描述
本发明涉及一种用于制造由塑料制成的试剂容器组件的方法,其包括:
-组装一组特定的试剂容器,和
-连接试剂容器以形成试剂容器组件。
这样的试剂容器组件被用于自动化分析装置中的临床分析中。在这些分析装置中要机械地处理多个试剂容器,并且出于实际原因,在制造过程期间已经将成组试剂容器组装成可作为一个单元共同处理的试剂容器组件。例如,试剂容器组件包括一组特定的试剂容器,其已经填充有预定分析过程所需的试剂或辅助物质。如果试图利用分析装置进行这种分析过程,那么仅仅将该试剂容器组件而不是若干单独的试剂容器***到分析装置中就足够了。
试剂容器组件的各试剂容器通常在组装之前已经填充有试剂。然而,不能排除试剂容器在试剂容器组件被组装时仍然没有被填充。在填充之前还可能需要涂覆各试剂容器,或者用与试剂容器组件的其它试剂容器相比不同的材料来制造它们。即使涂覆的试剂容器直到试剂容器组件已连接才被填充,该涂覆优选地已在组装试剂容器之前发生。
正常而言,意图用于某一试剂容器组件的不同试剂是在不同位置或不同时刻制造的。如果已经包括若干试剂容器的原有的整体试剂容器组件必须用这些试剂填充时,那么不得不将已部分填充的试剂容器组件从一个位置输送到另一位置或部分填充地被储存。输送和储存单独的试剂容器更为简单。
因为一定试剂的成分可由于制造方法而变化,所以在一定情况下可能需要使试剂容器组件的试剂彼此适配。同样,利用单独的试剂容器更为简单,该单独的试剂容器在填充之后被彼此连接以形成试剂容器组件。在该方法中,第一试剂被制造和填充到单独的试剂容器中而没有中间储存。在对第一试剂进行确切分析之后,适配于第一试剂的(标定的)第二试剂被制造和填充到进一步的单独试剂容器中而没有中间储存。然后将其中一个填充有第一试剂的试剂容器连接到填充有第二试剂的试剂容器上,从而形成包含两种相匹配试剂的试剂容器组件。
这些示例显示,由于物流原因,制造这样的容器装置是不利的,即在与试剂容器组件相对应的整体装置中包括若干腔室并然后用不同的试剂或辅助物质填充这些腔室。
因此,将试剂填充到单独的试剂容器中并且然后根据需要组装和连接这些容器以形成所需的试剂容器组件会实际得多。在本申请的范围内,用语“试剂”还意图包含辅助物质,例如载体微粒(如珠状物)。
在从EP0692308A2可获知的制造方法中,制造了由聚烯烃类(例如聚丙烯或聚乙烯)制成的许多单独的试剂容器并随后填充有不同的试剂。意图用于试剂容器组件的特定的试剂容器被连接框架机械地连接。连接框架和试剂容器具有用于此目的的形式为按扣式封闭元件(snapclosureelement)的连接元件。在连接过程中,各试剂容器在连接框架中被***其预定位置中,按扣式封闭元件将试剂容器接合和连接到连接框架上。试剂容器至连接框架的可靠的机械连接是一个复杂的过程。连接框架是带有相对复杂的形状的单独构件,其制造是复杂并且成本昂贵的。
此外,不利的是,连接框架增加了试剂容器组件在相应的分析装置中所需的空间,因为其大体上限定了试剂容器组件的外轮廓的尺寸。
因此,本发明的目的是使一种用于制造试剂容器组件的上述类型的方法更快和更具成本效率。
该目的通过一种用于制造试剂容器组件的方法而实现,该试剂容器组件特别地由热塑性塑料制成,该方法包括:
-组装一组特定的试剂容器,和
-连接试剂容器以形成试剂容器组件,试剂容器中的至少两个容器通过至少一个焊接过程而持久地连接在一起。
在这种连接中,用语“两个试剂容器的持久连接”应理解为,其意味着在不利用特别的分开工具(例如刀、锯或钳子)的条件下不能破坏该连接,或者只能通过施加这样的强制力才能破坏,该强制力预期在过程中使其中至少一个试剂容器损坏或者至少以作用减弱的方式受损。这防止试剂容器无意间脱离试剂容器组件,例如由于输送期间的破损。
通过焊接所述至少两个试剂容器,可利用简单地设计的试剂容器而没有特别形成的插塞式连接元件。可更快且更具成本效率地制造试剂容器,因为从现有技术已知的单独的连接框架不再是必需的。此外,试剂容器组件所需的空间没有由连接方法增加。
如上所述,由于物流原因并且为了使过程经济而使各试剂在其被制造之后尽可能快地被填充到各试剂容器中,并随后将填充的试剂容器连接在一起以形成试剂容器组件是有利的。
因此,该方法可包括进一步的步骤,其中,在连接试剂容器以形成试剂容器组件之前使特定的试剂容器中的至少一个试剂容器填充有试剂。在填充过程之后可立即封盖试剂容器,从而先储存填充和封盖的试剂容器,并可在以后将其组装以形成试剂容器组件(例如当已制造和填充特定试验所需的所有试剂时)。
优选地,所有试剂容器以填充的状态和可选地封盖的状态被组装而形成试剂容器组件,然而,还可构思单独的试剂容器直到组装之后才被填充。
实验显示,通过本发明提出的对填充或涂覆的试剂容器进行持久焊接来形成试剂容器组件,不会对试剂容器造成关键损害或容许其变得泄漏。因此,焊接过程不改变容器中的热敏性试剂或影响其活性。这不是被简单地预计的。
因为用于临床分析的试剂容器组件(其中存在用于特定分析过程的试剂)需要在数量上彼此准确匹配的试剂(即标定的试剂),所以,如上所述,在连接试剂容器之前利用彼此标定的试剂填充各试剂容器(即,利用相对于一种试剂标定的至少另一试剂填充至少另一特定的试剂容器)是有利的。
可选地或另外地,在将试剂填充到各试剂容器中以及焊接试剂容器以形成试剂容器组件之前,可对各试剂进行质量控制。
根据本发明,通过在填充所述至少另一试剂容器之前进行标定,可有利地将所述至少另一试剂相对于所述一种试剂的标定结合到该方法中。
为了简化试剂容器组件(该容器组件包含在分析***中彼此标定的试剂)的使用,可设想当相对于所述至少一种试剂标定所述至少另一试剂时记录标定数据,并且将标定数据以可由使用者读出或由分析***自动读出的形式提供给试剂容器组件。
如果意图由使用者读出标定数据并且例如手动输入到分析***中,那么可以单独数据表的形式提供信息,该信息被附带在试剂容器组件上或以合适的方式附着在试剂容器组件上,或者以电子形式设置在数据载体上。
为了使标定数据能被分析***自动读出,例如,可将这些数据以条形码或RFID标签的形式附连在试剂容器组件上。
试剂容器组件的这种“标记”可在组装试剂容器的相同机械上以有利的方式发生。
可选地或另外地,可以上述方式记录一种或多种试剂的批量数据,并因此将该数据提供给试剂容器组件。
如对于本发明优选的进一步的研究所提出的那样,引入容器中的热量可被保持在低水平,特别是当焊接过程期间形成至少一个点焊接头时。点焊接头或点焊意味着其限于局部区域的焊接接头,但在严格的数学意义上不一定要是点形或圆形的。在这种情况下还可设想基本椭圆形或矩形的焊接接头。
可选地,作为点焊接头的替代,焊接过程期间可形成焊缝来连接试剂容器,其提供更稳定的接头,但反过来,其焊接过程可能在待连接的容器上引起比点焊接头略微大一些的应变。
然而,如下面更详细描述的那样,可将试剂容器设计为,形成焊接接头时引入的热量至少可在试剂容器形成实际的试剂接收器的区域中被保持得足够低,从而可在焊接过程期间避免对试剂接收器和填充到其中的试剂造成损害。
点焊接头具有另一优点。在一些分析过程中,可设想其中一个试剂容器可从特定的试剂容器组件分开,使其可独立于试剂容器组件的其余部分而被输送至另一位置。这需要破坏连接该试剂容器与试剂容器组件的其余部分的焊接。单独的点焊接头具有比焊缝更小的连接稳定性,并且可更容易地通过简单的分开工具拆开。
优选地,其中至少两个试剂容器通过至少两个彼此相距一定距离的焊接接头连接在一起。这确保这两个容器在两个焊接接头的其中一个受损时以足够稳定的方式连接在一起。
在一定情况下,如果其中至少两个试剂容器通过多于两个间隔开的焊接接头(例如位于试剂容器组件的相对侧的焊接接头)连接在一起,其可以是有利的。
焊接过程优选地为超声焊接过程。申请人的实验显示,在超声焊接中,将超声焊极压到待连接的两个试剂容器的区域上(特别是当这两个试剂容器没有彼此紧密搁置在接头区域中而是相当轻微地间隔开时)会使软化的塑料以这样的方式流动,该方式形成使这两个试剂容器相连的桥同时没有进一步的措施。可选地,焊接过程还可为另一种焊接过程,例如激光焊接过程。
为了提供额外的塑料材料来连接所述至少两个试剂容器时(如果需要),可在至少一个试剂容器上提供材料增厚部分,其在焊接过程期间流动。这还确保焊接发生的区域不会由于热软化材料的流动而变得比容器壁的其余部分更薄。
为了保持超声焊接期间引入的热量至少在与已填充到容器中的试剂处于直接接触的试剂容器的区域尽可能低,可设想利用至少两个要被连接在一起的试剂容器,它们均具有带有向外突出的板边缘的板状连接壁段,这两个试剂容器以这样的方式在连接之前设置在那里,该方式使该连接壁段至少在板边缘的区域中彼此靠置或者带有小的间隔大体上彼此平行,并且这两个试剂容器利用超声焊极通过超声焊接连接在那里,超声焊极的焊接夹具在焊接过程期间一起夹紧在这两个试剂容器的连接壁段的两个板边缘周围。板边缘应向外突出的事实意图指,它们特别地从实际的试剂接收器突出,并因而不与试剂直接接触。可增大焊接区域之间的距离以及例如填充的试剂容器的载流壁区域(fluid-carryingwallarea),并且可以这种方式减小被引入试剂中的热量,尽管通过相应长的壁段和焊接夹具也可形成非常稳定的焊接接头。
另一优点在于,通过焊接突出的板边缘而不是对带有液体(或者一般而言试剂)的容器壁的壁段进行直接焊接,可大大减少或者甚至消除容器中由于焊接而产生泄漏的风险。
连接壁段以小的间隔彼此平行延伸的事实意味着,它们的间隔仅仅足够大到允许连接壁段的两个板边缘一起被超声焊极的焊接夹具夹紧,并因而通过超声焊接而连接在一起。
焊接夹具优选地设置为在其夹紧板边缘的纵向末端是圆化的V的形状,从而使得可通过施加压力而将这两个连接壁段朝焊接夹具的对称面加压,并因而压到一起,其增加加热的塑料材料的混合作用,并因此增加超声焊接所形成的接头的强度。
此外,接头通过超声焊极的这种形状而形成为圆化的形状,并且焊接期间形成的毛刺或过量材料不会从试剂容器组件的表面突出,或尽可能少地突出,这简化了对试剂容器组件的自动处理,并减少了对操作该试剂容器组件的使用者造成伤害的风险。
所述至少两个试剂容器优选地被直接焊接在一起,但依照根据本发明的方法的一种变型,还可设想利用试剂容器组件的另外的功能构件(例如支座)来间接地连接试剂容器。
例如,可将试剂容器设置在公共支座中,并利用该支座进行焊接。具体地说,试剂容器在其下端具有用于试管的通常圆化的形状,并且不能用该末端单独站立在平的支撑物上,可将试剂容器设置在支座中,从而使得由这些试剂容器和支座形成的试剂容器组件可被放置在平表面上。
当至少两个试剂容器以及支座在至少一个公共接头处被焊接在一起时这特别有效。这容许减少需要的焊接接头的数量。
待焊接的试剂容器中的一个试剂容器还可具有多于一个用于试剂的腔室。在这种情况下,带有多于一个腔室的试剂容器可在第一焊接过程期间形成,在第一焊接过程期间,两个各具有一个腔室的试剂容器被焊接在一起。在后续焊接过程期间,具有多于一个腔室的该试剂容器然后可被连接到另一试剂容器上以形成试剂容器组件。
在上述分析装置的其中一个的分析过程期间,通常将形式为混合器的移液管装置或者甚至混合装置***到试剂容器的开口中。当混合器的直径比相应试剂容器的开口仅仅勉强小一些时,试剂容器的开口相对于分析装置的确切定位是尤其重要的。如果试剂容器仅仅在连接时被压在一起,那么试剂容器组件的整体宽度可由于各试剂容器的宽度上的制造相关的公差原因而变化。如果这样不同宽度的试剂容器组件设置在分析装置的保持器中,那么保持器中的试剂容器的游隙量通常可导致试剂容器的开口(混合器应被***其中)从其设定位置被移除(尤其是如果试剂容器组件原本是相对较短时),混合器接触该开口的边缘,由此可导致对混合器和/或开口的损害。
为了避免这个问题,提出相对于该定位装置的定位挡块将试剂容器在定位装置中组装和焊接在一起。出于这个目的,定位装置具有预定的间隔,其确定形成的试剂容器组件的整体宽度。出于这个目的,试剂容器组件的两个外部试剂容器靠着定位挡块而放置,以便在焊接过程之前使其定位。形成的试剂容器组件得到预定的宽度,并且这两个外部试剂容器的开口可在分析装置中准确地定位。
一些试剂容器具有可由塑料形成的盖子部件,该塑料不同于试剂容器的其余部分的那些。在一定情况下,盖子部件的塑料可更适合于被焊接,或者甚至可以是出于这个目的而为盖子部件选择的。如果利用带有盖子部件的试剂容器来形成试剂容器组件,当焊接过程在盖子部件上进行时可因此是有利的。
本发明还涉及一种例如可由诸如根据本发明的方法制造的试剂容器组件。该试剂容器组件的特征在于,试剂容器通过至少一个熔焊点而持久地连接在一起。
在这种情况下,试剂容器组件的试剂容器可仅仅直接在其外壁上通过公共的熔焊点连接在一起,或者一起置于公共支座中并利用该支座焊接。
如果利用带有盖子部件的试剂容器,若试剂容器经由其盖子部件通过熔焊点连接在一起可以是有利的。
为了防止或减少填充到试剂容器中的试剂免于受到超声焊接期间所产生的热量所造成的损害,可设想试剂容器组件具有至少两个连接在一起的试剂容器,其各自具有至少一个带有向外突出的板边缘的板形连接壁段,其中,试剂容器组件中的这两个试剂容器的连接壁段至少在其相应的板边缘区域中彼此抵靠或者带有小的间隔大体上彼此平行而延伸,并且,其中,这两个试剂容器通过至少一个焊接连接并且特别是焊接接头在两个连接壁段处持久地连接在一起。

图1显示了试剂容器组件(大体上由标号10表示)。试剂容器组件10包括试剂容器12a、12b、12c,它们各自由盖子部件14和下部分16组成,并且例如由聚丙烯制成。在试剂容器的组12a、12b、12c被组装之前,它们被单独地预处理,例如通过用不同的试剂或辅助物质填充它们。
在特定试剂容器组件的情况下,试剂容器12a和12b由着色的聚丙烯组成,其保护试剂容器12a、12b的内部中的试剂免受光的影响。试剂容器12c由未着色的聚丙烯组成,其意图保持珠状物(bead)并具有尤其适合于珠状物的表面性质。容器12c还可具有内涂层,其进一步减少珠状物在容器的内表面上的附着。
盖子部件14包括盖子,该盖子可被分析装置升起,从而使相应的试剂容器12a、12b、12c打开。试剂容器12a、12b、12c具有大体上方形的横截面,并且被连接以形成试剂容器组件10,试剂容器组件10具有大体上矩形的横截面,与其中一个试剂容器12a、12b、12c有相同的阔度(breadth),但为其三倍宽。
试剂容器12a、12b、12c的叠接的侧面在宽度方向上彼此邻接。不同的可能点焊接头或点焊18、20、22、24在图1中被显示为位于试剂容器12a、12b、12c的边缘上,这些边缘位于这些侧面上。然而,不一定要形成所有点焊18、20、22、24。例如,试剂容器12a、12b、12c中的两个试剂容器可仅仅经由其盖子部件14通过点焊18直接连接在一起。然而,该接头还可通过下部分16的上端处的点焊20而焊接,或者通过中间的点焊22或下端处的点焊24而焊接。

图2显示了从下面看的试剂容器组件10。试剂容器12a、12b和12c的下侧也可通过点焊26直接连接在一起。在这种情况下,焊接过程发生在试剂容器12a、12b和12c的下侧的邻近的边缘上。

图3的上部分显示了怎样通过超声焊接过程来连接试剂容器112b和112c。超声焊极130(其例如通过压电元件而激励至高频振荡)被压到试剂容器112b、112c的塑料材料上。热塑性塑料(这两个容器112b、112c由其制造)被超声焊极的高频振荡加热并变为液态。试剂容器112b的材料通过超声焊极130作用在试剂容器112b和112c上的压力而与试剂容器112c的材料相混合,从而导致融合。在超声振荡关闭之后,根据该方法的一种变型,超声焊极130仍在接头118上保持一定的时间,直至塑料材料固化。焊接时间例如为大约1秒到2秒,冷却例如为大约0.5秒到1秒。这两个试剂容器112b和112c的混合的塑料材料随后在接头118处形成塑料桥,其将这两个试剂容器112b和112c连接在一起。
如将在下面进一步描述的那样,由于尺寸公差,在试剂容器112a、112b、112c之间可能存在间隙132,从而使得试剂容器112a、112b、112c并不彼此直接靠置。在这种情况下,通过超声焊极130的压力在接头118处液化的塑料材料可流入这两个试剂容器112b、112c之间的间隙中,并在其冷却下来之后形成桥,其将这两个试剂容器112b、112c连接在一起,并将这两个容器112b、112c保持在恒定的距离。材料增厚部分128对于间隔开的试剂容器112a、112b、112c而言具有特别的优点,因为在试剂容器112a、112b、112c之间可得到足够的材料以形成桥。
图3的下部分显示了可选地试剂容器112a、112b、112c怎样通过激光焊接直接连接在一起。通过可透过激光L的板133(例如玻璃板133)施加压力到试剂容器112a、112b、112c上。穿过玻璃板133将激光L传送到接头118上,并使接头118处的试剂容器112a、112b、112c的塑料材料液化。类似于超声焊接,试剂容器112a、112b、112c的材料由于通过板133施加到接头118上的压力而在接头118处混合在一起。如果不再照射激光L到接头118上,塑料材料冷却并分别形成两个桥,其将试剂容器112a、112b、112c连接在一起。
完全如激光焊接中的那样,超声焊接过程期间可形成若干个接头。例如,与待形成的点焊完全类似而设置的若干个超声焊极可同时被压到组装的试剂容器组件的一侧。
通过合适的焊接过程还可在特别有利的方式下将由不同塑料材料制成的试剂容器连接在一起。这只需要将热塑性塑料材料用于待连接的试剂容器。例如,由聚丙烯制成的注塑模制的试剂容器可被焊接到由聚乙烯制成的挤压吹制的试剂容器上。
图4显示了在超声焊接过程期间处于定位装置34中的图1的试剂容器组件10,其中四个焊接接头18、24在试剂容器组件10的一侧同时形成。这种焊接过程被嵌入在下面所述的用于试剂容器组件的制造方法中。
三个填充有不同试剂的试剂容器12a、12b、12c通过带有传送带的输送机构或通过夹持式机器人而传送到定位装置34上并被定位在该装置中。在第一焊接过程中,带有四个焊接夹具30a的复式超声焊极30被压靠在试剂容器组件10的侧面上。焊接夹具30a可具有任何合适的形状,并且因此例如具有带有圆化边缘的大体上矩形的横截面,或可选地还可为椭圆形的横截面。为了得到更高的刚度,还可利用包括例如6到10个或更多焊接夹具的复式超声焊极。
在焊接过程期间,三个试剂容器12a、12b、12c接连设置在定位装置34的两个挡块36之间,其中背离超声焊极的容器的侧面靠置在定位装置34的侧挡块35上,并且定位装置34的U形夹紧端37夹紧在试剂容器组件10的纵向末端周围。在焊接过程期间,试剂容器12a、12b、12c以这种方式被固定在明确限定的位置中。
在一共持续大约2.5秒到3秒的第一焊接和冷却过程之后,试剂容器组件10通过带有传送带的输送机构或夹持式机器人而输送到第二定位装置34上,并被置于第二定位装置34中,其中已焊接的侧面靠着侧挡块35。可选地,还可通过夹持式机器人使试剂容器组件10在第一定位装置34中旋转180°。然后,类似于第一焊接过程而进行第二焊接过程,其中利用复式超声焊极30焊接试剂容器组件10的另一侧。在第二冷却过程之后,现在两个侧面上都焊接过的试剂容器组件10被输送到后续工位,在后续工位上例如进行加标签或将RFID芯片附连到试剂容器组件10上。
根据该方法的进一步的变型,还可通过两个或更多超声焊极设置在相对侧将试剂容器组件的试剂容器(例如同时地)焊接在一起。
图5显示了用于复式或单独的超声焊极30的可能的焊接夹具30b、30c、30d的还有的可行实施例,超声焊极30沿方向D被压到焊点上。焊接夹具30b具有平坦的大体上圆形或椭圆形的焊接面。焊接夹具30c具有与焊接夹具30b类似的形状,但在其末端区域具有V形凹部,其有助于液态塑料材料的混合。通过沿方向D施压,V形凹部具有将液化的塑料材料朝焊接夹具30c的对称的中心面加压的作用。超声焊极30d具有相同的作用,其由两个元件组成,这两个元件在方向D上受压时彼此相向移动。
图6显示了穿过图4的定位装置的横截面,三个试剂容器12a、12b、12c布置在该定位装置中。如上面进一步描述的那样,当试剂容器组件10具有限定的宽度B时其是有利的,从而使得接收该试剂容器组件10的分析装置可尽可能准确地将试剂容器12a、12c的开口定位在试剂容器组件10的末端处。
为了制造带有预定宽度B的试剂容器组件10,试剂容器12a和12c以这样的方式而设置在定位装置34中,该方式使一个侧面靠置在定位装置34的定位挡块36上。在焊接期间,试剂容器12a和12c优选地被压靠在定位挡块36上。试剂容器12b居中地位于两个试剂容器12a、12c之间。定位挡块36之间的距离被预设至宽度B。试剂容器12a、12b、l2c的宽度BB具有与制造相关的变化。图6中所示的试剂容器12a、12b、12c具有例如方形的横截面,其带有28毫米的宽度BB,并且分别具有+/-0.2毫米的公差。如果试剂容器12a、12b、12c被设置成使侧面互相靠置,这将导致试剂容器组件10具有84+/-0.6毫米的整体宽度B。试剂容器组件10的这种变化的总宽度B现在可通过使定位装置34中的试剂容器12a、12b、12c定位而补偿。
但是,这样在试剂容器12a、12b、12c之间可能存在间隙32。然而,如已经提到的那样,通过焊接过程在将试剂容器12a、12b、12c连接的点处形成了牢固的桥,其保持试剂容器在定位装置34中处于设定的距离。
如果与刚才所述的方法相反,试剂容器组件形成为没有准确预定的宽度,那么当相互靠置的试剂容器在焊接期间以这样的方式设置在保持器中时是有利的,该方式使焊接夹具尽可能在中部撞击待连接的试剂容器之间的结合部。例如,在试剂容器组件由三个试剂容器组成的情况下,这可通过首先将中间的试剂容器设置在保持器的中部,并从两侧在两个外部试剂容器上施压来实现。可选地,若干试剂容器可通过沿试剂容器组件的宽度方向的预定作用力从两侧被压在一起,从而使试剂容器组件相对于超声焊极设置是居中的。
图7显示了怎样使试剂容器12c可再自动地从试剂容器组件10上分开。试剂容器12b和试剂容器12c之间的焊接18、20、22、24被刀38破坏,刀38朝向试剂容器组件10的末端40可以是尖的,通过利用刀刃40而切断或断开已在两个容器12b、12c之间形成的桥。刀38例如是1毫米厚的钢片。
图8显示了带有盖子部件214的试剂容器212a的一个进一步的实施例。试剂容器212a的下部分216具有圆化的下端,并且,因此试剂容器212a不能单独站立在平表面上。
图9显示了怎样将三个这样的试剂容器212a、212b、212c一起设置在支座或基箱240中并焊接到其上,从而形成试剂容器组件210的进一步的实施例,其可独自站立在平的支撑物上。在这种情况下,试剂容器212a和212b在公共的点焊218a处连接在一起,并且同时还连接在支座214上。试剂容器212b和212c则没有公共的焊接,而是通过支座240经由点焊218a、218b、218c间接地连接在一起。
图10显示了还可怎样用支座340来定位试剂容器。出于这个目的,在支座340中提供了凹处342,盖子部件314的突出部344可***到凹处342中。突出部344和凹处342在试剂容器组件的纵向方向上具有相同的宽度。因此,盖子部件314在焊接过程期间不能再沿支座340的纵向方向滑动,相关联的试剂容器的开口也定位在盖子部件314中。盖子部件314中的开口相对于支座340的侧壁346被固定。
图11显示了试剂容器412a、412b、412c的一个进一步的实施例,它们可利用也示出的一种特别的复式超声焊极430通过超声焊接而焊接,用以形成试剂容器组件410的进一步的实施例(参见图14)。
在图11中,各试剂容器412a、412b、412c尚没有被预定位以用于超声焊接,而是以彼此相距较大的距离布置,以便更好地辨别各容器的结构。为了清晰起见,只在其中一个容器412c上用参考标号标出了试剂容器412a、412b、412c的各构件作为示例。尽管结构元件在图中出现了很多次,但是没有对所有相应的结构元件都标上参考标号。
各试剂容器412a、412b、412c具有下部部件416和盖子部件414,其中下部部件416包括实际的试剂保持器415以及两个彼此相对并彼此平行延伸的板形侧壁417,试剂保持器415设置在侧壁417之间。侧壁417和试剂保持器415通过若干个水平稳定结构419而连接在一起。试剂保持器415、侧壁417和稳定结构419可在合适的模制过程中由塑料制成整体。
各侧壁417包括连接壁段417a,其带有向外突出的板边缘417k。因为连接壁段417a不与试剂保持器415直接接触,所以在相邻试剂容器的连接壁段417a处可形成特别牢固的超声焊接接头而不会冒损害试剂保持器415或填充到试剂保持器415中的试剂的风险。特别地,经过填充和封盖的试剂容器412a、412b、412c可被组装以形成试剂容器组件。
出于这个目的,如图12中所示,试剂容器412a、412b、412c首先以这样的方式而布置,该方式使两个相邻的试剂容器412a和412b或412b和412c的连接壁段417a分别彼此直接靠置或者至少带有小的间隔而彼此平行。
如图13中所示,复式超声焊极430可沿方向D压靠在试剂容器上,从而使复式超声焊极430的焊接夹具430e分别接合在侧壁417相邻或平行的连接壁段417a的板边缘周围,并通过高频振荡和压力的组合而将它们持久地连接在一起。
图16中在不同的透视图中放大显示了其中一个焊接夹具430,其被设计得使其沿试剂容器412a、412b、412c的纵向方向L越过距离s接合在连接壁段417周围,并因而分别形成如图14中所示的长度s的焊接接头421,图14显示了焊接过程之后的试剂容器组件410和复式超声焊极430。图15显示了图14中被标为A的区域的部分的放大图,其中更容易看到焊接接头421。
在焊接过程期间接合在连接壁段417a周围的焊接夹具430的纵向末端区域430a与图5的焊接夹具30c类似,并设置为圆化的V的形式。这样当焊接夹具430e沿方向D施加压力时,会使连接壁段417a被同时压在一起,其增加了焊接421的连接强度。
在所示的示例中,相邻的试剂容器412a和412b或412b和412c各自通过四个焊接接头421连接在一起,但在图11到图14中只显示了试剂容器组件410的一侧S1的焊接接头的形成,但是,其也可在另一侧S2以相同的方式进行(例如通过使组件旋转180°)。
由于复式超声焊极430的超声焊极设置,可在这两个侧S1、S2的其中一侧将三个试剂容器412a、412b、412c同时焊接在一起。
出于清晰起见,在图11到图14中未显示定位装置。在这种情况下,可利用例如图4中所示的类似的定位装置。
在之前的实施例示例中已经显示了具有大体上矩形的横截面并包括三个试剂容器的试剂容器组件。然而,对于通过焊接来连接试剂容器的方法而言,并不限于这样的试剂容器组件和所示的试剂容器的实施例。包括两个至六个或更多容器的试剂容器组件也可容易地实现。试剂容器组件还可具有梯形或楔形的横截面,其对于试剂盘(reagentrotor)尤其是有利的。还可利用任何外部设计的单壁和双壁试剂容器。例如可将具有圆形横截面或至少具有多个圆形侧面(其仅仅沿一直线彼此靠置)的试剂容器焊接在一起。

Claims (13)

1.用于制造由塑料制成的试剂容器组件(10;110;210;410)的方法,包括:
-组装一组特定的试剂容器(12a,12b,12c;112a,112b,112c;212a,212b,212c;412a,412b,412c),和
-将所述试剂容器(12a,12b,12c;112a,112b,112c;212a,212b,212c;412a,412b,412c)通过至少一个焊接过程而持久地连接在一起以形成所述试剂容器组件(10;110;210;410),其中,在连接所述特定的试剂容器(12a,12b,12c;112a,112b,112c;212a,212b,212c;412a,412b,412c)以形成所述试剂容器组件(10;110;210;410)之前,所述特定的试剂容器(12a,12b,12c;112a,112b,112c;212a,212b,212c;412a,412b,412c)中的至少一个试剂容器已经填充有一种试剂,
其中,在连接所述试剂容器(12a,12b,12c;112a,112b,112c;212a,212b,212c;412a,412b,412c)以形成所述试剂容器组件(10;110;210;410)之前,所述方法包括用相对所述一种试剂而标定的至少另一试剂填充所述特定的试剂容器(12a,12b,12c;112a,112b,112c;212a,212b,212c;412a,412b,412c)中的至少另一试剂容器;
在填充所述至少另一试剂容器(12a,12b,12c;112a,112b,112c;212a,212b,212c;412a,412b,412c)的步骤之前,所述方法包括相对所述一种试剂标定所述至少另一试剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,其包括下列进一步的步骤:
-在相对所述至少一种试剂标定所述至少另一试剂期间收集标定数据;
-将所述标定数据以能由使用者读出或由分析***自动读出的形式提供给所述试剂容器组件(10;110;210;410)。
3.根据前述权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述标定数据以条形码或RFID标签的形式提供。
4.根据前述权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述焊接过程期间形成至少一个点焊接头(18,20,22,24,26;118,218a,218b,218c)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述焊接过程是超声焊接过程。
6.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述焊接过程是激光焊接过程。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述至少一个试剂容器(112a,112b,112c)上提供材料增厚部分(128),所述焊接过程发生在所述材料增厚部分(128)处。
8.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,利用至少两个要被连接在一起的试剂容器(412a,412b,412c),所述试剂容器(412a,412b,412c)各自具有带有向外突出的板边缘(417k)的板形连接壁段(417a),其中,所述两个试剂容器(412a,412b,412c)在连接之前以这样的方式设置得使所述连接壁段(417a)至少在所述板边缘(417k)的区域中彼此靠置或者带有小的间隔而大体上彼此平行,并且,其中,所述两个试剂容器(412a,412b,412c)利用超声焊极(430)通过超声焊接经由其连接壁段而连接,所述超声焊极的焊接夹具(430e)在所述焊接过程期间一起夹紧在所述两个试剂容器(412a,412b,412c)的所述连接壁段(417a)的所述两个板边缘(417k)周围。
9.根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述试剂容器(212a,212b,212c)在公共支座(240,340)中组装并焊接到所述支座(240,340)上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,将至少两个试剂容器(212a,212b)以及所述支座(240)在至少一个公共接头(218a)处焊接在一起。
11.根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于,提供定位装置(34),相对于所述定位装置(34)的定位挡块(36)将所述试剂容器(12a,12b,12c)组装并在所述定位装置(34)中焊接在一起。
12.根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于,利用带有盖子部件(14;214;314)的试剂容器(12a,12b,12c;212a,212b,212c)来形成所述试剂容器组件(10;210),其中,所述焊接过程发生在所述盖子部件(14;214;314)上。
13.试剂容器组件(10;110;210;410),包括至少两个彼此附连并填充有特定试剂的塑料试剂容器(12a,12b,12c;112a,112b,112c;212a,212b,212c;412a,412b,412c),其特征在于,在至少一个试剂容器已经填充有一种试剂后,所述试剂容器(12a,12b,12c;112a,112b,112c;212a,212b,212c;412a,412b,412c)通过由超声焊接或激光焊接形成的至少一个熔焊点(18,20,22,24,26;118;218a,218b,218c;421)而持久地连接在一起;
所述至少两个试剂容器(412a,412b,412c)各自具有至少一个带有向外突出的板边缘(417k)的板形连接壁段(417a),其中,所述试剂容器组件中的所述两个试剂容器(412a,412b,412c)的所述连接壁段(417a)至少在其相应的板边缘(417k)的区域中彼此靠置或者带有小的间隔大体上彼此平行而延伸,并且,其中,所述两个试剂容器(412a,412b,412c)通过至少一个焊接接头(421)在所述两个连接壁段(417a)处持久地连接在一起。
