Abstract
本发明公开了一种麦饭石肥药双效多元复混肥料及其制作方法,该发明产品是由麦饭石、凹凸棒土、磷酸一铵(或二铵)、尿素、氯化铵、氧化钾、硼砂、硫酸铝钾、农用中草药(木薯、甘草、山鸡椒、凹叶厚朴、瑞香狼毒、辣蓼、龙柏茎叶、雷公藤、黄杜鹃、五风草、烟杆粉)组分和DA-6植物生长调节剂,PASP植物养份促进剂和EDTA离子螯合剂等混合配成。本项发明产品肥药一体,包含了庄稼生长成熟所必需的所有营养元素,而且供肥均衡,肥效长,并可活化利用土壤中的残肥,固化利用空气中的氮素,提高当季肥料利用率。本发明产品不仅具有化肥的速效性,有机肥的长效性,生物肥的生物活性和微量元素肥的增效性,而且还具有生态农药的药用功效。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种农用肥料,特别涉及一种麦饭石肥药双效多元复混肥料及其制作方法。
背景技术
目前,在我国农业种植生产用肥上,长期存在着单一施用二铵、尿素和缺少中微量元素的复混(合)肥料,以及化肥和农药在田间施用上相脱节等不良状况,致使在肥料的生产和施用上造成了肥料营养元素不全面,肥料元素配比不平衡,肥料功能单一等不利的局面。从而导致了我国目前的农业种植生产中的当季肥料利用率低(全国化肥当季率平均为30%左右),肥料残留量大,土壤污染板结严重、供肥能力下降、农民对农药化肥的施用成本逐年增加,而农作物产量却在下降;农产品果实农残严重超标,品质恶化,市场竞争力差等不良后果。这既让农民增收难,制约着我国农业生产种植经营水平和效益,也严重危害着消费者的饮食安全和身体健康。正是针对解决以上这些在农业种植生产上的难题,弥补现在化肥农药产品的缺陷和不足,在实践的基础上,而专门创造发明了本项麦饭石肥料双效复混肥料产品。本产品不仅具有化肥的速效性,有机肥的长效性和微量元素肥的增效性,还具有生态农药的生态平衡治理的药用功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要解决目前在我国农业生产种植上施用化肥产品所带来的成本高、污染大、土传病虫害严重,肥料利用率低、农民增收难等一系列背景技术中的难题,而专门研制开发生产出的一种 营养元素全面、供肥均衡、肥药一体,达到活化土壤中的残肥,提高化肥利用率,固化利用空气中氮素,生态防治病虫害,提高庄稼抗逆能力,节约种植成本,提高农作物产量和质量,增加农民收入的多功能绿色环保型缓控释肥料产品,促进我国农业生产种植水平的迅速提高和升级换代。为实现本发明的目的,生产出升级换代的肥料产品,本发明在多年的田间实践基础上,将以下各种造肥物料经多次调配合成麦饭石双效多元复混肥料。其具体原料配方组成及重量百分比如下,麦饭石粉2.5-3.5%、凹凸棒土5-10%、磷酸一铵或二铵25-32%、尿素11-33%、氯化铵10-20%、氯化钾9-17%、硼砂或硼酸1-2.5%、硫酸铝钾0.05-0.1%、中草药成分3.8-6.7%、DA-6溶液0.005-0.008%、PASP溶液0.2-0.5%、EDTA溶液0.05-0.1%;其中所述中草药成分原料配方组成及重量百分比如下:木薯1-3%、甘草0.2-0.3%、山鸡椒0.15-0.3%、凹叶厚朴0.2-0.3%、瑞香狼毒0.15-0.3%、辣蓼0.15-0.3%、龙柏经叶0.15-0.3%、雷公藤0.15-0.3%、黄杜鹃0.15-0.3%、五风草0.15-0.3%、烟杆粉0.5-1%。其制作方法一是将本发明产品所需的各种原料除小颗粒尿素保持原性状不变外,其余所有原料粉碎磨制成140目以上,并按配比量要求混均,再经DA-6、PASP和EDTA混配液在造粒机上喷淋螯合造粒,经烘干机高温熟化后,造成状径2.0-4.5毫米,强度为5-6牛顿,游离水份在3%以下的肥料产品,经筛选合格后,计量装袋储存。其制方法二是先将磷酸一铵或二铵、尿素、钾肥均为颗粒状从本发明产品配方中拿出备用,然后再将其它配方原料磨制成140目以上,并按 配比量要求混均,再经DA-6、PASP、EDTA混合液在造粒机上喷淋螯合造粒,经烘干机高温熟化后,造成状径为2.0-4.5毫米,强度为5-6牛顿,游离水在3%以下的肥料产品,经筛选合格后,再传入混料机与配方量要求的磷酸一铵或二铵、尿素、钾肥混配均匀,配合成本发明产品,计量后装袋存储。
本发明产品不仅在原料配方上科学合理,达到了肥药双效,营养元素均衡全面,而且在生产制作技术上采用了目前国内最先进的圆盘高温熟化合成造粒设备和技术工艺,使本发明的生产技术方案更具创新领先性,也使本发明产品在生产上实现了矿物元素原料包裹尿素而真正达到肥料养分的缓控释的完美效果。

本发明产品的生产操作照前《生产工艺流程图》图1、图2组织实施就可以生产出品质卓越、技术领先、功能完善的肥料产品。本发明产品在田间施用上更是便于组织实施。本发明产品广谱性强,可施用于不同土壤结构和气候下的所有农作物。具体施用方法基本上与化肥产品施用方法相同,农技人员和应用农户都已熟知并基本掌握施用方法。在具体实施上,还可结合本发明产品的特性,指导农户根据不同农作物的需肥规律、特点和用量要求,参照本发明产品用法用量施用说明书施用,可用于种肥法、底肥法和追肥法等。施用技术十分简便易操作,已早被农户熟知掌握。
Claims (2)
1.一种麦饭石双效多元复混肥料,其特征是:具体原料配方组成及重量百分比如下,麦饭石粉2.5-3.5%、凹凸棒土5-10%、磷酸一铵或二铵25-32%、尿素11-33%、氯化铵10-20%、氧化钾9-17%、硼砂或硼酸1-2.5%、硫酸铝钾0.05-0.1%、中草药成分3.8-6.7%、DA-6溶液0.005-0.008%、PASP溶液0.2-0.5%、EDTA溶液0.05-0.1%;其中所述中草药成分原料配方组成及重量百分比如下: 木薯1-3%、甘草0.2-0.3%、山鸡椒0.15-0.3%、凹叶厚朴0.2-0.3%、瑞香狼毒0.15-0.3%、辣蓼0.15-0.3%、龙柏径叶0.15-0.3%、雷公藤0.15-0.3%、黄杜鹃0.15-0.3%、五风草0.15-0.3%、烟杆粉0.5-1%。
2.一种权利要求1所述的麦饭石双效多元复混肥料的制造方法,其特征是,包括:
将各种原料粉碎磨制到140目以上,按一定的配比量要求混均;
再经DA-6、PASP和EDTA混配液在造粒机上喷淋螯合高温热化,并以小颗粒尿素为核造成状径为3.5-4.5毫米的颗粒,强度为5-6牛顿,游离水分在3%以下的肥料产品;
经筛选后,计量装袋。
3.一种权利要求1所述的麦饭石双效多元复混肥料的制造方法,其特征是,包括:
先将磷酸一铵或二铵、尿素、钾肥均为颗粒状拿出备用,
然后再将其它配方原材料磨制到140目以上,并按配比量要求混均,再经DA-6、PASP和EDTA混配液在造粒机上喷淋螯合造粒,经烘干机高混熟化后,造成状径为2.0-4.5毫米,强度为5-6牛顿,游离水份在3%以下的肥料产品,
经筛选合格后,在传入混料机与配方量要求的磷酸一铵或二铵、尿素、钾肥混配均匀,计量后装袋存储。
