Abstract

本发明公开了一种钻头锁紧装置及钻头,包括:具有通孔的凸台(1),凸台上方小圆柱体内壁上设置有轴承(8)及用以支撑轴承(8)的支撑体(12),凸台还套有锁紧套(2),锁紧套(2)的上部内壁上设置有第一凸起(5),下部内壁上设置有第二凸起(3);第二凸起(3)与凸台的上底面(10)之间设置有弹簧(9);压片(6)与凸台的上方小圆柱体的顶部的外壁(7)螺纹连接并压住第一凸起(5);与第二凸起(3)对应位置处的小圆柱体内壁上和支撑体(12)上设置有大小不同的孔,形成阶梯孔(11),所述阶梯孔(11)内设置有钢珠(4)。采用本结构,锁紧与松开的操作简单、方便,且锁紧时比较牢固,安全性能较好。

Description

一种钻头锁紧装置及钻头
技术领域
本发明涉及一种外科使用的骨钻电机,尤其涉及其中的锁紧装置及传输杆。
背景技术
   在外科手术中,开颅钻、铣刀和磨钻是较为常用的开颅工具。开颅钻包括主机、减速器、锁紧座和钻头,钻头包括前部的刀刃部和后部的传输杆。钻带有传输杆钻头,锁紧座通过螺纹连接于减速器的前部,钻头穿过锁紧座与减速器的动力输出相接。锁紧座的作用是卡紧传输杆,防止在工作时,钻头脱落。现有的锁紧设备是通过卡勾进行锁紧,存在安装不方便,不易使用的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种使用方便的钻头锁紧装置及钻头。
为了实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种钻头锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述装置包括:具有通孔的凸台,所述凸台上方小圆柱体内壁上设置有轴承及用以支撑轴承的支撑体,所述凸台还套有锁紧套,锁紧套的上部内壁上设置有第一凸起,下部内壁上设置有第二凸起;第二凸起与凸台的上底面之间设置有弹簧;压片与凸台的上方小圆柱体的顶部的外壁螺纹连接并压住第一凸起;与第二凸起对应位置处的小圆柱体内壁上和支撑体上设置有大小不同的孔,形成阶梯孔,所述阶梯孔内设置有钢珠。
为了使得传输杆可以受力均匀,所述轴承为两个,分别位于外壁下方和上底面的上方。
为了保证轴承和压紧件的固定,所述上底面上设置有与上底面内壁螺纹连接用于顶紧轴承和支撑体的压紧件。
为了保证传输杆的平稳运行,所述轴承为两个,分别位于外壁下方和压紧件的上方。
为了方便连接减速器,所述凸台下方大圆柱体的内壁上设置有内螺纹。
一种与上述钻头锁紧装置配合的钻头,包括前部的刀刃部和后部的传输杆,其特征在于:所述传输杆上设置有凹槽。
采用本结构,当需要***传输杆时,只需将锁紧套下压,此时,第二凸起离开钢珠,钢珠遇到传输杆的杆体向外滚出。传输杆到达指定位置后,松开锁紧套,由于弹簧的作用,锁紧套上升,第二凸起抵住钢珠向内运动,卡住传输杆上的卡槽,将传输杆固定。这种锁紧方式,锁紧与松开的操作简单、方便,且锁紧时比较牢固,安全性能较好。

具体实施方式
    下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明做进一步的描述:
如图1及图2所示:
一种钻头,包括前部的刀刃部和后部的传输杆,传输杆13上设置有凹槽14。
一种钻头锁紧装置,包括:具有通孔的凸台1,凸台上方小圆柱体的内壁上设置有轴承8,轴承8为两个,分别位于外壁7下方和压紧件15的上方。两个轴承8之间设置有支撑体12。上底面10上设置有与上底面内壁螺纹连接用于顶紧轴承8和支撑体12的压紧件15。两个轴承可以有效的保证传输杆转动时的平稳,减少发热,支撑体12的存在增加了轴承之间的牢固度,不易脱落。
凸台还套有锁紧套2,锁紧套2的上部内壁上设置有第一凸起5,下部内壁上设置有第二凸起3;第二凸起3与凸台的上底面10之间设置有弹簧9;压片6与凸台的上方小圆柱体的顶部的外壁7螺纹连接并压住第一凸起5;与第二凸起3对应位置处的小圆柱体内壁上和支撑体12上设置有大小不同的孔,形成阶梯孔11,阶梯孔11内设置有钢珠4。小圆柱体内壁上的孔径大于钢珠4的直径,支撑体12上的孔径小于钢珠4的直径。
钻头的传输杆13对应在阶梯孔11的位置上设置有凹槽14。凸台1下方大圆柱体的内壁上设置有内螺纹。在此实施例中,阶梯孔11和钢珠4的个数分别为两个。作为一种等同的变形,可以将钢珠和阶梯孔设置为三个,这样的话,锁紧的效果将更好。

Claims (5)

1.一种钻头锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述装置包括:具有通孔的凸台(1),所述凸台上方小圆柱体内壁上设置有轴承(8)及用以支撑轴承(8)的支撑体(12),所述凸台还套有锁紧套(2),锁紧套(2)的上部内壁上设置有第一凸起(5),下部内壁上设置有第二凸起(3);第二凸起(3)与凸台的上底面(10)之间设置有弹簧(9);压片(6)与凸台的上方小圆柱体的顶部的外壁(7)螺纹连接并压住第一凸起(5);与第二凸起(3)对应位置处的小圆柱体内壁上和支撑体(12)上设置有大小不同的孔,形成阶梯孔(11),所述阶梯孔(11)内设置有钢珠(4)。
2.如权利要求2所述的钻头锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述上底面(10)上设置有与上底面内壁螺纹连接用于顶紧轴承(8)和支撑体(12)的压紧件(15)。
3.如权利要求3所述的钻头锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述轴承(8)为两个,分别位于外壁(7)下方和压紧件(15)的上方。
4.如权利要求1至3任一所述的钻头锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述凸台(1)下方大圆柱体的内壁上设置有内螺纹。
5.一种与权利要求1至4任一所述钻头锁紧装置配合的钻头,包括前部的刀刃部和后部的传输杆,其特征在于:所述传输杆(13)上设置有凹槽(14)。
