Abstract

本发明公开一种缠绕管卷成盘装置,包括支架和滚筒,滚筒设置在托轮I和托轮II上,在滚筒的一个端面,托轮I的主轴上固定有从动轮I,从动轮I通过皮带和传动轮I相连,传动轮I和传动轮II与托轮II同轴,托轮II通过皮带II与主动轮I相连,主动轮I设置在电机的输出轴上。本发明通过电机带动托轮I和托轮II转动,托轮I和托轮II在摩擦力的作用下带动滚筒转动,进而将缠绕管卷在滚筒上。不需要手工操作,省时省力,且得到的成卷的缠绕管形状规则,一致性高。

一种缠绕管卷成盘装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种能把橡胶行业用的缠绕管卷成盘的装置。
背景技术
在橡胶行业,当缠绕管加工完毕之后,需要将缠绕管卷成盘,以便于存放和运输。现有缠绕管在卷盘过程中主要依靠的是手工操作,不仅浪费人力物力,所得到的成卷的缠绕管的一致性不高,缠绕不规则。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是现有缠绕管卷盘时一致性不高、人力物力消耗大,提供一种效率高且能使得卷成团的缠绕管一致性好的缠绕管卷成盘装置。
本发明的技术方案是以下述方式实现的:一种缠绕管卷成盘装置,包括支架和滚筒,滚筒设置在托轮I和托轮II上,在滚筒的一个端面,托轮I的主轴上固定有从动轮I,从动轮I通过皮带和传动轮I相连,传动轮I和传动轮II 与托轮II同轴,托轮II 通过皮带II 与主动轮I相连,主动轮I设置在电机的输出轴上。
所述电机的输出轴上固定有主动轮II,主动轮II 通过皮带与从动轮II相连,从动轮II所在的轴上设有限位器,限位器上设有过线槽I。
所述支架上固定有定位基座,定位基座上设有过线槽II,定位基座上设有速度传感器,速度传感器与电机相连。
     本发明通过电机带动托轮I和托轮II转动,托轮I和托轮II在摩擦力的作用下带动滚筒转动,进而将缠绕管卷在滚筒上。不需要手工操作,省时省力,且得到的成卷的缠绕管形状规则,一致性高。

具体实施方式
 如图1、图2和图3所示,一种缠绕管卷成盘装置,包括支架1滚筒4,滚筒4设置在托轮I 3和托轮II 17上,在滚筒的一个端面,托轮I3的主轴上固定有从动轮I2,从动轮I2通过皮带5和传动轮I6相连,传动轮I 6和传动轮II 与托轮II 17同轴,托轮II 17通过皮带II 7与主动轮I 10相连,主动轮I 10设置在电机11的输出轴上。
本发明工作过程如下:电机11启动时,通过主动轮I 10带动托轮II 17 和传动轮I 6转动,传动轮I 6经过从动轮I 2带动托轮I 3转动,托轮I 3和托轮II 17在转动时候与滚筒4发生摩擦,带动滚筒4转动,进而将缠绕管卷在滚筒上。
进一步的,作为本发明的优选方案,所述电机11的输出轴上固定有主动轮II,主动轮II 通过皮带与从动轮II 9相连,从动轮II 9所在的轴14上设有限位器15,轴14设置在立柱8上,限位器15上设有过线槽I 16。使用时,缠绕管通过过线槽I 16之后才卷在滚筒4上,在电机11工作的时候,通过主动轮II带动从动轮II 9转动,进而带动从动轮II 9所在轴14上的限位器15沿着轴14的轴向运动,最终可以使得缠绕管在滚筒4上缠绕出比较规则的形状。
更进一步的说,所述支架1上固定有定位基座12,定位基座12上设有过线槽II 13,定位基座12上设有速度传感器,速度传感器与电机11相连。缠绕管线经过过线槽II 13之后再通过过线槽I 16,如果滚筒4的转动速度大于缠绕管的递进速度,则过线槽II 13处的缠绕管会绷直,这个时候速度传感器会给电机发出信号,降低电机的旋转速度以使得滚筒4的转速和缠绕管的递进速度匹配;如果滚筒4的转动速度小于缠绕管的递进速度,过线槽II 13处的缠绕管会松弛堆叠,此时速度传感器给电机一个信号增加电机11的转速,使得滚筒4的转度与缠绕管的递进速度匹配,进而使滚筒4上的缠绕管形状规则、一致。

1.一种缠绕管卷成盘装置,包括支架(1)和滚筒(4),滚筒(4)设置在托轮I(3)和托轮II(17)上,其特征在于:在滚筒的一个端面,托轮I(3)的主轴上固定有从动轮I(2),从动轮I(2)通过皮带(5)和传动轮I(6)相连,传动轮I (6)和传动轮II 与托轮II(17)同轴,托轮II(17)通过皮带II(7)与主动轮I(10)相连,主动轮I(10)设置在电机(11)的输出轴上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缠绕管卷成盘装置,其特征在于:所述电机(11)的输出轴上固定有主动轮II,主动轮II 通过皮带与从动轮II(9)相连,从动轮II(9)所在的轴(14)上设有限位器(15),限位器(15)上设有过线槽I(16)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的缠绕管卷成盘装置,其特征在于:所述支架(1)上固定有定位基座(12),定位基座(12)上设有过线槽II(13),定位基座(12)上设有速度传感器,速度传感器与电机(11)相连。
