Abstract

本发明是关于连接用的接头。一种阀门阀瓣开启高度检测仪的过渡接头,其特征在于:该过渡接头由连接器、球头杆关节轴承、压板、弹簧组成,其中压板用螺母和球头杆关节轴承的凹球副上的螺孔锁固在位移传感器输入端移动杆头部的螺纹上,该球头杆关节轴承的凸球副与连接器螺纹连接;该连接器用锁紧螺钉与阀门的阀杆顶端紧固连接;弹簧套在该球头杆关节轴承***,弹簧的两端分别与压板和连接器相靠。解决位移传感器的触头输入端在阀门开启瞬间不会产生过冲、不会短暂离开阀杆顶端产生虚假位移,以及不易卡住,提高测量精度和可靠性的技术问题。

阀门阀瓣开启高度检测仪的过渡接头
技术领域:
本发明是关于连接用的接头,尤其是关于一种将阀门阀杆顶端与位移传感器输入端的活动杆连接的过渡接头。 
背景技术:
阀门阀瓣的开启高度测定是阀门性能试验的一项重要项目,测定时,常用杆式位移传感器将这一阀瓣开启高度传送至千分表或百分表计量显示,具体做法是将该杆式位移传感器夹持在一个具有磁性底座的固定支架上,该千分表或百分表固定杆式位移传感器的输出端,调节该杆式位移传感器在固定支架上的高度、角度和磁性底座在阀体上吸附的位置,使杆式位移传感器输入端的活动杆头部与阀杆顶端相靠。但这一传统的测量办法,常因阀瓣在开启瞬间的冲击会使杆式位移传感器输入端向上过冲,短暂离开阀杆顶端,致使百分表或千分表显示的位移距离大于阀瓣实际开启高度——即所谓的虚假位移,失去了真实性。此外,杆式位移传感器的轴线与阀杆的轴线很难保持彼此绝对的平行,易卡住,增加了阀门开启的力量,会影响测量的精度。 
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种阀门性能试验用的过渡接头,解决位移传感器的触头输入端在阀门开启瞬间不会产生过冲、不会短暂离开阀杆顶端产生虚假位移,以及不易卡住,提高测量精度和可靠性的技术问题。 
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案是: 
一种阀门阀瓣开启高度检测仪的过渡接头,其特征在于:该过渡接头由连接器、球头杆关节轴承、压板、弹簧组成,其中压板用螺母和球头杆关节轴承的凹球副上的螺孔锁固在位移传感器输入端移动杆头部的螺纹上,该球头杆关节轴承的凸球副与连接器螺纹连接;该连接器用锁紧螺钉与阀门的阀杆顶端紧固连接;弹簧套在该球头杆关节轴承***,弹簧的两端分别与压板和连接器相靠。
本发明由于固定连结在位移传感器输入端的移动杆头部与阀杆顶端之间,因此,位移传感器输入端的移动杆头部不会在阀门开启瞬间因冲击而过度上移,致使其短暂与传感器输入端的移动杆头部分离而造成虚假位移,同时球头杆关节轴承又防止了阀杆轴线与位移传感器移动杆轴线不平行造成的摩擦力增加或卡死,减少了测量时的附加载荷,提高了测量的可靠性和精度。

具体实施方式:
请参阅图1所示,本发明的过渡接头由连接器1、球头杆关节轴承2、压板5和弹簧6组成,球头杆关节轴承2(如SQZ5CRS型)有一对铰接的凸球副21和凹球副22,其中凸球副21用螺纹固定在连接器1上,凹球副22用螺孔中的螺纹固定在位移传感器输入端的移动杆3头部的螺纹上,并用压板5和螺母4锁固。该连接器1具有与阀门的阀杆7顶端71相配的固定孔,用连接器1上的锁紧螺钉11将该连接器1固定在阀杆7的顶端71上。弹簧6套设在球头杆关节轴承2的***,且弹簧5的两端分别与压板5和连接器1的相对端面相靠。 
由于本发明的过渡接头将位移传感器输入端的移动杆3头部与阀杆7固定相连,在阀门开启的瞬间,阀瓣开启的运动造成的冲击,无法使位移传感器的活动杆摆脱这种连接关系,因此也就不存在虚假位移产生的现象。同时球头杆关节轴承又消除了阀杆轴线与活动杆轴线不平行引起的卡死的可能,减少测试的附加载荷,提高了测量的可靠性和精度。

1.一种阀门阀瓣开启高度检测仪的过渡接头,其特征在于:该过渡接头由连接器、球头杆关节轴承、压板、弹簧组成,其中压板用螺母和球头杆关节轴承的凹球副上的螺孔锁固在位移传感器输入端移动杆头部的螺纹上,该球头杆关节轴承的凸球副与连接器螺纹连接;该连接器用锁紧螺钉与阀门的阀杆顶端紧固连接;弹簧套在该球头杆关节轴承***,弹簧的两端分别与压板和连接器相靠。
