Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于在两个裁切工位中同时三面裁切产品的设备。所述设备具有第三工位,在该第三工位中与在先前的工位中进行边缘裁切同时地将孔冲压部或模具冲压部加工到所述产品中。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1或权利要求4前序部分所述的用于同时三面裁切产品的设备和方法。
背景技术
在制造平装书时,在配页订书联动机上使经配页和装订的产品在一个用于三面裁切的设备、例如修边机中进行裁切。这在用于前部裁切和头部或脚部裁切的裁切工位中通过可动的上刀朝固定的下刀进行。
在此,所述三面裁切以单个的步骤进行。在输送***静止状态下在第一裁切工位中进行所述前部裁切。然后所述产品通过该输送***输送到第二裁切工位。在那里同样在所述输送***静止状态下进行所述头部和脚部裁切。最后,三面被裁切的产品被输送到收书装置中。由EP 1 152 310 A1公开了一种这样的修边机。
此外由CH 561 593公开了一种用于裁切纸垛的设备,其中,在第二工位中附加地存在一个另外的、用于分离双页的刀。
此外,如果这种产品应获得专门的冲压部、例如孔冲压部、套准冲压部或穿孔部,则所述产品必须接着被供应给用于所述附加冲压部的专门机器。
发明内容
所以本发明的任务是提供一种设备,在该设备中除了所述边缘裁切和/或分离双页之外还可同时实施附加冲压。
所述任务通过具有权利要求1特征部分特征的设备和具有权利要求4特征部分特征的方法解决。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述用于同时三面裁切产品的设备具有一个公共的上刀桥,该上刀桥能够以往复运动被驱动。该上刀桥延伸穿过三个处理工位。在该上刀桥上安装用于对产品进行头部裁切、脚部裁切和前缘裁切的刀以及专用的冲压工具,借助于所述专用工具在第三处理工位中进行附加冲压。输送装置将产品输送到所述设备的各个工位中并且再输送出。
由此,利用本发明的方案通过上刀桥的往复运动在所述三个工位中可同时进行边缘裁切、双页分离、加工孔冲压部和其他模具冲压部的组合。
在一个特别优选的实施方式中,至少在所述第二裁切工位中在所述上刀桥上附加地固定用于分离页的刀。
由此,本发明的具有三个处理工位的修边机的优点在于通过下述可能性使得可处理的产品范围拓宽:用简单的分离刀实施冲压裁切(与产品厚度无关,同时裁切质量更高)、在双页的情况下降低规格的同时在一次通过中实施分离裁切和冲压的组合。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出用于传统两裁切工况的修边机1的典型实例。该修边机具有用于上刀桥3和用于输送***4的分开式驱动装置,其中图1中仅仅示出驱动马达2。该驱动马达2实现所述上刀桥3的运动,上刀6、9、10固定在该上刀桥上。用于在第一工位中裁切前缘的上刀6固定在该上刀桥3的前部5上,用于在第二工位中裁切脚部和头部的上刀9、10固定在该上刀桥3的后部7、8上。在该上刀桥3的后部7、8上还可以附加地固定一个用于分离双页(Doppelnutzen)的刀24。产品运动方向通过箭头11表示。图1中未示出的驱动马达驱动所述输送***4的上输送带12和下输送带13,用于将产品输送通过各个工位。
在图2中示出本发明的用于三步骤工况的修边机20。该修边机20基本上相应于所述修边机1的前面已经描述过的结构,区别是,该修边机20的上刀桥3′具有一个另外的、用于专门的穿孔或冲压刀具15的部分14,所述穿孔或冲压刀具用于在第三工位中处理产品16、16′。
现在为了更清楚起见在后面的附图3至5中仅仅示出对于处理产品16、16′重要的部件。
在图3中示意性示出产品16在三个处理工位17、18、19中的处理。在第一裁切工位17中借助于上刀6和下刀20进行产品16的前缘裁切。所述产品16在该裁切期间处于静止状态。接着,所述产品16借助于所述输送***4输送到用于头部裁切和脚部裁切的第二裁切工位18中。所述头部裁切借助于上刀10和下刀22进行,所述脚部裁切借助于上刀9和下刀21进行。所述头部裁切和脚部裁切也在产品16的静止状态下进行。接着,所述产品16借助于输送***4输送到第三处理工位19中。在本实施例中,在该处理工位19中借助于用于冲孔的两个冲头15和两个裁切套筒23冲出两个孔。接着,完成处理的产品16被从该修边机输送出。
在图4中示出产品16在所述三个处理工位17、18、19中的替代处理。在第一裁切工位17中在产品静止的情况下借助于上刀6和下刀20进行产品16的前缘裁切。在将该产品16输送到第二裁切工位18中之后在产品静止的情况下借助于上刀9、10和相应的下刀21、22进行产品16的头部裁切和脚部裁切。同时附加地借助于上刀24朝着下刀25将所述产品16分为双页16′,所述上刀24构造为具有V形冲压轮廓的冲压刀。接着,将所述两个双页16′输送到第三处理工位19中。在此又在产品静止的情况下借助于四个冲头15和配属的裁切套筒23在所述双页16′中分别冲出两个孔。替代地也可以的是,在所述第二裁切工位18中用简单的分离刀24和下刀25仅仅实施一个简单的分离步骤并且由此在该第二裁切工位18中仅仅提供一个双页16′并且在第三处理工位19中通过简单的第二分离刀24和下刀25实施第二双页16′的第二分离步骤,必要时同时对于每个双页16′冲出两个孔。接着,完成处理的产品16′被从该修边机输送出。
在图5中示意性示出产品16在三个处理工位17、18、19中的另一替代的处理。与图4中的处理不同的是,在图5的变型方案中在第三处理工位19中每个双页16′在中间设有所谓的欧元冲压部。
所示的实施例对于不同类型的穿孔和冲压仅仅是示例性的,它们在此由于其多样性不能穷举,因此本发明不局限于所示实施例。

Claims (4)
1.一种用于在多个裁切工位中同时三面裁切产品的设备,具有共同的上刀桥,该上刀桥能够以往复运动被驱动,其中,在该上刀桥上能够安装至少用于对产品进行头部裁切、脚部裁切和前缘裁切的刀,其中,该设备具有至少一个用于所述前缘裁切的第一裁切工位和用于所述头部裁切和脚部裁切的第二裁切工位,并且该设备具有输送装置,该输送装置将产品输送到所述设备的各个工位中并且再输送出,其特征在于,所述设备具有第三工位,在该第三工位中借助于专用冲压工具在产品上进行附加冲压。
2.按权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述冲压工具同样固定在所述上刀桥上。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于,至少在所述第二裁切工位中在所述上刀桥上附加地固定用于分离页的刀。
4.一种用于最终处理由纸张构成的、经粘结或装订的产品的方法,其特征在于,在所述产品上同时在不同的工位中通过共同的上刀桥的往复运动实施前缘裁切、头部和脚部裁切和/或用于分离双页的裁切以及附加冲压。
