本发明提供一种陶瓷塑料复合制品,其包括一陶瓷基体及设置于该陶瓷基体上的至少一嵌件,该陶瓷基体上设有一嵌设部,该嵌件由填充于该嵌设部与该陶瓷基体一体成型的塑料形成。本发明还提供一种上述陶瓷塑料复合制品的制作方法。

陶瓷塑料复合制品及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明是关于一种陶瓷塑料复合制品及其制作方法。
背景技术
塑料和陶瓷都是重要的工业材料,出于功能性或装饰性的需要,有时需要将陶瓷和塑料结合在一起。虽然通过种种方法,例如机械件紧固,可以做到这一点,但通过机械件紧固的方法来制得陶瓷塑料的复合制品的工艺较为繁杂,而且,在紧固的过程中还可能因为用力过大而导致陶瓷件破裂。另外,所制得的复合制品本身的结构也比较复杂,当该复合制品用于装饰件,如电子装置外壳时,很难形成塑料和陶瓷之间的多样化搭配,难以获得较佳的装饰效果。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种搭配多样化、具有良好装饰效果的陶瓷塑料复合制品。
另,提供一种上述陶瓷塑料复合制品的制作方法。
一种陶瓷塑料复合制品,其包括一陶瓷基体及设置于该陶瓷基体上的至少一嵌件,该陶瓷基体上设有一嵌设部,该嵌件由填充于该嵌设部与该陶瓷基体一体成型的塑料形成。
其中,该嵌设部由形成于该陶瓷基体上的通孔或凹槽形成。
一种陶瓷塑料复合制品的制作方法,其包括如下步骤:
提供一陶瓷基体,该陶瓷基体上设有一嵌设部;
以嵌件注塑方式于该陶瓷基体的嵌设部内注塑形成一嵌件与该陶瓷基体的一体结构;
通过电解电镀的方式于该嵌件露出于该嵌设部的表面形成一电镀层。
上述陶瓷塑料复合制品在陶瓷基体上形成凹槽或通孔状的嵌设部,通过于嵌设部内注射塑料以形成装饰图案,并在塑料表面通过电镀的方式形成一电镀金属层,使陶瓷基体表面具有金属图案的装饰效果,使得该陶瓷塑料复合制品具有较佳的装饰效果。而且,嵌设部的具体形成可以任意设置,所以,塑料形成的装饰图案也可以***,使得陶瓷和塑料之间可形成多种搭配。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1所示,本发明较佳实施方式陶瓷塑料复合制品10以其应用为一电子装置外壳为例,其包括一陶瓷基体10及嵌设于陶瓷基体10上的至少一嵌件20。
陶瓷基体10可由普通陶瓷或强化陶瓷制成,其构成所述电子装置外壳的主要组成部分。陶瓷基体10上的设置有一嵌设部12(参见图3)用于将嵌件20嵌设于陶瓷基体10上。嵌设部12可具有多种形状。
请参阅图3,第一实施例的嵌设部12由开设于陶瓷基体10上的至少一通孔122组成,所述通孔122的二开口1221之间至少包括一大径部1223。本实施例的嵌设部12由多个不同尺寸的通孔122组成。当然,所述通孔122也可为相同的尺寸。
请参阅图4,第二实施例的嵌设部12为开设于陶瓷基体10上的至少一凹槽124组成,所述凹槽124的槽底宽而槽口小。
嵌件20由填充于该嵌设部12的塑料组成。嵌件20通过嵌件注塑的方式与陶瓷基体10一体成型,其可由选自较为常见的注塑树脂形成,如:聚氯乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、丙烯睛苯乙烯丁二烯共聚合物、聚碳酸酯、聚酰亚胺、液晶聚合物、聚醚酰亚胺、聚苯硫、聚飒、聚苯乙烯、乙二醇改性聚酯及聚丙烯聚合物中的一种或多种。当嵌件20的材料为丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯(Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene,ABS)、聚碳酸酯(polycarbonate,PC)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯与聚碳酸酯混合物及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(Polyethylmethacrylate,PMMA)等可进行电镀的塑料材料时,还可于嵌件20表面形成镀覆一电镀层30。电镀层30形成于嵌件20露出于嵌设部12的表面上,以使嵌件20获得金属的外观效果。嵌件20在塑料基体10表面形成装饰图案、文字及标识等。
上述陶瓷塑料复合制品100的制作方法包括如下步骤:
首先,提供一预先制好的陶瓷基体10。该陶瓷基体10可通过粉料压力成型坯体后烧结形成,其具有如上所述结构,其中该嵌设部12可在成型该坯体时同时形成,也可在烧结后通过机械加工形成。
然后以嵌件注塑方式于陶瓷基体10的嵌设部12内注塑形成该嵌件20与该陶瓷基体10的一体结构。形成嵌件20的材料为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene,ABS)、聚碳酸酯(polycarbonate,PC)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯与聚碳酸酯混合物及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(Polyethylmethacrylate,PMMA)等可进行电镀的塑料材料。
通过电解电镀的方式于嵌件20露出嵌设部12的表面形成一电镀层30。
上述陶瓷塑料复合制品100在陶瓷基体10上形成凹槽或通孔状的嵌设部12,通过于嵌设部12内注射塑料以形成装饰图案,并在塑料表面通过电镀的方式形成一电镀金属层,使陶瓷基体10表面具有金属图案的装饰效果,使得该陶瓷塑料复合制品100具有较佳的装饰效果。而且,嵌设部12的具体形成可以任意设置,所以,塑料形成的装饰图案也可以***,使得陶瓷和塑料之间可形成多种搭配。

Claims (10)

1.一种陶瓷塑料复合制品,包括一陶瓷基体及设置于该陶瓷基体上的至少一嵌件,其特征在于:该陶瓷基体上设有一嵌设部,该嵌件由填充于该嵌设部与该陶瓷基体一体成型的塑料形成。
2.如权利要求1所述的陶瓷塑料复合制品,其特征在于:该嵌设部由开设于该陶瓷基体上的至少一通孔组成,所述通孔的二开口之间至少包括一大径部。
3.如权利要求1所述的陶瓷塑料复合制品,其特征在于:该嵌设部由开设于陶瓷基体上的至少一凹槽组成,所述凹槽的槽底宽而槽口小。
4.如权利要求1所述的陶瓷塑料复合制品,其特征在于:该陶瓷塑料复合制品还包括一电镀层,该电镀层形成于该嵌件露出于该嵌设部的表面。
5.如权利要求4所述的陶瓷塑料复合制品,其特征在于:该嵌件的材料为丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯、聚碳酸酯、丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯与聚碳酸酯混合物及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯塑料材料中的一种或几种的组合。
6.一种陶瓷塑料复合制品的制作方法,其包括如下步骤:
提供一陶瓷基体,该陶瓷基体上设有一嵌设部;
以嵌件注塑方式于该陶瓷基体的嵌设部内注塑形成一嵌件与该陶瓷基体的一体结构;
通过电解电镀的方式于该嵌件露出于该嵌设部的表面形成一电镀层。
7.如权利要求6所述的陶瓷塑料复合制品的制作方法,其特征在于:该嵌设部由开设于该陶瓷基体上的至少一通孔组成,所述通孔的二开口之间至少包括一大径部。
8.如权利要6所述的陶瓷塑料复合制品的制作方法,其特征在于:该嵌设部由开设于陶瓷基体上的至少一凹槽组成,所述凹槽的槽底宽而槽口小。
9.如权利要求6所述的陶瓷塑料复合制品的制作方法,其特征在于:该陶瓷基体通过粉料压力成型坯体后烧结形成,该嵌设部在成型该坯体时同时形成。
10.如权利要求9所述的陶瓷塑料复合制品的制作方法,其特征在于:该嵌设部在该坯体烧结后通过机械加工形成。
