Abstract

本发明涉及一种减压瓦斯脱硫方法,属于化工技术领域,首先利用吸收剂喷射脱硫,然后经回收罐内的吸收剂吸收脱硫,吸收脱硫后可再经过吸收规整填料再次吸收,具体操作是吸收剂由循环管路循环,循环管路中连接有循环泵和回收罐,回收罐的上游循环管路上连接喷射器,含硫瓦斯连接在喷射器上,回收罐的顶部设有净化瓦斯出口。本发明减压瓦斯脱硫方法,工艺简单,操作方便,建设投资少,故障率低,瓦斯脱硫后硫化氢含量可以降到500ppm以下,脱硫净化效果好,脱硫效率高。

减压瓦斯脱硫方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种减压瓦斯脱硫方法,属于化工技术领域。
背景技术
炼油厂减压装置减压瓦斯含硫化氢较高,有的高达20%,目前未经脱硫直接进加热炉燃烧,由于含有硫化氢,不但对加热炉及管线腐蚀严重,不利于装置的长周期运行,而且也不利于环境保护。如果用压缩机对减压瓦斯直接升压,对压缩机的腐蚀也很严重。还有减压瓦斯直接用胺液脱硫后再通过压缩机升压的工艺,但由于压力太低,脱硫效果很差,硫化氢含量在2000ppm左右。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种减压瓦斯脱硫方法,工艺简单,操作方便,脱硫效率高,建设投资少,故障率低。
本发明所述的减压瓦斯脱硫方法,首先利用吸收剂喷射脱硫,然后经回收罐内的吸收剂吸收脱硫。
吸收剂也称脱硫剂,有胺液或碱液等,如有:一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、二异丙醇胺、甲基二乙醇胺或位组胺等。
    吸收脱硫后可再经过吸收规整填料再次吸收。
具体操作如下:
吸收剂由循环管路循环,循环管路中连接有循环泵和回收罐,回收罐的上游循环管路上连接喷射器,含硫瓦斯连接在喷射器上,回收罐的顶部设有净化瓦斯出口。在回收罐内一方面得到吸收脱硫,另一方面实现气液分离。
在喷射器的喷射中进行瓦斯的初步脱硫,同时对减压瓦斯增压,方便输送。
吸收剂循环使用。喷射器和循环泵为现有商品,根据减压瓦斯压力和净化瓦斯的去向选择使用。
回收罐顶部的净化瓦斯出口内配装有规整填料,再通过规整填料的再吸收保证瓦斯的脱硫效果。
在净化瓦斯出口上连接吸收剂供应管,在回收罐的上游循环管路上连接吸收剂排放管。
吸收剂供应管用于根据需要补充新的吸收剂,吸收剂排放管用于排放引出富吸后的吸收剂,保证吸收剂的吸收效果。
在循环管路上设调节阀,用于调节吸收剂的循环量来保证减压瓦斯上游设备的压力稳定,防止抽力过大损坏上游设备。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明减压瓦斯脱硫方法,工艺简单,操作方便,建设投资少,故障率低。
在喷射器中瓦斯和吸收剂混合进行瓦斯的初步脱硫,然后进入回收罐由其中的吸收剂吸收脱硫、进行气液分离,同时完成对减压瓦斯的增压,增压后的压力可以达到0.02MPa(g)以上(该压力与吸收剂循环泵的扬程和流量有关),再通过回收罐顶部规整填料的再吸收进一步脱硫,同时通过在规整填料上部补充新鲜吸收剂,瓦斯脱硫后硫化氢含量可以降到500ppm以下,脱硫净化效果好,脱硫效率高。
适用广泛,既可在新建装置中使用,也可对现有装置进行改造,对旧装置没有影响。

具体实施方式
    下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明所述的减压瓦斯脱硫方法,吸收剂由循环管路循环,循环管路中连接有循环泵3和回收罐4,回收罐4的上游循环管路上连接喷射器1,含硫瓦斯连接在喷射器1上,回收罐4的顶部设有净化瓦斯出口,回收罐4顶部的净化瓦斯出口内配装有规整填料,在净化瓦斯出口上连接吸收剂供应管,吸收剂供应管用于根据需要补充新的吸收剂,在回收罐的上游循环管路上连接吸收剂排放管,吸收剂排放管用于排放引出富吸后的吸收剂,保证吸收剂的吸收效果。
通过调节循环管路的调节阀2,调节吸收剂的循环量保证减压瓦斯上游设备的压力稳定,防止抽力过大损坏上游设备,循环泵3保证吸收剂的自动循环。
含硫瓦斯在喷射器1的喷射中进行初步脱硫,同时对减压瓦斯增压,方便输送。在回收罐4内一方面得到吸收脱硫,另一方面实现气液分离,瓦斯通过规整填料的再吸收保证瓦斯的脱硫效果。净化后的瓦斯从净化瓦斯出口排出。
富吸后的吸收剂从吸收剂排放管排出,吸收剂通过吸收剂供应管供应,从净化瓦斯出口的规整填料进入,供应量由调节阀6调节控制,冷却器5用于对吸收剂的冷却,新供应的吸收剂,使瓦斯得到最后一步脱硫,脱硫效果更佳。

Claims (6)

1.一种减压瓦斯脱硫方法,其特征在于首先利用吸收剂喷射脱硫,然后经回收罐内的吸收剂吸收脱硫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减压瓦斯脱硫方法,其特征在于吸收脱硫后经过吸收规整填料再次吸收。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的减压瓦斯脱硫方法,其特征在于吸收剂由循环管路循环,循环管路中连接有循环泵和回收罐,回收罐的上游循环管路上连接喷射器,含硫瓦斯连接在喷射器上,回收罐的顶部设有净化瓦斯出口。
4.根据权利要求3所述的减压瓦斯脱硫方法,其特征在于回收罐顶部的净化瓦斯出口内配装有规整填料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的减压瓦斯脱硫方法,其特征在于净化瓦斯出口上连接吸收剂供应管,回收罐的上游循环管路上连接有吸收剂排放管。
6.根据权利要求5所述的减压瓦斯脱硫方法,其特征在于循环管路上设有调节阀。
