本技术属于水环境保护与河湖饮用水源地、城市景观湖泊、城市黑臭河道水净化处理技术领域。针对我国河湖饮用水源有机复合污染严重、城市景观湖泊富营养化、城市河道普遍黑臭,开发风光互补河湖水质强化净化***。以期使用后在使用区:河湖饮用水源地达到国家饮用水源水质标准;城市景观湖泊达到国家景观水质标准;城市河道水质达到国家排放标准。
技术背景
2007年5月29日太湖蓝藻爆发,饮用水源严重恶化,引起无锡饮用水危机,严重影响生活与生产,造成巨大经济损失。2009年6月19日巢湖局部蓝藻爆发,合肥市环境保护部门出动4艘进口捞藻船,打捞蓝藻。这些表明湖泊饮用水源保护与强化净化的重要性。武汉东湖22年未出现蓝藻,现在蓝藻也有出现,南京玄武湖蓝藻以及营养盐增高,表明城市景观水体的水质问题凸显。我国城市河道“十河九臭”是不争的事实,提出了研发治理技术的迫切要求。
发明内容
发明的风光互补河湖水质强化净化***,包括技术工艺与技术设备。工艺流程:风光互补电能供给-曝气生物接触氧化-生态浮床植物净化。设备的结构组成:强浮力的负载子***;风光互补电能供给子***;曝气生物接触氧化净化子***;生态浮床植物净化子***。风光互补河湖水质强化净化***的各个子***结构配置如附图1。
强浮力的负载子***,利用国内生产的注塑浮体单元,拼装长5m宽5m的浮体,设计格状槽钢框架加固,作为风光互补电能供给***安装载体。结构如附图2。
风光互补电能供给***,由国内生产的300瓦风力发电机、7块太阳能板、控制器、蓄电瓶、控制器、逆变器组成。设计输出电流1325W。设计直流输出与交流输出两种方式。结构如附图3。
曝气生物接触氧化净化子***,包括:气泵;填料;曝气盘与输气管。结构如附图4。生态浮床植物净化子***,包括:国内生产的生物浮床;选配常绿的水生植物;浮床下挂柔性填料。
风光互补河湖水质强化净化***,工作状态如附图5。
技术特点
1技术集成创新
综合集成风光互补发电技术、生物接触氧化水处理技术、生态浮床水净化技术为一体,设计适合河流、湖泊水体水质强化净化的工艺与设备。以解决河湖饮用水源地、城市景观湖泊、城市黑臭河道水的强化净化问题。
2抗风浪性
所设计、组装的强浮力的负载子***,具有抗强风浪特性,在0.8米浪高的情形,保持稳定性。不但适宜在河流,而且适合在开阔的湖面。
3强处理效果
目前在河流、湖泊水域水质净化,一般采用生态浮床的方法。由于植物吸收与根区作用,对水体有一定的净化作用,但处理效果有一定局限性。将生物接触氧化与生态浮床水净化技术相结合,增强处理效果,保障处理效果的稳定性。
4水处理连续性
风光互补电能供给***保障了***昼夜运行连续性。使***在白天依靠太阳能供电曝气处理,以及植物光合作用吸收营养盐。在夜晚依靠风力发电曝气处理。晴天、阴雨天分别由太阳能、风能***保障***正常运行。
5广泛适用性
风光互补河、湖水质强化净化***,适合于:河湖饮用水源地的水质净化;城市景观湖泊景观水体的净化;城市黑臭河道的水处理;水库水质净化处理。
6维护简便性
技术设备一次性投入运行后,维护简便,运行费用低。
具体实施方式
在河、湖饮用水源地,可将风光互补河、湖水质强化净化***巡回移动式运行,净化饮用水源,提高水质等级。也可以针对饮用水源地污水团,多个设备围限污水团,强化净化消灭污水团。在城市景观湖泊、黑臭河流,巡回移动式运行,净化水质、消除黑臭。
