Abstract

一种LED日光灯,包括基座和固定于基座上的灯罩和光源基板、所述光源基板上安装有多个发光二极管。所述灯罩包括第一表面,第二表面以及入光端部,该入光端部正对发光二极管出光方向设置,所述入光端部包括入光端面和反射部,发光二极管发出的光线从入光端面进入灯罩,经反射部反射后在灯罩内部传输,直至从第一表面和第二表面射出。发光二极管发出的光线在灯罩内部经过多次的反射和折射再从第二表面射出到的LED日光灯外部,LED日光灯的光照射角增大,均匀度增加。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种日光灯,特别涉及一种LED日光灯。
背景技术
和传统光源相比,发光二极管(LED)具有较高之发光效率、低辐射、低耗电、寿命长、低驱动电压、启动快速、环保、抗震抗压、灯具可小型化等优点,以LED作为日光灯光源的照明装置目前被广泛应用,用来替代气体荧光式日光灯。
现有的LED日光灯通常由圆柱形透明灯管以及安装在灯管内的LED光源基板组成。为了提高LED日光灯的照射度,LED光源基板上安装多列的发光二极管(LED),但所有的发光二极管都向同一个方向照射,使得LED日光灯的照明角度不足。也有为了增大照射角,采用增加灯罩的光散射性,通常会在制作灯罩的材料中添加扩散粒子来增加灯罩的光散射性,此种方式虽然能增加光散射的效果,但是对提升照明角度的作用不明显,在LED光源基板直射方向仍然会存在亮点。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种照明角度良好的LED日光灯。
一种LED日光灯,包括基座和固定于基座上的灯罩和光源基板、所述光源基板上安装有多个发光二极管。所述灯罩包括第一表面,第二表面以及入光端部,该入光端部正对发光二极管出光方向设置,所述入光端部包括入光端面和反射部,发光二极管发出的光线从入光端面进入灯罩,经反射部反射后在灯罩内部传输,直至从第一表面和第二表面射出。
发光二极管发出的光线在灯罩内部经过多次的反射和折射再从第二表面射出到的LED日光灯外部,在LED光源基板直射方向不会存在亮点,LED日光灯的光照射角增大,均匀度增加。

具体实施方式
请参考图1,在本发明的第一实施方式中,LED日光灯100包括散热基座10、灯罩20和电源连接器30。灯罩20固定在散热基座10上,形成大致为细长圆管状结构。电源连接器30设置在散热基座10与灯罩20形成的圆管状结构的两个端部,电源连接器30用来与外部电源(未示出)建立电连接。
请参考图2,是图1中的LED日光灯沿着IV-IV方向的截面图。LED日光灯100还包括固定在散热基座10上的光源基板40,光源基板40与电源连接器30电连接。光源基板40上设置有发光二极管41和正向发光二极管42,根据需要,发光二极管41和正向发光二极管42可以选择照射角度较大的草帽型发光二极管、较高功率发光二极管、或者彩色的发光二极管。
所述散热基座10可以选择采用散热性较好的铝合金基材制造,散热基座10底部设置有相互间隔一定距离的多个散热鳍片11,散热鳍片11用来增加散热基座10的表面积,从而增加了与空气的接触面积,进而提高了散热效率。散热基座10上还形成有一凹部12,所述凹部12与散热鳍片11相背的设置在散热基座10上,光源基板40设置在所述凹部12内。光源基板40与散热基座10之间可以通过高导热性的导热胶带相贴合,导热胶带更好的将光源基板40产生的热量传导至散热基座10,然后通过散热鳍片11与空气进行热交换。光源基板40与也可以通过螺钉固定或者其他方式与散热基座10相贴合,并在光源基板40与散热基座10之间设置导热板,用来将光源基板40产生的热量传导至散热基座10。
请一并结合图3,灯罩20为圆弧形灯罩,包括第一表面21、第二表面22以及入光端部24,在灯罩20的的两个弧形边缘设置还设有向外延伸的伸出部23。散热基座10还包括卡扣部13,卡扣部13与灯罩20边缘的伸出部23相扣合,将灯罩20固定在散热基座10上,灯罩20与散热基座10之间形成一个腔体50。灯罩20对应设置在光源基板40的正上方。灯罩20采用透明材料制成,具体可以采用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚碳酸酯、聚苯乙烯、苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物中的一种或者几种的混合物。
请参考图4,入光端部24正对发光二极管41的出光方向设置,所述入光端部24包括入光端面241和反射面242。该反射面242可以是镜面反射面或者全反射界面,在本实施方式中,反射面242为与发光二极管41的出光方向成45度夹角的镜面反射面。发光二极管41发出的光线从入光端面241进入灯罩20内部,经反射面242反射后在灯罩20的第一表面21和第二表面22间反复反射。光线在灯罩20内部的传输过程中,经第一表面21和第二表面22反射时,一部分光线经第一表面21和第二表面22反射继续在灯罩20内部传输,一部分光线会发生折射射出到灯罩20的外部。在第一表面21上发生折射的光线直接射出到LED日光灯100的外部。在第二表面22上发生折射的光线则进入到腔体50中,然后再次射入灯罩20内,直至从第一表面21射出至LED日光灯100的外部。
在第一实施方式中,在第二表面22上设置有调光部25,在本实施方式中,该调光部25为凸出于灯罩20第二表面22上的凸起部,在其他实施方式中所述调光部25也可以是设置于灯罩20第二表面22上的凹陷部。当光线在灯罩20内部的传输过程中接触到所述调光部25时,光线在调光部25处以漫散射的形式射出到灯罩20外部。未接触到所述调光部25的光线继续在灯罩20内部传输,直至在第一表面21和第二表面22折射至灯罩20外部或者接触到调光部25发生漫散射射出到灯罩20外部。
请参考图5,发光二极管41发出的非正向光线从入光端面241进入灯罩20后,不经过反射面242的反射直接在第一表面21和第二表面22间反复反射和折射,直至在第一表面21和第二表面22折射至灯罩20外部或者接触到调光部25发生漫散射射出到灯罩20外部。
发光二极管41发出的光线在灯罩内部经过多次的反射和折射再从第二表面22射出到的LED日光灯100外部,LED日光灯100的光照射角增大,均匀度增加。
灯罩20的第一表面21上还设置有一光扩散层(图未示出),在本实施方式中光扩散层为涂覆于第一表面21上的光扩散涂层,在第一表面21上发生折射的光线通过该光扩散层的散射作用,形成均匀柔和的光线。在其他实施方式中,光扩散层也可以替换为贴附于第一表面21上的光扩散薄膜。
请参考图6,在第一实施方式中,光源基板40上非对应入光端部24的位置还设置有正向发光二极管42。所述正向发光二极管42发出的光线不射入入光端面241,而是直接射入灯罩20与散热基座10之间形成的腔体50内,然后穿过灯罩20的第一表面21和第二表面22射出至LED日光灯100的外部。正向发光二极管42可以用来提升光源基板40的正方向的光通量。
请参考靠图7,在第二实施方式中,LED日光灯120的结构和光路与第一实施方式相似。散热基座102与灯罩220之间采用卡扣卡合连接,发光二极管421采用侧向发光型。灯罩220包括一入光端部224,该入光端部224正对发光二极管421的出光方向设置,所述入光端部204包括入光端面2241和反射部2242。在本实施方式中,反射部2242为与发光二极管421的出光方向成45度夹角的镀有高反射薄膜的反射面,光线经反射部2242反射后在灯罩220的第一表面221和第二表面222间反复反射从而在灯罩220的内部传输。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种LED日光灯,包括基座和固定于基座上的灯罩和光源基板,所述光源基板上安装有多个发光二极管,其特征在于,所述灯罩包括第一表面、第二表面以及入光端部,该入光端部正对发光二极管出光方向设置,所述入光端部包括入光端面和反射部,发光二极管发出的光线从入光端面进入灯罩,经反射部反射后在灯罩内部传输直至从第一表面和第二表面射出。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述反射部是镜面反射面或者全反射界面。
3.如权利要求1所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述反射部是与发光二极管的出光方向成45度夹角的镜面反射面。
4.如权利要求1所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩的第二表面上设置有调光部,当光线在灯罩内部的传输过程中接触到所述调光部时,光线在调光部处以漫散射的形式射出到灯罩外部。
5.如权利要求4所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述调光部为凸出于灯罩第二表面上的凸起部或者低于灯罩第二表面的凹陷部。
6.如权利要求1所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述光源基板上还设置有正向发光二极管,该正向发光二极管发出的光线直接穿过灯罩的第一表面和第二表面射出至LED日光灯的外部。
7.如权利要求1所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述基座包括卡扣部,灯罩边缘设置有伸出部,该卡扣部与灯罩边缘的伸出部相扣合,将灯罩固定在基座上。
8.如权利要求1所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述基座还包括多个间隔设置的散热鳍片。
9.如权利要求1所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述基座形成有一凹部,光源基板设置在所述凹部内。
10.如权利要求1所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩的的表面设置有光扩散薄膜,光扩散薄膜贴附于灯罩的第二表面。
