本发明提供了移动货架的底部支撑结构，涉及货架的机械结构技术领域，其使得车轮转轴不易疲劳、不易损坏，进而其使用寿命长。其包括车轮、外框架、车轮转轴，所述车轮通过键配合安装于所述车轮转轴，所述车轮转轴的一端连接马达的输出轴，其特征在于：所述车轮两侧带凸台，凸台的圆周侧安装有轴承，所述轴承的外圆面支承于所述轴承座，所述轴承座紧固连接所述外框架。

技术领域
    本发明涉及货架的机械结构技术领域，具体为移动货架的底部支撑结构。
背景技术
现有的移动货架的车轮转轴，既要承担承重作用，还承担整个台车的驱动的作用，其结构见图1，车轮转轴1通过健2与车轮3安装在一起，车轮转轴1两端通过轴承座4固定在外框架5上，车轮转轴1的一端连接马达6的输出轴，货架的重量，是先通过外框架5、轴承座4，压到车轮转轴1上，然后压到车轮3上，这样车轮转轴1既要受径向力，又要受扭力，其容易产生疲劳，容易损坏，导致使用寿命短。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明提供了移动货架的底部支撑结构，其使得车轮转轴不易疲劳、不易损坏，进而其使用寿命长。
移动货架的底部支撑结构，其技术方案是这样的：其包括车轮、外框架、车轮转轴，所述车轮通过键配合安装于所述车轮转轴，所述车轮转轴的一端连接马达的输出轴，其特征在于：所述车轮两侧带凸台，凸台的圆周侧安装有轴承，所述轴承的外圆面支承于所述轴承座，所述轴承座紧固连接所述外框架。
采用本发明的结构后，货架的重量，通过轴承座直接压在车轮上，车轮转轴不受径向力，只有扭力，其使得车轮转轴不易疲劳、不易损坏，进而其使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
见图2，其包括车轮1、外框架2、车轮转轴3，车轮1通过键4配合安装于车轮转轴3，车轮转轴3的一端连接马达5的输出轴，车轮1两侧带凸台6，凸台6的圆周侧安装有轴承7，轴承7的外圆面支承于轴承座8，轴承座8紧固连接外框架2。

1.移动货架的底部支撑结构，其包括车轮、外框架、车轮转轴，所述车轮通过键配合安装于所述车轮转轴，所述车轮转轴的一端连接马达的输出轴，其特征在于：所述车轮两侧带凸台，凸台的圆周侧安装有轴承，所述轴承的外圆面支承于所述轴承座，所述轴承座紧固连接所述外框架。
