Abstract

本发明公开了一种抽水泵吸水口过滤器，它是在连接管的下端设有球形过滤头，过滤头的上顶端设有出水口，外端的球体与连接管连为一体，连接管下端的球体上设有进水孔，使用时，将连接管用软管连接在水泵的进水口上，由于过滤头的整个球体上布满了进水孔，其孔径内大外小，因此过滤效果好，不易堵塞。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抽水机械，确切的说是一种抽水泵进水口的过滤装置。
背景技术
目前用于农田灌溉的各种抽水泵，均无有配套的专用过滤设备，大都是在水泵的进水口处设置网状护栏，由于田边地头中的沟渠水源水质不清，杂草丛生，水泵的进水口常被杂物堵塞，不能进水而影响灌溉。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述缺陷，提供一种抽水泵吸水过滤器，以防止杂物堵塞入口，保持进水入口的畅通。
本发明的方案是由连接管及球形过滤头组成，在连接管的下端设有球形过滤头，过滤头的上顶端设有出水口，外端的球体与连接管连为一体，连接管下端的球体上设有进水孔，所述的进水孔设有45—60度的斜面，进水孔的内口径大于外口径。使用时，将连接管用软管连接在水泵的进水口上，由于过滤头的整个球体上布满了进水孔，其孔径内口大外口小，因此过滤效果好，不易堵塞。

具体实施方式
图1中示出的连接管3的下端设有球形过滤头1，球形过滤头的上顶端设有出水口，外端的球体与连接管3连为一体，连接管下端的球体上设有进水孔2。
图2中示出的进水孔2设有45—60度的斜面，进水孔的内口径大于外口径。

1.一种抽水泵吸水口过滤器，由连接管及球形过滤头组成，其特征在于：所述的连接管（3）的下端设有球形过滤头（1），球形过滤头的上顶端设有出水口，外端的球体与连接管（3）连为一体，连接管下端的球体上设有进水孔（2）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抽水泵吸水口过滤器，其特征在于：所述的进水孔（2）设有45—60度的斜面，进水孔的内口径大于外口径。
