Abstract

一种电动车动力整合装置,设置有座体,座体内为具有传动装置以及控制装置,而传动装置是设置有电动马达,且电动马达连接有驱动电动马达驱动的马达驱动器;该控制装置是设置有提供电动车电力的电池管理模块、充电器模块、电力转换模块、以及动力控制模块,当座体装设于电动车车体时,该控制装置即可与电动车的电池连接,并可利用充电模块对电池进行充电,而当使用者使用电动车时,该动力控制模块即会操控驱动电池管理模块,使电池管理模块将电池的电力调节供应至电动马达,并操控马达驱动器使电动马达运转输出动力。从而使电动车制造者将座体装设于车体后,不需再对动力装置进行搭配或组装,减少制造者装配与搭配动力装置的困难。

电动车动力整合装置
技术领域
本发明涉及电动车动力整合装置,特别是将电动车的动力装置整合于座体,以让电动车制造者将座体装设于车体后,即可不需再对动力装置进行搭配或组装,以降低制造者整合动力装置的困难。
背景技术
一般习知的机车,尽皆是使用柴油引擎及汽油引擎,这两种动力***,动力效果虽佳,耐久性亦优,但却有环保问题,因此,各车厂投入大量的人力研发,将电动力***作为机车动力***,再加上高功率电池技术日益成熟,电动机车已成为未来的趋势,然而,由于电动机车,基本上需有电力驱动的动力马达、高能量电池,动力马达控制装置、高能量电池管理***、动力管理***,才能使动力马达尽量在高效率状态使用,但因各种装置在搭配时有许多技术上的困难,且在装配于电动车时,又会遇到装配复杂等问题。
因此,要如何整合电动车的动力装置,以减少制造者对于各种装置的装配与搭配的困难,即为相关业者所亟欲研发的课题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的乃在于,将电动车的动力装置整合于座体,以让电动车制造者将座体安装于车体后,即可不需再对动力装置进行搭配或组装,以降低制造者装配与搭配的困难。
为达上述目的,本发明的动力整合装置是设置有座体,座体内为具有传动装置以及控制装置,而传动装置是设置有电动马达,且电动马达连接有驱动电动马达驱动的马达驱动器;该控制装置是设置有提供电动车电力的电池管理模块、充电模块、电力转换模块,以及动力控制模块,当座体装设于电动车车体时,该控制装置即可与电动车的电池连接,并可利用充电模块对电池进行充电,而当使用者使用电动车时,该动力控制模块即会操控驱动电池管理模块,使电 池管理模块将电池的电力调节供应至电动马达,并操控马达驱动器使电动马达运转输出动力。
较佳地,该控制装置的电力转换模块受动力控制模块的控制,将电动车减速时的动能转换成电能,并储存至电池。
较佳地,该传动装置是设置有减速装置。
较佳地,该控制装置是设置于座体内,且控制装置运作时所发出热能,会传导至座体,并由座体与空气进行热交换将热能散去。
较佳地,该传动装置在座体一侧设置有电动马达,且在电动马达一侧设置有减速装置。
本发明的有益效果在于,可让电动车制造者可直接将座体装设于车体,以减少制造者装配与搭配动力装置的困难。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2所示,由图中可清楚看出,本发明电动车动力整合装置是设置有座体1,座体1内为具有传动装置2以及控制装置3,其中:
该传动装置2是于座体1一侧,传动装置2为具有以电力驱动的电动马达21,且电动马达21连接有驱动电动马达21作动的马达驱动器22,且电动马达21一侧装置有可降低电动车行进速率的减速装置23。
该控制装置3是设置有连接电动车电池的电池管理模块31、充电模块32、动力控制模块33以及电力转换模块34。该电池管理模块31是用以管理监控电池供应电动马达21运作时的电力,并计算提供电池的残余电量;该电力转换模 块34则在最适当的时机将电池的电力转换成车体其他电子装置所需的电力;该充电模块32是用以连接外部电源,以对电池进行充电;该动力控制模块33是用以整合电动车使用者的资讯、驱动装置的资讯与控制装置内的各模块资讯,以最适当的控制法则,操控马达驱动器22,使电动马达21运转输出动力,并驱动电池管理模块31,将电池的电力适当提供给马达驱动器22,调节供应至电动马达21;动力控制模块33也会控制电力转换模块34,将电动车减速时的动能转换成电能储存至电池。
藉上,由于本发明的电动车动力整合装置已将电动车所必须的动力装置整合于座体1,因此电动车制造者只需将座体1连接于电车体,并将电动车的电池连接于控制装置3,即可不需再对动力装置进行搭配或组装,以降低制造者整合动力装置的困难;再者,该马达驱动器22与控制装置3于运作时所发出的热能,为会传导至座体1,并由座体1与空气进行热交换将热能散去。
因此,本发明为可解决习知技术的不足与缺失,其关键技术在于,本发明为将电动车所必须的动力装置整合于座体1,以使制造者可直接将座体1装设于电动车后,即可不需再对动力装置进行搭配或组装,以降低制造者整合动力装置的困难。

Claims (5)

1.一种电动车动力整合装置,该动力整合装置是设置有可装设于电动车的座体,座体包含传动装置以及控制装置,其特征在于:
该传动装置是设置有电动马达,且电动马达连接有驱动电动马达作动的马达驱动器;
该控制装置是设置有连接电动车电池的电池管理模块、充电模块、动力控制模块、以及电力转换模块;
当座体装设于电动车车体时,该控制装置即可与电动车的电池连接,并可利用充电模块对电池进行充电,而当使用者使用电动车时,该动力控制模块即会操控驱动电池管理模块,使电池管理模块将电池的电力调节供应至电动马达,并操控马达驱动器使电动马达运转输出动力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动车动力整合装置,其特征在于,该控制装置的电力转换模块受动力控制模块的控制,将电动车减速时的动能转换成电能,并储存至电池。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电动车动力整合装置,其特征在于,该传动装置是设置有减速装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电动车动力整合装置,其特征在于,该控制装置是设置于座体内,且控制装置运作时所发出热能,会传导至座体,并由座体与空气进行热交换将热能散去。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电动车动力整合装置,其特征在于,该传动装置在座体一侧设置有电动马达,且在电动马达一侧设置有减速装置。
