Abstract
一种医疗装置,优选地血液采集管保持器,具有:本体;致动器,可枢转地连接至本体;针,在患者与能够可释放地附接至该装置的流体收集管之间提供流体连通;以及回缩机构,该回缩机构进一步包括针保持器、在回缩之前向后偏压针保持器的被压缩弹簧、和固定夹,该固定夹在回缩之前将一弹簧保持在压缩中,但在回缩期间通过向致动器施加手动力而被释放以允许弹簧向后推动针。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗装置,该装置用于安全地从患者抽取血液,并且根据一个实施方式,其为与常规血液采集管配合使用的血液采集管保持器(holder)。
发明内容
本发明的一个优选装置包括本体、可枢转地连接至本体的致动器、以及适于在患者与可附接至该装置的流体采集管(通常是血液采集管)之间流体连通的可回缩(retractable)针。本主题装置的一个显著特征是在致动器内部设置有回缩腔,其可手动定位以在移出血液采集管之后接收针回缩组件的一部分。通过相对本体压下致动器向前延伸的端部来启动回缩,由此促使固定夹(retainer clip)释放针保持器,之后通过被压缩弹簧的扩展将针保持器和针的一部分推进至回缩腔中。由此从患者体内取出针并放入壳体中,以减少意外针刺的可能性和防止装置的重复使用或任何血液性病原体相关的污染。

具体实施方式
参照图1到图6,装置10包括本体12,该本体具有基本上为圆柱形的后开口14、向前延伸的鼻状部(nose)16、向两侧延伸的稳定法兰22,稳定法兰部分地限定基本平坦的底部24,该底部与稳定法兰22配合以防止装置10在位于下方支撑表面上时发生滚动。致动器26相对本体12可枢转地安装。本体12设置在鼻状部16和稳定法兰22之间的部分基本上为管状的,但是具有朝向上的足够大的狭槽42,以允许致动器26向前延伸的部分可在使用期间相对本体12向上和向下枢转,如下面进一步所述。设置在本体12后部附近的邻近朝向上狭槽42每侧的固定夹38被设置用于接收和支撑从致动器26每侧横向伸出的凸起部32。致动器26上向后延伸的翼片(tab)34被设置以限制致动器26的后部35相对于本体12的后部可枢转的距离。
致动器26进一步包括前端部36和一系列平行的用作指垫30的横脊以便抵靠致动器26的顶部前表面向下施加手动压力,如下所述。但是,将显而易见的是,其他形式的表面结构也可起到使用指垫30类似的效果。致动器26还包括纵向延伸的具有开口前端部的回缩腔62。回缩腔62的长度和横向尺寸理想地足够大以便将向前延伸的针18进行回缩,如下面所述。
针18包括向前延伸的斜角(bevel)20和向后延伸的斜角54,并延伸穿过针保持器48。针18通过任何合适的方式,比如胶合,相对针保持器48保持在固定轴向上。针保持器48基本上为管状的,但是包括直径较大的位于其朝向后的端部附近的头部86。弹簧46理想地位于环形台肩上并被压缩在本体12的凸起部16的前部内。弹簧46环绕针保持器48的芯柱60,并且弹簧46朝向后的端部理想地外径略小于针保持器48的头部86的外径,这样弹簧46朝向后的端部由头部86限制。
包括朝向前的套环(collar)56的柔性聚合物套管50与位于针保持器48后部的向后伸出的管状凸起部58摩擦接合。聚合物套管50理想地足够长,以便当针18固定在针保持器48内时稍微地延伸超出针18的后斜角54,但足够薄,以便当与血液管保持器66的向前延伸的端部中的塞子(stopper)68接触时封闭端部52将会向后滑动并由斜角54刺穿,如以下结合图9和图10所描述。本体12、致动器26和针保持器48理想地均由可模压聚合物树脂制成,优选包括聚丙烯。聚合物套管50理想地由橡胶态弹性材料制成。
在装置10的组装期间,套管50理想地附接至针保持器48,并且弹簧46理想地位于针保持器48的芯柱60上,进而随弹簧46和针保持器48被***到本体12的鼻状部16中时被压缩。当弹簧46保持于其被压缩位置时,在图8中更好地观察,固定夹44通过狭槽42横向地***到其快速扣住(snap onto)针保持器48的头部86的位置,并且针保持器48的头部86被锁位于固定夹44的相对臂80形成的缺口附近的凹槽82内。固定夹44抵抗施加至针保持器48的头部86上的力,直到如下面结合图7所讨论的固定夹44被重新定位到开始回缩位置为止。针18可在针保持器48***至本体12的鼻状部16中之前***并附接至针保持器48,或者如果需要的话,可在之后***至针保持器48向前延伸的端部内。在任一情况下,针保持器48、弹簧46和固定夹44整体称为回缩组件。
在本体12内安装回缩组件之后,致动器26理想地如图3和图6所示附接至本体12,其中致动器26的后端部可枢转地连接至本体12,并且其中致动器26的前凸缘36靠在固定夹44向后延伸的翼片74上。尽管在附图中未示出,应当意识到,如图3所示的装置10的针18在装运之前理想地由与本体12的鼻状部16摩擦接合的针罩盖住、进行包装以及消毒。
结合图7到图13,进一步描述装置10的优选用途。首先,参照图9,具有一个封闭端部和一个包含橡胶塞子68的开口端部的常规血管采集管66***到本体12的后端部的开口14中(图7)。血管采集管66限定出内腔72,该内腔理想地部分抽空至压力减少到大气压以下,以便把血液引入到腔内。如箭头70所示,当血液采集管66向前前进至本体12的内部空间64内时,致动器26的下侧靠在血液采集管66的顶部,并且致动器26的前部提升到图10所示的位置。在此位置中,致动器26的前凸缘36的下侧设置在固定夹44的向后延伸的翼片74的正上方。
当血液采集管66的塞子68与套管50的端部52接触时,向后推动端部52直到其被针18的斜角54(图9)刺穿为止,然后斜角刺穿塞子68,直到其延伸到管66的腔72内。当塞子68靠近本体12的前端壁29(图7)时,如图10所示,套管50被挤压入塞子68和本体12之间的空隙内,并且在装置10使用期间保持在这个位置中。当如图10所示的配置时,针18的前斜角20***到患者体内,并且血液或其他体液通过针18抽入到管66的腔72内。在一些情况下,在管66填充到理想高度时,将管移出,另外一个血液采集管66同样地被安装在该同一装置10中。当每个血液采集管66从本体12取出时,致动器26的前端部36再次回落到其静止位置,如图6所示。
一旦利用装置10从患者取出达到总期望量的体液时,最后的被填充的血液采集管66按图11中箭头76所示从本体12取出,因此,套管50的端部52再次展开直到其盖住针18的斜角54为止。然后,针18通过启动回缩顺序可从其向前伸出的位置回缩。参照图7到图13,按箭头84所示,将手动压力理想地再次向下施加到指垫30上。当致动器26的前端部36被压下时,其与固定夹44的向后延伸的翼片74接触。向指垫30持续施加手动力,促使固定夹44向下移动到这样的位置,在该位置中针保持器48的头部86位于较大的孔78内并且不再被锁位于相对臂80之间的凹槽82中。这时,就不存在任何克服被压缩弹簧46的向后偏压力的约束力,并且弹簧46将套管50、针保持器48以及弹簧46向后延伸部分向后驱动到致动器26中的回缩腔62内,如图7所示。当回缩组件如图7所示被定位时,针18的两端部就完全保护在致动器26或本体12的内部。另外,在处置装置10期间,未压缩的弹簧持续向针保持器48施加张力以将致动器26保持在与本体12相对的位置中。

Claims (2)
1.一种适于用作体液采集管的保持器的医疗装置,包括:
本体;
致动器,可枢转地连接至所述本体,所述致动器包括回缩腔;
针,具有向前伸出超过所述本体的第一位置和设置于所述本体内部和回缩腔内部的第二位置;
回缩机构,包括针保持器、弹簧和固定夹,所述回缩机构与所述本体和所述致动器配合以便当向所述致动器施加手动力时将所述针从所述第一位置缩回到所述第二位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医疗装置,其中,所述体液为血液。
