发明内容
依照本发明,提供一种流体容器,包括具有颈部和嘴部的本体,所述容器可从第一稳定状态变形到第二稳定状态,因此改变所述嘴部的相对角。在优选实施方式中,容器在颈部处可变形。在此说明书中,术语‘颈部’定义为紧邻容器的嘴部的区域。优选地,容器是可逆地变形的,以便允许在需要时返回到先前状态。
优选地,当处于所述第一状态时,所述颈部在一侧处限定一沟槽,当处于所述第二状态时,通过使沟槽的侧壁靠近来将所述沟槽闭合。沟槽优选为被布置成确保所述颈部在所期望的方向上移动。
在优选实施方式中,在使用中嘴部能采用两个端部位置的其中一个位置。当处于第一状态时,容器的嘴部处于传统的、大体上垂直的位置,因此容器能被容易地填充;容器可以是更适于运输和储存的,因为容器能具有更紧凑的形状并且因此能更有效地包装。当处于这个状态时,颈部和容器具有共同的转动轴线。因为第一状态是稳定的,不需要用于固定颈部以确保容器维持紧凑形状的装置。当处于第二位置时,嘴部能被布置成成一角度,以便于倾倒或喂食;当处于这个状态时,嘴部和容器的轴线是不对齐的。在给婴儿喂食的情形中,该角度允许喂食者采用更舒适的臂位置。此外,嘴部能被固定到成一角度地的事实便于单手倾倒或喂食。在给婴儿喂食的情形中,第二个手可用来支撑婴儿。
而且,如果容器的轴线相对于颈部的轴线是向上的,颈部保持被内容物充满直到已经放出了大部分内容物。这种布置在喂食时是有很大好处的,因为它能避免对婴儿来说可能是尤其不舒服的空气的吸入。当从第一状态移动到第二状态时容器容积的改变是很小的,优选为小于5%。
优选地,所述沟槽在上边缘和下边缘之间是V形的,优选为不规则的V形,使得V包括长侧壁边缘和短侧壁边缘。沟槽典型地是横向于容器的垂直轴线的。优选地,长侧壁和短侧壁在沟槽的底部相遇,形成50°到90°之间的角,并且优选为形成65°到85°之间的角。
优选地,短侧壁更接近瓶的嘴部。
在优选实施方式中,在最深的点处长侧壁与短侧壁的宽度的比值在1.25和1.75之间,并且更优选为在1.40和1.60之间。
沟槽可以围绕所述颈部的周边的基本上多于一半延伸,优选为围绕所述颈部的周边的基本上全部延伸。围绕颈部延伸的沟槽能是宽的,并且因此可以是更适于允许侧壁靠近的。更宽的沟槽允许获得更大的偏转角,并且因此允许获得更大的变形度。
优选地,沟槽的宽度和深度在沟槽长度的中心点处增加到最大值,并且优选地,沟槽的上边缘是相对于嘴部成倾斜角的。沟槽优选为相对于容器的垂直平面或者垂直轴线是对称的。
沟槽的上边缘优选为是平面的,并且下边缘优选为也是平面的。
可以提供多于一个沟槽。这提供了一个或多个中间稳定状态的可能性,或者在不需要沟槽有过大的深度的情况下能提供大的角变形。
容器典型地是可模塑成型的弹性塑料,例如PET或聚乙烯,并且是由固有地适于在正常使用中保持形状的那种塑料制成,使得例如当充满或倒空时容器能保持垂直站立。
在优选实施方式中,容器的嘴部被薄膜封闭。薄膜优选地提供密封,并且可以例如是焊接在嘴部之上的塑料/箔复合物,并且具有用于去除它的拉片。
这种密封,如果在第一状态下与颈部相连接,允许容器更好地抵抗可能在堆叠期间施加的垂直载荷。这种载荷倾向于减少容器的容积,并且当内容物在压力下进来时被抵抗。在使用中,去除掉密封消除了这种抵抗,并且颈部的变形是可能的。该密封还在放出内容物之前防止移动到第二状态和从第二状态移动,这可以避免容器壁的疲劳。紧密的配合封闭物,例如螺帽,能提供同样的好处。
容器优选为是具有合适的防氧化和挡光屏蔽的多层塑料模制件,以避免内容物的退化。其它层可以提供颜色和防污染屏蔽。在优选实施方式中,容器可以包括透明壁部分,以允许确定内容物的液面。这种面板可以例如包括从底部延伸到颈部并且具有2-3mm的宽度的透明带。这种类型的液面计在避免过度喂食婴儿的方面是很有用的。
可选地,透明容器可以具有放置在其上的套筒,以提供挡紫外线屏蔽。这种套筒可以被容易地印刷上关于容器内容物的信息,并且可以包括透明壁部分以提供液面指示器。套筒可以仅仅在容器的可变形的区域之上。
在一个优选实施方式中,这种套筒是卷绕到容器上的收缩环,并且也可以向上和在容器封闭件之上延伸,以提供擅动指示器。合适的弱化线允许擅动指示器部分被去除掉,因此允许容器被打开。这种套筒也可以增加依照本发明的容器的硬度,以便在运输和存储期间能更好地抵抗垂直载荷。在使用中,套筒或它的一部分的去除便于从第一状态到第二状态的变形。

具体实施方式
在下面的描述中,流体容器是用于给婴儿喂食的具有250ml的容积的吹塑成型的瓶10。瓶10由塑料制成,并且包括本体12、嘴部14,在它们之间的颈部16。颈部16限定沟槽18。沟槽18绕颈部16的整个周边延伸。沟槽18的上边缘20和下边缘22都是平面的,并且是相对于瓶10的嘴部14成倾斜角的。上边缘20相对于垂直轴线成83°的角,下边缘22相对于垂直轴线成71°的角(在图1中用虚线示出垂直轴线)。因此从铰接区域24到与铰接区域24直径上相对的区域26处,沟槽18的宽度增加到最大值。沟槽18的深度在铰接区域24处也是最小的,并且在直径上相对的区域26处也是最大的。沟槽18是V形的,并且由于长的下侧壁28和短的上侧壁30,沟槽18是不对称的。短侧壁30最接近瓶10的嘴部14。
在瓶10的嘴部14上提供有螺纹32。瓶10被填充了液体,并且应用螺帽(未示出)以便于运输。在使用中,带有奶嘴36的螺纹环34被固定到嘴部14,代替帽。压力被应用在区域26之上的瓶10的嘴部区域14,致使上边缘20朝向下边缘22绕着铰接区域24枢转,其中在区域26处沟槽18是最宽的。因此改变了嘴部14的相对角。应用压力直到到达V的侧壁28、30“锁定”的位置,使得嘴部处于新的稳定位置(参见图4)。
侧壁28、30的锁定能力将取决于对技术人员来说显而易见的因素的组合,并且包括,例如,沟槽18的深度与颈部16的直径的比值。其它应当考虑的因素是材料的厚度、材料的性能、沟槽18的深度、沟槽18的宽度和颈部16的直径。实验室测试将使得能够依照预定结果来确定性能的成功组合。下面是能用在PET容器中的尺寸的例子。

最大沟槽18宽度:11mm
最大沟槽18深度:6mm
长侧壁28的长度:6mm
短侧壁30的长度:9mm

在本实施方式中,描述了用于为婴儿喂食液体的瓶10,但是依照本发明的容器能被用于任何可倾倒的物质,例如粉末。
依照本发明的容器可能旨在是一次性的或可再用的。如果旨在是可再用的,塑料将是用于瓶的合适的材料,如同在本实施方式中所描述的那样。技术人员将能选择合适的塑料等级使用。如果容器旨在为一次使用,其它材料也能是合适的。尽管设想的是塑料容器,其它材料,例如铝是可能的,也将是合适的。
尽管在本实施方式中,带有用于喂食的奶嘴的帽被描述为瓶的附件,代替地,能使用带有嘴口的盖,以形成喂食中断装置。
也能在瓶的本体上提供一个或多个把手。
在本实施方式中,瓶10的本体12是光滑的,但是能提供纹理,例如用于抓持的肋或用于商标的文字或图片。
已经参考具有能被闭合以提供成角度的颈部的沟槽的瓶描述了本发明。可选地,沟槽能被打开以提供成角度的颈部,并且当处于第一稳定状态时相当多的垂直载荷是可能的时,这种结构可能是尤其有用的。

Claims (8)

1.一种流体容器,适于给婴儿喂食,该容器包括具有颈部和嘴部的本体,所述容器在所述颈部处可从第一稳定状态变形到第二稳定状态,因此改变所述嘴部的相对角,其中:
a)当处于第一稳定状态时所述颈部在一侧处限定一沟槽,所述沟槽是“V”形的,并且横向于所述容器的垂直轴线;
b)所述“V”形沟槽包括上边缘,和相对更长的下边缘;
c)所述“V”形沟槽包括长侧壁和短侧壁,在所述沟槽最深的点处所述长侧壁与所述短侧壁的宽度比例为从1.25∶1至1.75∶1;
d)当处于第二稳定状态时所述沟槽适于通过将长侧壁和短侧壁靠近来被闭合,以限定从所述第一稳定状态到所述第二稳定状态的移动的预定方向。
2.如权利要求1所述的流体容器,其中所述沟槽围绕所述颈部延伸,所述沟槽相对于垂直平面是对称的,并且在所述平面的任一侧上从最小深度增加到最大深度。
3.如权利要求1或权利要求2所述的流体容器,所述第一稳定状态和所述第二稳定状态是仅有的两个稳定状态。
4.如权利要求1所述的流体容器,包括透明壁部分,以允许其内容物的体积可以被确定。
