM注塑成型。
参见图5和图6，本汽车组合后灯外壳2与侧围1和背门4（或行李箱盖）三者装配在一起时，塑料装饰板上橡胶堵块填堵了三者装配时形成的孔洞，此外遮挡了孔洞及孔洞内的车身涂胶，塑料装饰板本体对背门钣金件及后灯内部进行遮挡，不仅美化了车身的外观，而且对装配时零件及其装配的精度要求也相应降低。图5中的3为后保险杠。

1.一种汽车组合后灯外壳，包括灯壳（2-3）和配合连接在灯壳上的配光镜（2-2），其特征在于：一塑料装饰板（2-1）定位连接在灯壳（2-3）的一侧，该塑料装饰板（2-1）由塑料装饰板本体（2-1-2）和橡胶堵块（2-1-1）通过二次注塑成型为一体，橡胶堵块位于塑料装饰板（2-1）的上边缘;所述塑料装饰板本体（2-1-2）是由PP-T20注塑成型;所述橡胶堵块（2-1-1）是由EPDM注塑成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车组合后灯外壳，其特征在于：所述塑料装饰板（2-1）通过多颗螺钉（2-3-1）定位连接在灯壳（2-3）的一侧。
