Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the information prompting method provided by the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to an information recognition device, and the information recognition device is outside an original visual area of a user, that is, if no special processing is performed, the user needs to change his or her own visual line to see information recognized by the information recognition device, for example, during driving, the original visual area is a windshield and a road surface penetrating through the outside of the windshield, and a car navigator may be installed at a certain position inside a car, and at this time, if the user needs to acquire navigation information of the car navigator, the user needs to transfer his or her own visual line to a display screen of the car navigator, and so on.
Referring to fig. 1, the information prompting method provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s101: acquiring specific content needing prompting;
in a specific implementation, after the information to be recognized is input to the information recognition device, the recognition result of the information recognition device is obtained, and then the specific content to be prompted is obtained according to the recognition result. For example, if the information identification device is a car navigation device, the input information to be identified may be a location name of a certain destination, and after receiving the location name information to be queried, the car navigation device will give a recognition result according to its query system, for example, the location information (longitude and latitude coordinates, etc.) of the mobile terminal user may be obtained through a network of a mobile operator (such as a GSM network, a CDMA network, etc.), and corresponding services are provided for the user with the support of an electronic map platform. The specific recognition result may include: the current position of the user and the position of the destination, and the route information from the current position of the user to the destination, etc. of course, in the prior art, these recognition results are all displayed on the display screen of the car navigation instrument, and the user needs to transfer the sight from outside the window to the display screen to see the relevant information of these recognition results.
Specific content to be prompted can be acquired according to the identification results of the information identification device. In particular, when the specific content is obtained from the recognition results, there may be a variety of ways. For example, one of the ways may be to directly determine the recognition result as the specific content to be prompted, that is, all the information displayed on the display screen of the information recognition device is taken as the specific content to be prompted, and in this case, it is not necessary to perform any processing on the recognition result of the information recognition device. For example, if map information and route information are given on the display screen of the car navigation device, the map information and the route information can be used as specific content to be presented.
Alternatively, the recognition result may be subjected to some necessary processing to extract some information from the recognition result as specific content to be presented. For example, map information and route information are provided on a display screen of the car navigator, some of the map information which is irrelevant to the traveling route may not be needed for the user, and if the map information and the route information are displayed for the user, interference may be caused to the user, and the user needs to pay long time or operation for autonomous thinking and comparison. In view of this situation, embodiments of the present invention may take the following forms: route information is extracted from the information, or information such as some key points (such as points needing turning) on the route can be extracted as specific content needing to be presented. Obviously, in this way, some redundant information can be excluded from the user, which is beneficial to improving the working efficiency.
Furthermore, the specific content to be prompted may be generated according to the recognition result, that is, the specific content to be displayed, which is acquired in the first two cases, is originally displayed on the display screen of the information recognition device, and in the third mode, the specific content to be prompted may be generated according to the original recognition result. For example, still assuming that map information and route information are given on the display screen of the car navigation device, at this time, if it is recognized that the vehicle needs to turn during the traveling of the vehicle, a graphic such as an "arrow" representing the turning direction may be generated, and the "arrow" representing the turning direction may be used as the specific content to be presented. Therefore, in the mode, the information can be more intuitively provided for the user, and the time or operation for autonomous thinking and comparison of the user is further reduced, so that the working efficiency is more favorably improved.
In addition, some information recognition devices may provide recognition results in a voice manner, for example, when the vehicle travels to a place and needs to turn right, the vehicle-mounted navigator notifies the user of the right turn in a voice manner, in this case, the third generation specific content needing prompting may also be adopted, for example, when the voice prompts the right turn, a figure of an arrow pointing to the right may be generated, and compared with the voice information, the figure information has a more intuitive characteristic and can reduce the time for the user to think about the figure.
Of course, in a specific implementation, the specific content that needs to be prompted may also be obtained in other ways, and is not limited in detail here.
S102: determining a specific position in which specific content needs to be displayed in an original visual area concerned by the user;
the purpose of this step is to determine where to display the particular content that needs to be prompted. For example, still assuming that the information recognition apparatus is a car navigation device, since the original visible area of the user is a road surface outside the windshield, the windshield or the road surface may be determined as the specific position where the specific content needs to be displayed.
S103: displaying the specific content at the specific location.
After the specific content needing prompting is acquired and the specific position for displaying the specific content is determined, the specific content needing prompting can be displayed at the specific position. For example, the specific content to be prompted is a graphic of an arrow, the specific position is a windshield of a vehicle, the arrow is displayed on the windshield of the vehicle, so that the arrow can be seen by a user on the windshield, and the user can see relevant turning information without transferring the sight line because the original visible area of the user comprises the windshield, so that the information can be utilized in time, the vehicle-mounted navigator can really play a navigation role, and the utilization rate of the information is improved.
Specifically, when displaying the acquired specific content at a specific position, various methods may be employed, and representative two methods are described below.
Detailed description of the invention
A projection method is adopted, namely the specific content is projected to the specific position. Of course, if this method is used, a projection device may be mounted on the information recognition apparatus. The projection device may be the same as the projection apparatus in the general sense, and since the projection device may enlarge the image frame of the document to display the image information in a larger size, the obtained specific content may be displayed in a larger size at the determined specific position, which is obviously more convenient for the user to view. For example, still taking the car navigator as an example, assuming that the specific content to be prompted is a graphic of an "arrow" and the specific location is the windshield of the vehicle, the "arrow" can be projected on the windshield of the vehicle by using a projection device, see fig. 2, which is a schematic diagram of navigating by using the car navigator with a projection device.
In order to better understand the specific implementation of displaying the acquired specific content at a specific location by using a projector, the following briefly introduces the current state of the art of projectors. Taking a commonly used notebook computer as an example, the notebook computer generally has a VGA output port, and can be used for an external projector, thereby greatly increasing the information publishing and demonstration capabilities of the notebook computer. Originally, due to the technical limitation, the projector externally connected to the VGA interface of the notebook computer can only perform mirror synchronization with the LCD of the notebook computer to display the same content, and certainly, the case of directly using the content displayed on the display screen of the information recognition device as the specific content to be prompted can be realized by such a mirror synchronization manner. However, in the case of extracting specific content, the content to be projected is no longer the same as the content displayed on the display screen of the information identification device, and therefore, the mirror synchronization cannot be adopted. However, in the prior art, such a function is still achieved, for example, most notebook computers at present have a Dual View (Dual View) function, the Dual View allows different output contents to be displayed on the LCD and the external projector at the same time, and the two display devices can respectively and independently adjust the refresh rate, resolution, color depth, etc. of the display, and can support different applications (Dual Application). Therefore, the technology provides technical support for the implementation of the embodiment of the invention, and only the display card and the software support together. Even if the information recognition device does not have a display screen (in the case of voice prompt), the information recognition device can be used for realizing the function by using a projection device and also can be realized by being supported by a display card and controlled by software. In short, the display screen of the information identification device and the projection screen can display the same content through the support of the display card and software control, and certainly, the display screen and the projection screen can also be controlled to display different contents, even the information identification device can have no display screen, so that the corresponding projection result can be obtained as long as the acquired specific content is output to the projection device. The specific implementation method may refer to the dual-screen display technology, which is not described herein again.
It should be noted that, as described above, in step S102, a specific position needs to be determined in the original visible area of the user, and accordingly, if the projection apparatus is used to implement the display, the direction of the projection apparatus may be automatically adjusted according to the needs of different specific positions.
Detailed description of the invention
Since, in practical applications, there may be a display device at the specific location determined in step S102, another method may be: outputting the specific content to the display device, and displaying the specific content by the display device. For example, the windshield of some vehicles may be a display screen (transparent display screen), and the acquired specific content to be prompted is output to the display device, so that the specific content to be prompted can be displayed on the windshield. In particular implementations, the data may be output to the display device via wifi or other wired interface.
It should be noted that, although in the first and second embodiments, the obtained specific content can be displayed on the windshield, in the former embodiment, the windshield is only a curtain corresponding to the projector, and operations such as image processing are not required, and as long as light emitted by the projector is incident on the windshield, a corresponding image can be presented on the windshield; in the latter implementation, however, the windshield is required to have image processing functions, including rendering received data, and the like.
The foregoing describes in detail a specific implementation method of the embodiment of the present invention, and certainly in practical applications, the method may be applied not only to a vehicle-mounted navigation device, but also to other information identification devices, for example, some navigation devices may be handheld by a user, that is, the user may use the device to navigate during walking, at this time, the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention may also be used.
Or, some portable devices for searching for a target (for example, searching for a book in front of a bookshelf, searching for a certain goods on a shelf of a supermarket, etc.) may also use the method of the embodiment of the present invention to improve the efficiency of obtaining information for a user. The method of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the example of finding a book in front of a bookshelf.
The user typically looks for a book in front of the bookshelf, so in this case, the user's original viewable area is the bookshelf. For convenience of searching, a handheld portable device may be used for assisting searching, after receiving information such as a book title input by a user, the portable device may collect object information on the bookshelf through the camera, automatically search a target object according to the collected effective information, and identify the target object. Then, according to the recognition feedback and calibration given by the system, the specific content needing to be prompted can be determined, for example, as shown in fig. 3, when the target object is recognized, a mark can be projected to the target object to indicate the position of the target object, so that the user can directly and quickly find the position of the target object on the bookshelf. Of course, when the target object is not found yet, the position of the currently searched effective region may be projected onto the bookshelf. The effective region is a region corresponding to effective information currently acquired by the query device, and is a part of the bookshelf.
Example two
The foregoing first embodiment mainly describes an information identification method applied to an information identification device, and in practical applications, information identification can also be performed by using a mobile terminal.
Referring to fig. 4, an information identification method applied to a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s401: collecting image information of an image collection area; wherein the image acquisition area is located within an original visual area of interest to the user;
similar to the previous embodiment, the application scenario of the second embodiment may be: a user needs to search a certain target object in an original visual area concerned by the user, and a mobile terminal for information identification is outside the original visual area concerned by the user; that is, if no special processing is performed, when information identification is performed using the mobile terminal, the user needs to transfer his/her own sight line to the display screen of the mobile terminal to see the corresponding identification result, and then needs to transfer the sight line to the original visual area to find the actual position of the target object.
In order to identify information, the mobile terminal has an image acquisition function, that is, image information of an image acquisition area can be acquired, and the acquired image information is used as a data source for subsequent analysis to analyze and obtain a target object which needs to be searched by a user. Obviously, since the target object is within the original visual area of the user, the image capturing area at the time of image capturing should also be located within the original visual area of interest to the user, i.e., an image needs to be captured from within the original visual area of the user.
When the image is acquired, equipment such as a camera and the like may be needed, the range of the image area is determined by the camera equipment, and the image acquisition area is usually smaller than the original visual area of a user. For example, after the image information of the first image capturing area is analyzed, if no desired target object is found, the direction of the camera is changed, the image information in the next image capturing area is captured, the analysis is continued, and so on until the target object is found. Of course, each image capture area is within the original viewable area of the user.
S402: acquiring specific content needing prompting according to the acquired image information;
similar to step S101, the specific content to be presented may be the information recognition result of the mobile terminal, a part of the content extracted from the information recognition result, a content generated according to the information recognition result, and so on. The specific situation is similar to that described above, and is not described herein again. Specific manifestations of this particular matter will be described later.
S403: determining a specific position in which specific content needs to be displayed in the image acquisition area;
since the image capturing area is within the original visual area of the user, this step corresponds to step S102, i.e., by this step, the position where the specific content is finally displayed is also within the original visual area of the user.
S404: projecting the specific content to a specific location within the image capture area; wherein the projection region overlaps or partially overlaps the image acquisition region.
This step corresponds to step S103, but in the second embodiment, in consideration of the characteristics of the mobile terminal device itself, a projection manner is adopted to display specific content at a specific position in the image capturing area. Of course, in order to achieve this purpose, it is necessary to make the projection region overlap or partially overlap with the image acquisition region, that is, which region of the image information is acquired, and the projection region should also be projected into the region corresponding to the image acquisition region during projection, so as to ensure the accuracy of information prompt. The term "overlap" or "partial overlap" means that the projection area may cover the entire image capturing area or only a part of the image capturing area, for example, the position of the target object may be projected only in the image capturing area, and in this case, the projection area is smaller than the image capturing area, so that the two areas may be considered to be partially overlapped. The overlapping or partial overlapping of the image acquisition area and the projection area can be realized by setting the relative position of the camera and the projection device.
In the second embodiment, since it is necessary to identify the position where the target object is located, the specific content to be presented may be only the position information of the target object. That is, after the position of the target object is identified, the position information is directly used as specific content to be presented, and a projection area in which the position information needs to be displayed can be determined. For example, the direction and the area of the light beam to be projected can be calculated according to the position of the target object, and after the light beam is projected, the projected image can be displayed at the actual position of the target object, that is, the light beam can be projected on the target object, so that the user can find the target object immediately without performing multiple line of sight shifts, and the time for thinking and operation is saved.
In the above manner, the position of the target object may be accurately indicated, but some calculation steps (calculating the direction and area of the light beam, etc.) may be required, and in other embodiments, only the range of the image capturing area may be projected, so that the calculation resources of the mobile terminal may be saved, and the implementation of the embodiment of the present invention may be supported even when the calculation resources of the mobile terminal are relatively limited.
For example, after the mobile terminal finds the target object, the current image capture area is directly projected to the original visual area of the user, which is equivalent to reducing the search range for the user, and prompting the user that the target object is within the range, so that the user can also quickly find the position of the target object.
Of course, in order to present more information to the user, both the position information of the target object and the position information of the current image capturing area may be projected. Or, if it is analyzed that the target object is not in the current image capturing area, the current image capturing area may also be projected to the original visual area of the user, and of course, for distinguishing from the image capturing area including the target object, a different light beam color or the like may be used for distinguishing, thus prompting the user that the target object is not in the range.
It should be noted that the above are only some preferred embodiments of the second embodiment of the present invention, and other similar implementations may also be adopted in practical applications, which are not limited herein.
It should be noted that, since the difference from the first embodiment is mainly introduced in the second embodiment, other parts that are the same as those in the first embodiment may be referred to and are not described herein again.
