本发明公开了一种节能环保自动化石灰竖窑,包括窑体、自动上料机、窑顶布料机、窑底自动卸灰机和与窑顶出烟管连通的脱硫除尘器;窑体内由上而下依次设有预热室、辐射燃烧室、高温炉膛,预热室和辐射燃烧室之间设有开合式布料器,辐射燃烧室的外面设有两端管口分别与预热室的底部和高温炉膛的上部连通的环形大口径回收热管,辐射燃烧室和高温炉膛的外面设有喷煤机,喷煤机的喷嘴与辐射燃烧室连通,喷煤机的引风管与高温炉膛连通。本发明结构设计合理,便于自动化操作,改变了煤料在传统竖窑内混烧的方式,解决了现有技术存在煤料混烧、热值利用率低、烟气和粉尘污染严重、劳动强度大、产品质量差、机械化程度低、产品成本高的技术问题。

Description

节能环保自动化石灰竖窑
技术领域本发明属于节能环保石灰窑炉技术领域,具体涉及一种节能环保自动化石灰竖窑。 
背景技术现有技术的节能环保石灰窑,包括窑体、自动上料机、窑顶布料机、窑底自动卸灰机和与窑顶出烟管连通的脱硫除尘器。这种结构的石灰窑炉,均采用煤料混烧,热值利用率低,烟气和粉尘污染严重,劳动强度大,产品质量差,机械化程度低,产品成本高,无法达到市场需求和国家产业政策的节能减排要求。同时燃料的合理使用已成为生产设备的主要考核重点,窑炉设备的热效率直接影响热能的综合利用。 
发明内容本发明的目的是解决现有技术存在煤料混烧、热值利用率低、烟气和粉尘污染严重、劳动强度大、产品质量差、机械化程度低、产品成本高的技术问题,提供一种节能环保自动化石灰竖窑,以弥补现有技术的不足。 
为实现上述目的,本发明节能环保自动化石灰竖窑,包括窑体、自动上料机、窑顶布料机、窑底自动卸灰机和与窑顶出烟管连通的脱硫除尘器;其要点是窑体内由上而下依次设有预热室、辐射燃烧室、高温炉膛,预热室和辐射燃烧室之间设有开合式布料器,辐射燃烧室的外面设有两端管口分别与预热室的底部和高温炉膛的上部连通的环形大口径回收热管,辐射燃烧室和高温炉膛的外面设有喷煤机,喷煤机的喷嘴与辐射燃烧室连通,喷煤机的引风管与高温炉膛连通。 
为了使预热室内的物料均匀预热提高热能的合理利用,所说预热室的底部设有环形十字布风管。 
所述布料机、开合式布料器、自动卸灰机分别采用气缸驱动,动作快捷准确到位。
所述喷煤机可以利用高炉废气、天然气、煤粉和煤气混物向窑内的喷烧。 
本发明结构设计合理,便于自动化操作,改变了煤料在传统竖窑内混烧的的方式,解决了现有技术存在煤料混烧、热值利用率低、烟气和粉尘污染严重、劳动强度大、产品质量差、机械化程度低、产品成本高的技术问题。

具体实施方式根据附图,本发明包括窑体、自动上料机1、窑顶布料机2、窑底自动卸灰机10和与窑顶出烟管连通的脱硫除尘器6;窑体内由上而下依次设有预热室3、辐射燃烧室8、高温炉膛9,预热室3和辐射燃烧室8之间设有开合式布料器5,辐射燃烧室8的外面设有两端管口分别与预热室的底部和高温炉膛的上部连通的环形大口径回收热管7,辐射燃烧室和高温炉膛的外面设有喷煤机11,喷煤机11的吸管与辐射燃烧室8连通,喷煤机11的鼓风管与高温炉膛9连通;预热室3的底部设有环形十字布风管4。 
本发明的工作原理:石料经自动上料机1、窑顶布料机2、预热室3、开合式布料器5、辐射燃烧室8进入高温炉膛9,待高温炉膛9进完料后,关闭开合式布料器5,然后再输送石料储存在预热室3内,待预热室3进完料后,再关闭窑顶布料机2,开启喷煤机向高温炉膛9内点火喷煤,燃烧的火焰进入高温炉膛9对石料进行焙烧,没有完全燃烧的烟气和焦粒进入辐射燃烧室8再进行二次燃烧,使燃料在辐射燃烧室内充分燃烧。充分燃烧的热气从环形大口径回收热管7 进入预热室3对石料进行预热,再经窑顶的烟管进入脱硫除尘器6,进一步脱硫除尘。焙烧完毕,由窑底的鼓风机径向布风冷却,冷却后经自动卸灰机10卸灰。然后在进行下一***作,如此循环。 
本发明把高温炉气的运动方向改变成与物料运动方向相同,形成顺流加热,使高温物料处于连续稳定的加热状态,被加热物料温度持续时间长,有利于石灰石的分解和烧成质量。分段预热、加热提高了高温带的加热面积,增强了该区域的温度均匀性,使所有该区域的物料同时处在等温环境中加热。该窑设置了高温炉堂,当高温加热到工艺要求温度和处于热稳定状态后,炉堂内一直处于高温状态,炉四周的炉体温度将大量辐射热传递给高温带的物料,强化了加热效率,采用煤粉燃烧室,煤粉在高温炉堂内迅速燃烧,形成的挥发粉和焦粒再进行二次燃烧,使燃料在燃烧室内燃烧充分,不会形成黄烟(挥发份)和黑烟(固定碳及炭黑)等污染物,达到了理想的国家烟气排放要求。环形大口径回收热管,促使炉气的排放通畅,同时保证了沿炉横截面的炉气排放均匀性,改善了炉内气流的分部,减少了炉内气流的阻力,使气体的余热吸收利用。 
全窑各机械动作点均采用气缸驱动,动作快捷准确到位。窑的上料、下料入炉给高温带供料,以及底部出料均采用气动装置作业,由时间继电控制,减少了人员的操作环节,提高了生产效率。 
炉顶烟气经过回收利用预热后,再经过脱硫除尘器处理,达到国家排放标准。 
本发明定名为:节能环保型FJC竖窑。
