塑料管道电磁熔连接结构
【技术领域】
本发明属于管道连接结构,具体是指一种通过电磁场产生的热量实现塑料管与塑料管接头连接的塑料管道电磁熔连接结构。
【背景技术】
现阶段市场上管道连接的加热方式普遍采用电阻丝电热圈加热,在两通塑料管接头的左、右两连接端内壁均塑制有一组电热圈,且两组电热圈首尾连贯,两组电热圈的引出电阻丝分别与塑制在塑料管接头上的插头连接,将塑料管***塑料管接头的连接端上,通过给电热圈加热,可令塑料管与塑料管接头实现热熔连接。倘若需要在三通塑料管接头的三个连接端热熔连接塑料管,则需要再塑制一组电热圈和二个插头。
仔细分析上述结构,不难发现其存在如下不足:
1、塑料管接头结构复杂,至少需要用到二组首尾连贯的电热圈和相应二个可电连接的插头,电热圈需要与插头焊接,且电热圈、插头均需与塑料管接头塑制成一体,加工环节多,制造成本高;
2、采用电阻丝加热方式进行管道连接,其电能消耗较大,进一步提高了管道连接成本。
有鉴于此,现有的塑料管道连接结构,实有改进必要。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的问题是针对上述现有技术存在的不足而提供一种结构简洁、节电降耗成本低的塑料管道电磁熔连接结构。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
塑料管道电磁熔连接结构,包括塑料管和塑料管接头,所述塑料管接头具有至少两个连通的连接端,至少一个连接端所在的塑料管接头内插置有塑料管,在所述塑料管与塑料管接头之间安装有弹簧,且弹簧通过电磁感应加热与塑料管、塑料管接头电磁熔接在一起。
上述塑料管接头内部还形成台阶通孔和位于台阶通孔外缘的阶梯台阶孔,塑料管伸入台阶通孔中,弹簧抵靠在阶梯台阶孔的阶梯台阶上,且其与塑料管对应的外表面相触。
塑料管接头仅设置有台阶通孔和阶梯台阶孔,不需要作特殊的结构设计,因此加工要求低,令塑料管轻松地推入到台阶通孔中,且弹簧可准确就位并与塑料管接头、塑料管充分接触,如此有利于塑料管与塑料管接头可靠、快捷地熔接到位,不会发生连接偏位。
上述弹簧外侧所在的阶梯台阶孔中还抵靠有颜色塑料识别环,颜色塑料识别环与塑料管对应的外表面相触,颜色塑料识别环在热膨胀时一部分突露于塑料管接头之外,且其与塑料管、塑料管接头电磁熔接。
突露的颜色塑料识别环标识醒目、经久耐用。
上述颜色塑料识别环与塑料管的颜色或/和塑料管接头的颜色不相同。
借助于颜色塑料识别环可以方便辨认管道中的介质,比如在辨认冷、热水管时则显得一目了然。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点和有益效果:
结构简洁,装配零件少,仅需成本低廉的弹簧作为发热载体,在电磁感应加热前,该发热载体与塑料管接头、塑料管均呈分体配置,故易于实施,操作方便;运用电磁感应加热,将弹簧与塑料管、塑料管接头熔接,达到节电降耗降低成本的目的,且塑料管、塑料管接头在熔融时可透过弹簧圈间隙两者实现直接熔接,因此熔接强度高。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1所示,是本发明的较佳实施例。
塑料管道电磁熔连接结构,其由塑料管1、塑料管接头2、弹簧3和颜色塑料识别环4组成。
塑料管接头2具有至少两个连通的连接端20,(图中示出的是两通塑料管接头,当然亦可以是三通塑料管接头、四通塑料管接头等),且至少一个连接端20所在的塑料管接头2内插置有塑料管1,(图中两通塑料管接头的右连接端通过电磁感应加热熔接有一塑料管,比如三通塑料管接头熔接三条塑料管时需配置3个弹簧,四通塑料管接头熔接四条塑料管时则需配置4个弹簧,但仅需用到一台电磁感应加热器即可进行管道连接)。
其中,塑料管接头2内部还形成台阶通孔22和位于台阶通孔22外缘的阶梯台阶孔21,塑料管1伸入台阶通孔22,直至其顶端面与台阶221相触,弹簧3箍套塑料管1伸入段后,直至弹簧3内侧端抵触阶梯台阶孔21的阶梯台阶211,塑料管1伸入段还箍套有颜色塑料识别环4,颜色塑料识别环4亦位于阶梯台阶孔21中,且与弹簧3外侧端相触,弹簧3为采用钢丝绕制的圆柱螺旋弹簧。
在插接部位***借助电磁感应加热器5对插接部位进行感应加热,使得塑料管1的***段与塑料管接头2、颜色塑料识别环4熔融在一起,冷却后实现了塑料管1、塑料管接头2、颜色塑料识别环4这三者的连接,以及颜色塑料识别环4伴随其热膨胀过程中有一部分突露于塑料管接头2之外,藉此完成对管道的标识。
为便于识别,颜色塑料识别环4与塑料管1的颜色或/和塑料管接头2的颜色不相同,比如用红色表示热水管道、蓝色表示冷水管道。
具体组装、连接时,在塑料管1任意一端先套入颜色塑料识别环4,紧接着套入弹簧3,然后在用手抵住颜色塑料识别环4的情况下将塑料管1伸入台阶孔22中,直至塑料管1内端面抵触台阶通孔22的台阶221,此时,弹簧3内端亦抵触阶梯台阶孔21的阶梯台阶211,颜色塑料识别环4恰好完全位于阶梯台阶孔21内,之后用电磁感应加热器5从插接部位的***对插接部位施加感应磁场,使得弹簧3自身发热,由此产生的持续高温将弹簧3、塑料管1、塑料管接头2熔融在一起,以及颜色塑料识别环4与塑料管1、塑料管接头2熔融在一起,冷却后即实现塑料管1与塑料管接头2的熔接,以及颜色塑料识别环4内表面与塑料管1相对应外表面熔接、颜色塑料识别环4外表面与阶梯台阶孔21对应侧壁熔接,其中,颜色塑料识别环4在受热膨胀过程中,其一部分突露于塑料管接头2之外。

1.一种塑料管道电磁熔连接结构,包括塑料管和塑料管接头,所述塑料管接头具有至少两个连通的连接端,至少一个连接端所在的塑料管接头内插置有塑料管,其特征在于:在所述塑料管与塑料管接头之间安装有弹簧,且弹簧与塑料管、塑料管接头电磁熔接在一起。
2.如权利要求1所述的塑料管道电磁熔连接结构,其特征在于:所述塑料管接头内部还形成台阶通孔和位于台阶通孔外缘的阶梯台阶孔,所述塑料管伸入台阶通孔中,所述弹簧抵靠在阶梯台阶孔的阶梯台阶上,且其与塑料管对应的外表面相触。
3.如权利要求2所述的塑料管道电磁熔连接结构,其特征在于:弹簧外侧所在的阶梯台阶孔中还抵靠有颜色塑料识别环,颜色塑料识别环与塑料管对应的外表面相触,颜色塑料识别环在热膨胀时一部分突露于塑料管接头之外,且其与塑料管、塑料管接头电磁熔接。
