Abstract
本发明揭示一种用于分时双工(time division duplex;TDD)及分频双工(frequency division duplex;FDD)***的应答/否定应答的方法及***。在以高速共享信息信道(high speed shared information channel;HS-SICH)的时隙分配为基础的高速下行链路分组接入(high speed downlink packetaccess;HSDPA)中,各用户设备(user equipment;UE)可分配给二(2)不同信道化码。因此即可能采用传统的信号方式,以其中一码代表无错应答(Ack;应答),而另一码代表错误状况应答(Nack;否定应答)。节点B可区分经传送的信道化码与未经传送的信道化码。利用本发明,较之利用通常调制技术以提供应答/否定应答信号,发生错误的可能性较小。
Description
本发明专利申请是国际申请号为PCT/US03/04824,国际申请日是2003年2月19日,进入中国国家阶段的申请号为03804152.9,名称为“提供一高可靠度的确认/反确认给分时双工及分频双工的方法及装置”的发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明有关无线通信领域。更具体而言,本发明是有关于返回信道中提供一高度可靠应答/否定应答信号的方法及装置;在高速下行链路分组接入(HSDPA)中,返回信道称为高速共享信息信道(HS-SICH)。
背景技术
在HSDPA中,于返回(上行链路)信道(称作高速共享信息信道HS-SICH)中具有一高度可靠应答/否定应答信号很关键。尤为关键的是要识别其中的Nack,因为其所表示的消息是要求网络(节点B)重新传送未得到正确处理的数据。
发明内容
在一设定时间内,为多达八(8)UE各指定二(2)唯一信道化码,分别代表ACK与NACK信号,网络(节点B)可轻易区分该二类信号。

图1是一简化***图,用于解释本发明的技术及装置。
具体实施方式
在一分时双工(TDD)单元中,对于任意设定时隙,均可获得16信道化码用于上行链路与下行链路。在HSDPA应用中,对HS-SICH指定一设定时隙。在不致引起严重作业限制的情况下,可假定在一设定时间,多达八用户设备(8UE)将接收高速数据。因此,该指定的HS-SICH时隙内多达八(8)UE将传送上行链路数据。
因此,各UE可分配给二(2)信道化码。故可采用传统的信号方式,以其中一码代表ACK(先前下行链路数据突发成功),而另一码代表Nack(先前下行链路数据突发未成功)。另外,可将额外上行链路控制信息集的详细记录,例如信道质量指示(Channel Quality Indicator;CQI)及发射功率控制(Transmit Power Control;TPC),调制于选择的信道化码之上。
节点B可毫不费力地区分经传送的信道化码与未经传送的另一信道化码。利用本发明的技术,较之利用通常调制技术以提供Ack/Nack信号,发生错误的可能性较小。
本发明特别适合用于TDD,因为其无需相关的额外成本即可分配时隙中的所有十六(16)码。亦请注意,使用八(8)UE于时隙内传送,即使所有十六(16)码均得到分配,在任一时间亦仅可利用八(8)码。本发明亦可用于分频双工(FDD)传送中,以为HSDPA提供Ack/Nack信号。
图1显示了包含一基站(节点B)12及多个用户设备(UE)的一***10。为简明起见,在所给出的范例中,仅显示二(2)用户设备(UE),但应了解BS 12所服务的用户设备的数量可相当多。在范例中,BS(其可服务一或多单元)为第一UE 14及第二UE 16提供服务。
BS 12于步骤Sl为各UE分别指定一对信道化码,其中指定给各UE(14及16)的各对信道化码互不相同。指定各对信道化码的每一码分别代表一ACK及一NACK状况。UE2-16与UEl-14于步骤S1A及S1B储存所指定的码对。
BS 12于步骤S2传送一突发(诸如突发类型1)至若干UE。在所给出的范例中,BS 12于步骤S2传送突发至UE2-16。UE2-16于步骤S3接收并解码该突发。在步骤S4中,UE2-16判定接收信号中是否存在错误。若检测出错误,则流程转至步骤S5,使信道化码指定为一Nack码,以将其传送至BS 12。BS 12于步骤S6接收该码,且若于步骤S7检测出一错误信道化码(Nack),则流程转至S8,以重新传送临时储存的突发至UE2-16;UE2-16于步骤S9接收重新传送的突发。
假定UE2-16于步骤S3所接收的突发没有错误,则UE2-16将于步骤S4转至步骤S10,以传送分配至UE2-16的信道化码,从而指定一ACK状况。BS 12于步骤S11接收此代表一ACK信号的信道化码,且于步骤S12没有检测出错误,则流程将转至S13,以清除临时储存的突发。
应了解,除UEl-14与UE2-16之外,同时还可以有多达六(6)UE与BS 12通信,但为简明起见,范例中未显示。
如上文所述,最多的UE一次仅能传送一码(或者一Ack码,或者一Nack码),故一次可传送的信道化码的总量系限于八(8)。本文所描述的技术非常适用于TDD及FDD二者。
Claims (8)
1.一种无线通信网络中的基站,所述基站包括:
用于提供于时隙内使用的多个信道化码的装置,所述多个信道化码中的每一个信道化码互不相同;
用于将所述多个信道化码中的两个信道化码分配给用户设备UE的装置;
用于指定分配给所述UE的所述两个信道化码中的一个信道化码为应答正确ACK指示以及指定分配给所述UE的所述两个信道化码中的另一个信道化码为应答错误NACK指示的装置,其中针对所述UE指定为ACK指示的信道化码和指定为NACK指示的信道化码不同于在所述基站的控制下针对其他UE指定为ACK的信道化码和指定为NACK的信道化码;以及
用于在时隙中传送信号的装置,其中上行链路控制信息被调制于所述信号的信道化码上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基站,其特征在于,所述基站还包括用于从UE接收数据突发的装置,其中所述数据突发使用分配给所述UE的信道化码。
3.根据权利要求2所述的基站,其特征在于,该基站还包括在所述信道化码表示NACK指示的情况下,用于重新传送所述数据突发的装置。
4.根据权利要求2所述的基站,其特征在于,该基站还包括在所述信道化码表示ACK指示的情况下,用于清除所述数据突发的装置。
5.一种用于在无线通信网络中的基站中使用的方法,所述方法包括:
提供于时隙内使用的多个信道化码,所述多个信道化码中的每一个信道化码互不相同;
将所述多个信道化码中的两个信道化码分配给用户设备UE;
指定分配给所述UE的所述两个信道化码中的一个信道化码为应答正确ACK指示以及指定分配给所述UE的所述两个信道化码中的另一个信道化码为应答错误NACK指示,其中针对所述UE指定为ACK指示的信道化码和指定为NACK指示的信道化码不同于在所述基站的控制下针对其他UE指定为ACK的信道化码和指定为NACK的信道化码;以及
在时隙中传送信号,其中上行链路控制信息被调制于所述信号的信道化码上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括从UE接收数据突发,其中所述数据突发使用分配给所述UE的信道化码。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述信道化码表示NACK指示的情况下,重新传送所述数据突发。
8.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述信道化码表示ACK指示的情况下,清除所述数据突发。
