Abstract
复合粉煤气化技术,煤化工领域。是指在一个煤气化***中同时采用流化床气化技术和熔渣气流床气化技术,解决了煤气化***非常复杂、投资巨大、维护难、能耗高、运行成本高的难题。使得原料煤处理、输送和进料简单、无需特殊的原料煤气化喷嘴,气、渣分离简单。从而降低了煤气化***的复杂性、降低了煤气化***的能耗、制造和运行成本。本发明可应用于各种粉煤气化过程。

技术领域
本发明涉及煤化工领域。
背景技术
在煤化工领域,国内外的连续生产的粉煤气化***,需要复杂的原料煤处理、输送***,需要技术复杂、耐高温、耐磨损和耐腐蚀的粉煤气化喷嘴,同时还需要技术、材料要求高的气化炉和炉渣处理***,使得煤气化***非常复杂、投资巨大、维护难、能耗高、运行成本很高,已成为制约煤化工发展的重要因素之一。
发明内容
本发明是指在一个粉煤气化***中同时采用流化床气化技术和熔渣气流床气化技术。主要针对在煤化工领域粉煤气化***需要复杂的原料煤处理、输送***,需要技术难度大和材料要求高的粉煤气化喷嘴,需要技术、材料要求高的气化炉和炉渣分离***,导致煤气化***非常复杂、投资巨大、维护难、能耗高、运行成本高的难题,发明采用流化床气化炉和熔渣气流床气化炉串联技术,普通方式进煤,粉煤在流化床气化炉内进行初级气化后进入熔渣气流床气化炉进一步高温熔渣气化,液态炉渣从气化炉下部自然流入炉渣冷激排出***,高温反应气被冷激气或冷激水冷激降温后离开气化炉。使得原料煤进料简单、无需特殊原料煤处理、输送***、无需特殊的粉煤气化喷嘴,气、渣分离简单。从而降低了煤气化***的复杂性、降低了煤气化***的能耗、制造和运行成本。
本技术可应用于各种粉煤气化过程。

具体实施方式
经过初步破碎的粉煤从输煤机2进入流化床3,气化剂氧气,或氧气和水蒸气的混合气,或氧气和二氧化碳的混合气经气化剂入口喷嘴1送到流化床3,在流化床3内部进行初步气化后,含有细颗粒煤粉的粗煤气通过流化床3的出口管4进入熔渣气流床5,与通过气化剂喷嘴7加入的氧气或氧气与水蒸气,或氧气与二氧化碳的混合气一起进行高温气化反应,反应后的熔融炉渣通过熔渣气流床5的下部自然流入排渣***6,被水冷却凝固后排出。反应后的高温气体在熔渣气流床5的上部被冷激气入口8来的低温煤气冷却后,通过熔渣气流床5的出口管9离开气化炉。

1.一种复合粉煤气化技术,其特征是,在一个粉煤气化***中同时采用流化床气化技术和熔渣气流床气化技术。
