远程制冷展示柜***
技术领域
本发明总体涉及一种远程制冷展示柜***,该***用于商业冷却***领域以展示和保存冷藏食品等。
背景技术
通常,在超市和便利店配备有制冷展示柜***,以向顾客展示新鲜食物或饮品。所有制冷展示柜***至少包括下面的部件:压缩机、冷凝器、与展示柜相关联的至少一个蒸发器、膨胀/节流设备(诸如膨胀阀)和连接这些设备的适合的制冷管道。膨胀阀设置在蒸发器入口的制冷剂流的上游的管道中以膨胀液体制冷剂。膨胀阀的功能是在制冷剂进入蒸发器之前使液体制冷剂膨胀到为特定制冷剂选择的期望的低压。这种膨胀的结果是,液体制冷剂的温度也明显下降。随着在通过蒸发器管时从通过蒸发器表面的空气吸收热量,低压低温液体蒸发。通常,超市和便利店的制冷***包括布置在多个展示柜中的多个蒸发器、称为压缩机架的多个压缩机的集合和一个或多个冷凝器。
在现有展示柜***中,冷凝器和压缩机的运行蒸发温度是大约-15℃,一般采用的蒸发器的蒸发温度是大约-10℃--8℃。如已知,冷凝器和压缩机的性能随着蒸发温度和冷凝温度而变化,其中,特别是制冷效率随着蒸发温度下降而降低。对此,为了获得更高的制冷效率,蒸发温度应该尽可能的保持高。
因此,增加制冷展示柜***中蒸发器的蒸发温度以减小压缩比率不仅能够减小功耗,降低噪音等级,而且能够在获得高可靠性的同时减小成本。在本发明的优选实施例中引入了美国专利6460372Bl中描述的蒸发器以达到本发明的目的。同时,美国专利6460372Bl的公开合并与此进行参考。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种远程制冷展示柜***,包括:展示柜,其包括产品展示区和至少一个与产品展示区分离的隔间;空气流通道,用于在展示区与隔间之间连接空气;以及制冷***,包括空调用压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀/节流设备、蒸发器和连接这些组件的管道,其中,远程地安装空调用压缩机和冷凝器,且蒸发器的饱和蒸发温度是-4℃至2℃。

具体实施方式
下面将参照附图描述本发明的实施例。其中,将图1和图2示出的制冷***被描绘为具有与制冷展示柜相关联的单个蒸发器、单个冷凝器和单个压缩机。可以理解,该制冷展示柜可用在具有单个或多个展示柜(每个柜中具有一个或多个蒸发器)、单个或多个冷凝器和/或单个或多个压缩机布置的商业制冷***的各种实施例中。
图1是根据本发明的一个或多个方面的具有冷凝单元(CDU)的制冷展示柜的示意性框图。
如图1所示,优选的制冷展示柜由5个基本部件组成:冷凝单元010,其中包括压缩机011和冷凝器012、膨胀/节流设备020、与制冷展示柜100相关联的蒸发器030、具有毛细管041和电磁阀042的压力平衡设备040以及用于连接这些部件的管道050。然而,可以理解,制冷***可以包括附加部件、控制装置和附件。压缩机011的蒸发温度可以高于-5℃。尽管可以使用任何具体形式的传统膨胀设备,但是膨胀设备020最优地包括具有热感应元件的膨胀阀,诸如与蒸发器030的出口下游的抽吸管线热接触地安装的感应灯。感应灯通过传统的毛细管041和电磁阀042回连到恒温膨胀阀020,其中,毛细管041和电磁阀042组成压力平衡设备040,压力平衡设备040被添加到高压管道和低压管道之间,以在压缩机停止时间期间平衡压力。采用美国专利6460372B1提到的高效蒸发器作为当前实施例的蒸发器,其蒸发温度是-4℃至2℃。将来自压缩机011的制冷剂发送到冷凝器012,然后在其中被冷却。在此实施例中,压缩机011和冷凝器012构建冷凝单元(CDU),该冷凝单元被远程地安装。在CDU中被处理之后,制冷剂由膨胀/节流设备020削弱然后流入蒸发器。蒸发器的功能是使制冷剂蒸发且将温度下降到期望等级。
与传统展示柜***相比,将饱和蒸发温度增加到高于-5℃,且减小压缩比,其结果是,可以采用有成本效益的A.C.用压缩机。
参照图2,制冷展示柜100包括具有在其内的产品展示区140和隔间120的直立、前开门、绝热柜体110。在描述的实施例中,为片和管热交换线圈的蒸发器030布置在隔间120内,该隔间在产品展示区140之下且与产品展示区140分离。然而,根据需要,隔间120可以布置在产品展示区之上或者后面。如传统实践中,布置在隔间120内的空气循环装置,例如,一个或多个风扇130,使空气循环通过柜体110的壁中形成的空气流动通道112、114和116并进入产品展示区140,以将产品展示区140中的货架上存储的产品保持在期望的温度。部分制冷的空气从空气流动通道出来,大致向下地穿过展示区104的前面,从而在冷藏产品展示区140与展示柜100附近的商店区域中的周围温度之间形成气幕。通常靠近蒸发器030位于展示柜100内但是可以安装在管道的任何位置的膨胀/节流设备020用于测量流入蒸发器030的正确的液体制冷剂量。
可以包括毛细管041和电磁阀042的蒸发器压力平衡设备040运行以通过调节离开蒸发器的制冷剂流,将蒸发器中的压力维持在预选的期望运行压力。通过将蒸发器中的运行压力维持在期望压力,在蒸发器030内制冷剂从液体膨胀到蒸气的温度将被维持在与通过蒸发器的特定制冷剂相关的特定温度。
与传统***相比,采用上述技术方案的展示柜***可以减小功耗20%,且可以低成本制造采用上述技术方案的展示柜***。此外,根据上述实施例的展示柜***以更低噪声等级和更高的可靠性运行。

Claims (4)

1. 一种远程制冷展示柜***,包括:
展示柜,其包括产品展示区和至少一个与产品展示区分离的隔间,
空气流通道,用于在展示区与隔间之间连接空气,以及
制冷***,其包括空调用压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀/节流设备、蒸发器和连接这些部件的管道,
其中,空调用压缩机和冷凝器被远程地安装,且蒸发器的饱和蒸发温度是-4℃至2℃。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的远程制冷展示柜***,其中,所述制冷***还包括:压力平衡设备,其由至少一个毛细管和至少一个电磁阀组成。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的远程制冷展示柜***,其中,空调用压缩机的饱和蒸发温度是高于-5℃。
4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的远程制冷展示柜***,其中,蒸发器安装在所述隔间中。
