Abstract

本发明涉及蓝光DVD播放器DRMKEY生产管理方法。该方法包括DRMKEY设置和DRMKEY唯一性验证两部分;所述验证是采用计算机与组装后的蓝光DVD播放器连接,接收其内部的DRMKEY信息并上传至数据库服务器与数据库服务器内已存的密钥及加密内容比对实现唯一性验证;在播放器组装前还包括MAC地址校验的步骤;所述MAC地址校验采用计算机读取出蓝光DVD播放器主板内存储的MAC地址上传至数据库服务器与已存数据比对验证MAC地址唯一性。本发明实现了蓝光DVD播放器中DRMKEY的自动化管理,尤其是DRMKEY的自动校验方式,大大缩短DRMKEY校验时间,提高生产效率,同时避免了人工校验出错的可能性。

Description

蓝光DVD播放器数字权限密钥生产管理方法
技术领域
本发明涉及DVD技术领域,具体涉及一种DVD播放器的数字权限密钥的自动管理管理方法。 
背景技术
每台DVD播放器都具有一个独一无二的数字权限管理密钥,称为DRM KEY,DRM KEY中包含了DVD播放器的BD+(蓝光播放功能中JAVA应用程序 的KEY)、AACS(蓝光格式保护的KEY)、 HDCP(HDMI传输格式的KEY)、ESN(NETFLIX在线播放应用的KEY)、WideVine ID(CINENOW 在线播放应用的KEY)等信息。另外,每台DVD播放器的MAC地址也是唯一的。MAC(Media Access Control)地址或称为 MAC位址、硬件位址,是用来定义网络设备的位置的,每个网络设备都有一个专属于它的MAC位址。
目前,对于DVD蓝光播放器的DRM KEY的设置都是由操作人员手工进行,出错率高,且出错后难以在测试环节发现,常常造成播放器中的DRM KEY重复的现象,影响播放器品质,用户投诉率高。
发明内容
本发明需解决的问题是针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种可靠的包含密钥设置和密钥验证步骤的DVD播放器数字权限密钥的生产管理方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:提供一种蓝光DVD播放器数字权限密钥生产管理方法,其步骤为:
(1)数字权限密钥制作;
(2)数字权限密钥上传至特定服务器;
(3)数字权限密钥烧录至蓝光DVD播放器主板;
(4)蓝光DVD播放器整机组装;
(5)采用计算机与组装后的蓝光DVD播放器连接读取其内部的数字权限密钥及由其加密的内容;
(6)将步骤(5)读取的密钥及加密内容上传至数据库服务器与数据库服务器内已存的密钥及加密内容比对实现唯一性验证。
进一步的,步骤(4)前还包括MAC地址校验的步骤;所述MAC地址校验采用计算机读取出蓝光DVD播放器主板内存储的MAC地址上传至数据库服务器与已存数据比对验证MAC地址唯一性。
更进一步的,步骤(2)前还包括对数字权限密钥进行测试的步骤。
再进一步的,步骤(2)后还包括从特定服务器下载数字权限密钥并打印与该数字权限密钥对应的条码贴纸的步骤。
具体的,步骤(5)中所述计算机与组装后的蓝光DVD播放器通过网络接口连接实现数据传递;所述特定服务器为FTP服务器。 
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下显著效果:实现了蓝光DVD播放器中DRM KEY的自动化管理,尤其是DRM KEY的自动校验方式,将DRM KEY校验时间由原来的5分钟提升到30秒,大大提高生产效率,同时避免了人工校验出错的可能性。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员理解,下面将结合附图以及实施例对本发明进行进一步详细描述。
如图1,本实施例揭示的蓝光DVD播放器中DRM KEY的生产管理方法,是应用局域网络实现DRM KEY自动管理的一种方法,其流程如下:
首先,进行数字权限密钥(DRM KEY)制作,其是采用计算机配合DRM KEY
制作软件自动生成专属于每台蓝光DVD播放器的DRM KEY,并对其进行验证;实际生产中经常采用抽样检测的方式,以提高生产效率。
经验证通过的DRM KEY或者直接将生成的DRM KEY上传至FTP服务器。
采用计算机从FTP服务器上下载DRM KEY烧录至蓝光DVD播放器主板,
并打印与该烧录的DRM KEY唯一对应的条码贴纸,条码贴纸贴在对应的播放器上,便于后续维修维护中对应。
     在前期工序中,播放器主板中还植入了MAC地址,其相对于每个播放器主板也是唯一的,为了保证组装后的播放器能够正常工作,避免有重复的MAC地址写入,在主板组装前先通过计算机读取出每个主板的MAC地址,上传至数据库服务器,与服务器中已存储的MAC地址进行比对,验证其唯一性。
蓝光DVD播放器的MAC地址验证通过后进行整机组装。
最后,采用计算机与组装后的蓝光DVD播放器连接读取其内部的数字权限
密钥及由其加密的内容,并将上传至数据库服务器与数据库服务器内预存的密钥及加密内容比对实现唯一性验证。
因DRM KEY唯一性验证是在整机组装完成后进行,所以无法通过主板上的串行通讯口等设备来读取DRM KEY信息。本发明的解决方法为:由DVD播放器自身软件读取DRM KEY信息,并生成规定格式的字符传,然后通过网络接口发送给安装有DRM KEY监控客户端软件的计算机。计算机通过DRM KEY监控客户端软件接收到字符串后进行解析,将相关参数保存到数据库服务器,并与历史记录进行比对,校验被检测的播放器的DRM KEY的唯一性。
上述方法实现了DVD播放器的DRM KEY的自动化管理,将DRM KEY校验的时间由原来的5分钟提升到30秒,且能有效避免人工校验出错的可能性。
上述实施例为本发明实现的优选方案,并非限定性穷举,在相同构思下本发明还可以有其他变换形式,需要说明的是,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,任何显而易见的替换均在本发明保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.蓝光DVD播放器数字权限密钥生产管理方法,其步骤为:
(1)数字权限密钥制作;
(2)数字权限密钥上传至特定服务器;
(3)数字权限密钥烧录至蓝光DVD播放器主板;
(4)蓝光DVD播放器整机组装;
(5)采用计算机与组装后的蓝光DVD播放器连接,接收其内部的数字权限密钥及由其加密的内容;
(6)将步骤(5)读取的密钥及加密内容上传至数据库服务器与数据库服务器内已存的密钥及加密内容比对实现唯一性验证。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蓝光DVD播放器数字权限密钥生产管理方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)中所述计算机与组装后的蓝光DVD播放器通过网络接口连接实现数据传递。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蓝光DVD播放器数字权限密钥生产管理方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)前还包括MAC地址校验的步骤。
4.根据权利要求3所述的蓝光DVD播放器数字权限密钥生产管理方法,其特征在于:所述MAC地址校验采用计算机读取出蓝光DVD播放器主板内存储的MAC地址上传至数据库服务器与预存数据比对验证。
5.根据权利要求4所述的蓝光DVD播放器数字权限密钥生产管理方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)前还包括对数字权限密钥进行测试的步骤。
6.根据权利要求5所述的蓝光DVD播放器数字权限密钥生产管理方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)后还包括从特定服务器下载数字权限密钥并打印与该数字权限密钥对应的条码贴纸的步骤。
7.根据权利要求1所述的蓝光DVD播放器数字权限密钥生产管理方法,其特征在于:所述特定服务器为FTP服务器。
