背景技术
十字头型的大型二冲程发动机通常用于大型船只的推进***或者用作电厂中的原动机。排放需求已经并且将更加难以满足,尤其是关于单氮氧化物(NOx)的水平。 
使用选择性催化还原(SCR)反应器是已知的用于辅助柴油发动机减少NOx排放的措施。要求进入SCR转化器的废气的最低温度为大约300至350℃,以使SCR反应器正常运行。

辅助鼓风机20通常由电动马达驱动(也可以由液压马达驱动)并且在低负载条件(通常低于最大连续功率的40%)下开始工作,以使压缩机14保持足够的扫气压力。当不使用辅助鼓风机时,其通过未示出的旁路绕过。 
扫气接收器22是沿发动机的汽缸延伸的细长中空圆柱体。扫气流从扫气接收器22到达各汽缸的扫气口。 
可控旁路管线26从扫气接收器22开始分支。可控旁路管线26的另一端在三端口混合点30处与排气管10连接。混合点30位于SCR反应器8出口的下游和涡轮机12入口的上游。 
可替换地,可控旁路管线26的起点可以位于扫气管16中辅助鼓风机20下游的位置处。 
在电控单元33的指令下,电控阀28调节从扫气流动路径16到排气管10的扫气的流动。在一个实施例中,阀28是开环回路中由电控单元33控制的开/关型阀。在此实施例中,电控单元33配置为在发动 机负载下降到预定阈值以下时打开阀28并且在发动机负载升高到预定阈值以上时关闭阀28。这两个阈值不必相同并且可以定义为占发动机的最大连续功率的百分比。 
在另一实施例中,电控阀28是闭环回路中由电控单元33控制的比例阀。这里,控制器从温度传感器35接收关于SCR反应器8入口处的废气温度的信息,并且电控单元33配置为响应测得的进入SCR反应器8的废气温度来控制阀28的打开程度。因此,当测得的温度低于最小期望温度时,电控单元33将增大电控阀28的打开程度以增加废气温度。 
该阈值也可以由涡轮机入口处的混合温度来控制,即,在温度比SCR反应器8所需的温度高时,旁路管线26关闭,在温度比SCR反应器8所需的温度几乎低得多时,旁路管线26打开。 
在预设涡轮机入口处的混合温度之后,以与所描述的负载控制相似的方式控制开/关旁路。 
图2示出了根据本发明的大型二冲程柴油发动机1的第二示例性实施例。与图1相同的附图标记指的是相同的部件。除了扫气路径16中的扫气冷却器18的以下方面之外,根据图2的实施例与图1的实施例大部分都相同。 
供给管40将冷水传送至扫气冷却器18并且回流管42将温水从扫气冷却器18输送走。在第二实施例中,冷却介质旁路电路43中的电控旁路阀44和作用于控制器33的指令下的电控分离阀46使供给管40中的冷水能够不通过扫气冷却器18而偏离供应到回流管42中。包括泵50和加热器(或热交换器)52的再循环管48确保水流动通过扫气冷却器18,此时扫气冷却器18变为加热器并且有效地用作热交换器。加热器52设置有温的加热介质,例如构成发动机冷却***的温水,并且对循环通过扫气冷却器18的介质进行加热。 
在第二实施例中,电控单元33可以通过经由阀44和46使冷却介 质旁路绕过而使冷却器18不工作。同时,控制器33将激活泵50以确保介质在扫气冷却器18中循环。此外,控制单元33可以通过将加热介质传送至加热器52来激活加热器52,从而将扫气冷却器18变为加热器。电控单元33配置为根据增加进入SCR反应器8的废气温度的需求而采取各种措施以增加扫气温度。 
因此,如果使一些扫气通过可控旁路管线26进入排气管10就足够,电控单元33将不采取任何进一步措施。但是,如果此第一措施不够,那么电控单元33将停用扫气冷却器18的冷却功能。如果此第二措施不够,作为第三措施,电控单元33将把扫气冷却器18转变为加热器以主动加热扫气。 
图2示出了***中多个位置处的扫气和废气的温度的例子。这些例子用于低发动机负载情况,例如低于与发达机相关的最大连续功率的40%。不带括号的数字是通过旁路管线26且在扫气冷却器18处被加热的扫气的温度。括号中的数字是在常规地操作发动机而不使扫气通过旁路管线26且使扫气冷却器18冷却扫气时的温度。采用新措施时,进入SCR反应器8的废气温度是325℃,废气足够热而能够在SCR反应器8中被转化。不采用新措施时,进入SCR反应器8的废气温度是220℃,废气不够热而不能在SCR反应器8中被转化。 
图3示出了冷却介质经由冷却介质供给管40供给至扫气冷却器18和经由冷却介质回流管42回流至扫气冷却器18。 
图4至图7示出了扫气冷却器18的冷却能力的受控减少的多种实施例。 
在图4中,发动机设置有用于绕过扫气冷却器18的扫气旁路管17。扫气旁路管17包括用于在电控单元33的指令下打开和关闭扫气旁路管17的电控阀23。扫气路径16包括用于在电控单元33的指令下打开和关闭扫气路径16的另一电控阀21。因此,电控单元33可以根据增加扫气温度的需要来控制通过所述扫气旁路管17的扫气的流 动,从而增加进入SCR反应器8的废气温度。 
在图5中,冷却介质供给管40设置有电控分离阀46和冷却介质旁路电路43,该冷却介质旁路电路43包括电控旁路阀44并且将冷却介质供给管40直接连接至冷却介质回流管42。电控单元33对电子阀44和46发出指令,从而可以控制冷却介质通过扫气冷却器18的程度(可以是开/关或者比例控制)。 
在图6中,包括再循环泵(受电控单元33的控制)的再循环管48被加入图5所示的实施例中,用于使冷却介质能够在扫气冷却器18中循环。 
在图7中,发动机设置有附加(第二)扫气冷却器19。电控单元33配置为控制如上所述的扫气冷却器18、19中的至少一个的冷却能力。 
图8至图12示出了受控地将热量加入扫气中的多种实施例。 
在图8中,发动机设置有连接至扫气路径16的蒸汽注入管50。蒸汽注入管90包括受电控单元33指令控制的电控蒸汽注入控制阀92。因此,通过可控地注入蒸汽,可以如期望地增加扫气温度,从而增加进入SCR反应器8的废气的温度而不降低扫气压力。 
在图9中,发动机设置有连接至扫气路径16的废气注入管60。所述废气注入管60包括受电控单元33指令控制的电控废气注入控制阀62。因此,通过可控地注入废气,可以如期望地增加扫气温度,从而增加进入SCR反应器8的废气的温度而不降低扫气压力。 
在图10中,发动机在扫气路径16中设置有加热器单元27。将加热介质(例如热水或热空气)经由加热介质供给管70供应至加热器单元27,并且通过加热介质回流管72将回流的加热介质传输走。加热介质供给管70和加热介质回流管72设置有受电控单元33指令控制的电控阀。因此,可以如期望地增加扫气温度的温度,从而增加进入SCR反应器8的废气的温度而不降低扫气压力。 
图11的实施例与图6的实施例基本相同,但还包括用于将热量加入循环通过扫气冷却器18的介质的热交换器。 
在图12的实施例中,发动机在冷却介质供给管40中设置有热交换器80,用于将热量供应给流经冷却介质供给管40的介质。 
虽然已经为了例示的目的具体描述了本申请的教导,但是应理解,这些细节仅用于例示的目的,本领域技术人员可以在不脱离本申请的教导的范围内对其做出各种变化。 
上述实施例可以以任何可能的方式组合以改进发动机的功能。 

Claims (10)

1.一种十字头型大型涡轮增压二冲程内燃机(1),包括: 
多个汽缸,每一汽缸连接至废气接收器(6); 
选择性催化还原反应器(8),其入口连接至所述废气接收器(6)的出口; 
排气管(10),其将所述选择性催化还原反应器(8)的出口连接至涡轮增压器的涡轮机(12); 
所述涡轮增压器的压缩机(14)由所述涡轮机(12)驱动,所述压缩机(14)将扫气经由包括扫气冷却器(18)的扫气路径(16)传送至扫气接收器(22); 
辅助鼓风机(20),其在所述扫气路径(16)中,用于在低负载条件下辅助所述压缩机(14); 
所述扫气接收器(22)连接至所述多个汽缸中的每一个; 
可控旁路管线(26),其从所述扫气路径(16)中所述辅助鼓风机下游的一个位置或者从所述扫气接收器(22)延伸至所述排气管(10)中位于所述选择性催化还原反应器(8)的出口与所述涡轮机(12)的入口之间的一个位置; 
电控单元(33),其可操作地连接至所述旁路管线(26),所述电控单元(33)配置为在发动机负载低于预定阈值时或在进入所述选择性催化还原反应器(8)的废气的温度低于给定阈值时,允许扫气流从所述扫气接收器(22)通过所述可控旁路管线(26)流向所述排气管(10)。 
2.如权利要求1所述的十字头型大型涡轮增压二冲程内燃机,其中,所述排气管(10)包括用于将旁路的扫气与废气混合的三端口混合点(30)。 
3.如权利要求1所述的十字头型大型涡轮增压二冲程内燃机,其中,所述旁路管线(26)包括阀(28),其用于控制扫气通过所述旁路管线(26)的流动。 
4.如权利要求3所述的十字头型大型涡轮增压二冲程内燃机,其中,所述阀(28)为开环回路中由所述电控单元(33)控制的开-关型电控阀。 
5.如权利要求3所述的十字头型大型涡轮增压二冲程内燃机,其中,所述阀(28)为闭环回路中由所述电控单元(33)控制的比例型电控阀。 
6.如权利要求1所述的十字头型大型涡轮增压二冲程内燃机,还包括临近于所述选择性催化还原反应器(8)的入口的温度传感器(35)。 
7.如权利要求1所述的十字头型大型涡轮增压二冲程内燃机,其中,所述电控单元(33)能够停用所述扫气冷却器(18)。 
8.如权利要求7所述的十字头型大型涡轮增压二冲程内燃机,其中,所述电控单元(33)配置为将打开所述旁路管线(26)作为第一措施,并将停用所述扫气冷却器(18)作为第二措施。 
9.如权利要求7所述的十字头型大型涡轮增压二冲程内燃机,其中,能够通过所述电控单元(33)使所述扫气冷却器(18)转变为加热器。 
10.如权利要求8所述的十字头型大型涡轮增压二冲程内燃机,其中,所述电控单元(33)配置为将使所述扫气冷却器(18)转变为加热器作为第三措施。
