本发明提供一种电子装置壳体。该电子装置壳体包括一基体、一形成于基体表面的金属质感层及一形成于金属质感层表面的面漆层,所述面漆层中含有纳米二氧化钛。

技术领域
本发明是关于一种电子装置壳体,尤其是关于一种具有抗菌除臭功能的电子装置壳体。
背景技术
现有电子产品(如手机、PDA等)的壳体常被镀覆一金属层或金属氧化物层而使产品具有金属质感,从而吸引消费者眼球。该金属层通常以不导电电镀的方式形成,因该金属层不导电,从而不会对信号产生干扰。该不导电的金属层或金属氧化物层可为透明状,其形成于壳体上之后,可使得壳体呈现出金属质感的外观。
然而,上述壳体虽然具有高贵的金属质感外观,却不具备抗菌除臭的功能,实用性欠佳。因为电子产品在使用过程中,其表面会慢慢的积聚很多灰尘,同时人手上的汗渍、或人手上涂抹的护手霜等均很容易残留在电子产品的表面上,这些污染物中存在很多细菌,对人体的健康会造成危害。若能使电子产品的壳体具有将其表面的污染物分解去除的功能,即具有抗菌除臭的功能,则会大大提高该电子产品的实用性、附加使用价值以及在市场上的竞争力。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要提供一种既具有金属质感外观又具有抗菌除臭功能的电子装置壳体。
一种电子装置壳体,其包括一基体、一形成于基体表面的金属质感层及一形成于金属质感层表面的面漆层,所述面漆层中含有纳米二氧化钛。
相较于现有技术,本发明电子装置壳体先于基体表面形成一金属质感层,再于金属质感层表面形成一含纳米二氧化钛的面漆层,所述面漆层中的纳米二氧化钛可在可见光或紫外光的照射下氧化分解掉粘附于壳体表面的污染物,从而起到抗菌除臭的作用。所述金属质感层又可使电子装置壳体呈现出金属外观,如此,该电子装置壳体在呈现出高贵的金属质感外观的同时又可抗菌除臭,保护了人体的健康,大大增强了产品的实用性及竞争力。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1所示,本发明一较佳实施方式的电子装置壳体10包括一基体11、形成于基体11表面的金属质感层13以及结合于金属质感层13表面的面漆层15。
基体11可为塑料基体,其可以注塑成型的方式制成。注塑该基体11的塑料可选自为聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)及聚碳酸酯与丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物的混和物(PC+ABS)中的任一种。该基体11亦可为玻璃或陶瓷基体。
金属质感层13可由真空镀膜的方式制成,如真空溅镀、真空蒸镀等。该金属质感层13可为单一的二氧化钛层,二氧化钛层与二氧化硅层的复合层,或二氧化钛层、二氧化硅层与其他金属氧化物层的复合层。所述其他金属氧化物可以是氧化铌、氧化锆、氧化铝、氧化钽等。当金属质感层13为二氧化钛层、二氧化硅层与其他金属氧化物层的复合层时,其中二氧化钛层或二氧化硅层需沉积为金属质感层13的表层,以增强面漆层15与金属质感层13的结合力。所述金属质感层13的厚度可为10-500nm。
面漆层15可以喷涂的方式形成于金属质感层13的表面。该面漆层15可为透明或半透明,其厚度可在10-50μm之间。喷涂面漆层15所用的油漆中包含有基漆、纳米二氧化钛及纳米二氧化硅。所述基漆的主要成分可为丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂或酚醛树脂。该基漆在所述油漆中的质量百分含量约为90-95%。所述纳米二氧化钛的平均粒径在100nm以下。所述油漆中纳米二氧化钛与纳米二氧化硅的质量比约为6-8∶1-2。
所述面漆层15中的纳米二氧化钛可在可见光或紫外光的照射下氧化分解掉粘附于所述电子装置壳体10表面的灰尘或残留的污染物,从而起到抗菌除臭的作用,以保护人体的健康。
所述金属质感层13不仅可使电子装置壳体10呈现出金属质感外观,且该金属质感层13的二氧化钛层或二氧化硅层表层还可起到粘结过渡层的作用,使所述含纳米二氧化钛及纳米二氧化硅的面漆层15牢固地附着于金属质感层13的表面,从而很好的解决了现有技术中含纳米二氧化钛的面漆层无法牢固附着于基体表面的问题。所述金属质感层13还可起到隔离面漆层15与基体11的作用,以保护基体11免受面漆层15中纳米二氧化钛的氧化分解作用。
所述电子装置壳体10可以是手机、PDA、笔记本电脑、MP3、MP4、GPS导航仪、蓝牙耳机或数码相机等产品的壳体。
本发明电子装置壳体10通过真空镀膜的方式先于基体11表面形成一金属质感层13,再于金属质感层13表面形成一含纳米二氧化钛的面漆层15,所述面漆层15中的纳米二氧化钛可在可见光或紫外光的照射下氧化分解掉粘附于电子装置壳体10表面的灰尘或残留的污染物,从而起到抗菌除臭的作用。所述金属质感层13又可使电子装置壳体10呈现出金属质感外观,如此,该电子装置壳体10在呈现出高贵的金属质感外观的同时又可抗菌除臭,保护了人体的健康,大大增强了产品的实用性及在市场中的竞争力。
Claims (9)
1.一种电子装置壳体,其包括一基体、一形成于基体表面的金属质感层及一形成于金属质感层表面的面漆层,其特征在于:所述面漆层中含有纳米二氧化钛。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子装置壳体,其特征在于:所述面漆层中还包含有纳米二氧化硅及基漆。
3.如权利要求2所述的电子装置壳体,其特征在于:所述纳米二氧化钛与纳米二氧化硅的质量比为6-8∶1-2。
4.如权利要求2所述的电子装置壳体,其特征在于:所述基漆中包含有丙烯酸树脂,环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂或酚醛树脂。
5.如权利要求1所述的电子装置壳体,其特征在于:所述金属质感层以真空镀膜的方式制成,其厚度为10-500nm。
6.如权利要求5所述的电子装置壳体,其特征在于:所述金属质感层为二氧化钛层。
7.如权利要求5所述的电子装置壳体,其特征在于:所述金属质感层为二氧化钛层与二氧化硅层的复合层。
8.如权利要求5所述的电子装置壳体,其特征在于:所述金属质感层为二氧化钛层、二氧化硅层与氧化铌层、氧化锆层、氧化铝层及氧化钽层中的任何一层的复合层。
9.如权利要求1所述的电子装置壳体,其特征在于:所述基体由塑料、玻璃或陶瓷制成。
