本发明涉及一种可调节的点焊包装一体机，尤其是能调节点焊包装一体机的焊头调节装置，由焊头固定块、焊头调节块、方槽长孔和连接螺丝安装组成，将焊头处拆分为两部分，一部分是焊头固定块，另一部分是焊头调节块，焊头调节块上开方槽长孔，连接螺丝安装在方槽长孔内，要调节焊头位置的时候，焊头固定块位置可以通过长槽通孔，只要调节连接螺丝就可以，不需要调节大基座，解决了点焊机焊头难易调整，以及严重的人力资源浪费，提高了工作效率。

本发明涉及一种可调节的点焊包装一体机，尤其是能调节点焊包装一体机的焊头调节装置。
背景技术
目前，点焊机的焊头都是固定的，进行调整的时候，要对整个基座进行调整，由于基座的庞大，一个人无法完成调试工作，增加了人力，并且难以调节，浪费时间，工作效率低。
发明内容
为了克服现有点焊包装一体机存在的技术不足，本发明提供了一种点焊包装一体机焊头调节装置，解决了点焊机焊头难易调整，以及严重的人力资源浪费，提高了工作效率。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：焊头调节装置，由焊头固定块、焊头调节块、方槽长孔和连接螺丝安装组成，将焊头处拆分为两部分，一部分是焊头固定块，另一部分是焊头调节块，焊头调节块上开方槽长孔，具有调节量，连接螺丝安装在方槽长孔内，起调节作用，这样焊头固定块可以在焊头调节块上调节焊头的固定位置，要调节焊头位置的时候，焊头固定块位置可以通过长槽通孔，只要调节连接螺丝就可以，不需要调节大基座。
本发明的有益效果是，改装后的焊头调节装置，方便调节，节省人力，节省维修时间，提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
将焊头处拆分为两部分，一部分是焊头固定块(1)，另一部分是焊头调节块(2)，焊头调节块(2)上开方槽长孔(3)，具有调节量，这样焊头固定块(1)可以在焊头调节块(2)上调节焊头的固定位置，要调节焊头位置的时候，焊头固定块(1)位置可以通过长槽通孔(3)调节，只要调节连接螺丝(4)就可以，不需要调节大基座。

1.一种点焊包装一体机焊头调节装置，由焊头固定块、焊头调节块、方槽长孔和连接螺丝安装组成，其特征是：将焊头处拆分为两部分，一部分是焊头固定块，另一部分是焊头调节块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的点焊包装一体机焊头调节装置，其特征是：焊头调节块上开方槽长孔，具有调节量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的点焊包装一体机调节装置，其特征是：连接螺丝安装在方槽长孔内，起调节作用。
