Abstract

一种照明装置,其包括若干个固态发光模块,以及一个壳体。该若干个固态发光模块呈阵列排布。该壳体包含一上表面以及一下表面,该上表面面向该若干个固态发光模块之若干个发光源且用于将该若干个发光源射出以照射到一对象,而该下表面背对该若干个发光源。其中每一该固态发光模块与所照射到之该对象呈一特定距离,该固态发光模块总宽度和该特定距离之比值系不大于一特定值,以让该些固态发光模块所照射到该对象之区域实质上相同且相互迭合。因此,提升了光照射区之均匀度。

照明装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是一种能将若干个发光源照射到实质上相同之照射范围之照明装置。
背景技术
目前,发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED)因具光质佳(亦即光源述出之光谱)及发光效率高等特性而逐渐取代冷阴极荧光灯(Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp,CCFL)作为照明装置之发光组件,具体可参见Michael S.Shur等人于文献Proceedings of the IEEE,Vol.93,No.10(2005年10月)中发表之“Solid-State Lighting:Toward Superior Illumination”一文。
先前采用若干个发光二极管作为发光组件之照明装置,例如路灯。对于路灯而言,一般的道路都是长条状,通常每一发光组件所照射的区域都是不一样,也就是各别照射到不同区域。一旦其中之一发光组件烧坏,无法发光,就会影响所照射到的这些区域之光强度分布不均匀。换言之,该路灯无法均匀照射,造成路面有变暗区间,进而影响行车安全。
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种能将若干个发光源照射到实质上相同之照射范围之照明装置。
发明内容
以下将以实施例说明一种能将若干个发光源照射到实质上相同之照射范围之照明装置。
一种照明装置,其包括若干个发光模块,以及一个壳体。该若干个发光模块呈阵列排布,且每一该发光模块包括至少一固态发光组件。该上表面面向该若干个固态发光模块之若干个发光源且用于将该若干个发光源射出以照射到一对象,而该下表面背对该若干个发光源。其中每一该固态发光模块与所照射到之该对象呈一特定距离,该固态发光模块总宽度和该特定距离之比值不大于一特定值。其中每一该发光模块所照射到对象之照射范围实质上相同。
相对于先前技术,由于该些发光模块所照射到之区域相互重叠,倘若该若干发光模块中之一发光模块烧坏,也不致会在路面产生一黑暗区间。因此,提高了行车安全度。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作一具体介绍。
请参见图1与图2,本发明第一实施例提供之一发光二极管(Light emitting diode,LED)灯10,其包括一灯座11、若干个被收容于该灯座11之LED模块13、和一相对应于该灯座11之灯罩12。
该灯座11为长方体并具有一瘦长形之第一底面111。该灯座11定义一位于该灯座11之该第一底面111中央之收容室130,其用于收容这些LED模块13。这些LED模块13的底面(图未标示)与该第一底面111共面平齐。该灯座11定义两条位于该灯座11两侧之相间的沟槽110。每一该沟槽110之横截面为一梯状结构。每一该沟槽110定义一开口1110并具有一从该开口1110向内延伸之第一顶面1100。该第一顶面1100平行于该第一底面111,且该第一顶面1100之宽度要大于该开口1110之宽度。
该灯罩12之长度与该灯座11之长度相同,且具有一弧形结构。该灯罩12包含一瘦长形平坦第二顶面121、一弧形第二底面122、一连接该第二顶面121与该弧形第二底面122之垂直正面123、以及一相对于该垂直正面123之垂直背面125。该正面123与该背面125是位于该灯罩12之两端,并与该第二顶面121和该第二底面122相连接。而且,由该LED模块13所发射出之光能从该第二顶面121穿透过该第二底面122发射到一外部环境(图未示)。该正面123和该背面125各别被涂上一层反射膜(图未标示),并视为两反射部份以反射该LED模块13所产生之光,藉此这些LED模块13所发射之光经过该第二底面122被聚积在外部环境中之一特定区域14(请一起参照图2),以提高该特定区域14之亮度。在此实施例中,该特定区域14为一用于行驶车辆的公路路面。该灯罩12具有一高于90%之穿透率,以及一介于1.4到1.7之间之折射率。因此。该灯罩12之材料可为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(polymethylmethacrylate)、聚碳酸酯(polycarbonate)、硅胶(silicone)、环氧树酯(epoxy)、或硅酸盐玻璃(silicate glass)之其中一种。
该灯罩12更包含二相间之第一突出部120,其由该灯罩12之该第二顶面121突出。每一该第一突出部120具有一相对应该沟槽110之形状。该第一突出部120包含一平行该第二顶面121之瘦长形平坦第三顶面1200,与一从该第三顶面1200两端向下延伸到该第二顶面121之两侧面(图未标示)。当进行安装时,该第一突出部120能沿着该沟槽110滑动,直到该第一突出部120与该沟槽110完全接合在一起,使得该灯罩12与该灯座11完全组合在一起。在此样态之下,该第三顶面1200与该第一顶面1100互相有紧密地接触,且该第一底面111与该第二顶面121亦互相有紧密地接触。以此避免空气和灰尘进入该灯罩12与该灯座11之间。在其它实施例中,该灯罩12与该灯座11可整合为一壳体。
请参见图3,该些LED模块为阵列排列。该些LED模块13包含至少一第一LED模块131、一第二LED模块132、与一第三LED模块133,其中该第一LED模块131、该第二LED模块132、与该第三LED模块133排列在同一列上。在本实施例中,该第一LED模块131、该第二LED模块132、与该第三LED模块133紧密对齐。可以理解的是,该第一LED模块131、该第二LED模块132、与该第三LED模块133两两之间可以有一特定之间距排列。该第一LED模块131具有一宽度LW1,该第二LED模块132具有一宽度LW2,且该第三LED模块133具有一宽度LW3。该些LED模块13之总宽度为LW=LW1+LW2+LW3。而该些LED模块13距离到该特定环境14之高度为LH,因此该宽度与该高度之相对比率为LW/LH。该第一LED模块131照射到该特定环境14之A区域,该第二LED模块132照射到该特定环境14之B区域,及该第三LED模块133照射到该特定环境14之C区域。当该些LED模块13相对该特定环境14达到一定的高度(等于或大于LH)及该LED模块13之总宽度达到一定长度(等于或小于LW)且LW/LH≤10%时,相邻该第一LED模块131、该第二LED模块132、与该第三LED模块133之发光源可视为点光源,因此所照射到之该A、B、C区域实质上相等。换句话说,该A、B、C区域彼此重叠,而具有均匀的光照场型。假设该些LED模块13距离到该特定环境14之高度为8米(换算为8000公厘),LW须等于或小于800公厘。较佳地,LW/LH≤5%,即该些LED模块13距离到该特定环境14之高度(LH)为8米,而LED模块13之总宽度(LW)等于或小于400公厘。
请参见图4,本发明第二实施例之一LED灯40,其包括一灯座41、一相对应于该灯座41之灯罩42、和若干个被收容于该灯罩42之LED模块13。该灯罩42之长度与该灯座41之长度相同,且具有一弧形结构。
该灯罩42包含一第四顶面422和若干个位于该第四顶面422边缘之凹槽421。该灯罩42定义一位于该第四顶面422中央之收容室430,其用于收容该些LED模块13。该些LED模块13之发光源面向该收容室430,由于该灯罩42之材质相似于第一实施例之该灯罩12,以致于该些LED模块13所发出之光源穿过该灯罩42照射到该特定环境14。
该灯座41具有一瘦长形之第三底面410,且包含若干个具有卡钩(图未示)的第二突出部411对称性地分布于该第三底面410之四周,并由该灯座41之该第三底面410突出。每一该第二突出部411具有一相对应该凹槽421之形状,以便于第二突出部411与相应凹槽421互相卡合。当进行安装时,该第二突出部411能与该凹槽421完全接合,以使得该灯罩42与该灯座41被组合在一起。在其它实施例中,该灯罩42与该灯座41可整合为一壳体。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种照明装置包括:
若干个固态发光模块,该若干个固态发光模块呈阵列排布;以及
一个壳体,该若干个固态发光模块收容在该壳体中,该若干固态发光模块用来产生一光源以照射到一特定对象上,该若干固态发光模块和该特定对象距离有一特定距离,其中该若干固态发光模块之总宽度和该特定距离之比值系不大于一特定值,用以让该若干固态发光模块在其宽度方向上的同一列不同发光模块所照射到该对象之区域实质上相同且相互迭合。
2.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其中该特定距离为LH,该些固态发光模块之总宽度为LW,且该总宽度与该特定距离之百分比为LW/LH≤10%。
3.如权利要求2所述的照明装置,其中该总宽度与该特定距离之百分比为LW/LH≤5%。
4.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其中壳体系由透明材质所制成,用以将该若干固态发光模块所产生之光源穿透出。
5.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其中该壳体包括一罩体,和一底座和该罩体结合在一起,该若干固态发光模块收容在该罩体和该底座中之一者中。
6.一种照明装置包括:
若干个固态发光模块,该若干个固态发光模块呈阵列排布;以及
一个壳体收容该若干个固态发光模块且用于将该若干个发光源射所产生之光线导出以照射到一被照明对象上;
其中每一该固态发光模块与所照射到之该被照明对象呈一特定距离LH,该些固态发光模块之总宽度为LW,且该总宽度与该特定距离之百分比为LW/LH≤10%,用以让该些固态发光模块所在同一列之不同固态发光模块照射到该被照明对象之区域实质上相同。
7.如权利要求6所述的照明装置,其中LW/LH≤5%。
8.如权利要求6所述的照明装置,其中该被照明对象为车辆行驶的公路表面。
9.如权利要求6所述的照明装置,其中壳体为透明材质制成,用以将光穿透出。
10.如权利要求6所述的照明装置,其中该壳体包括一罩体,和一底座和该罩体结合在一起,该若干固态发光模块系收容在该罩体和该底座中之一者中。
