技术领域
本发明涉及压铸模的技术领域,具体为一种锁芯压铸模滑块抽芯装置。
背景技术
锁芯在成型过程中由于产品两侧面完全在滑块中,加上锁片槽较多、包紧力大,产品容易粘在滑块中,现有的抽芯方法见图1,分模时,斜销1带动滑块2对锁片槽和锁芯两侧面同时抽芯,导致锁片槽拉伤,并存在压模隐患。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种锁芯压铸模滑块抽芯装置,其在抽芯时,锁片槽不易被拉伤,出现压膜隐患的机率很小。
其技术方案是这样的:一种锁芯压铸模滑块抽芯装置,其包括上模、下模、滑块、斜销和保险销,所述滑块设置在下模型腔内,所述滑块上有斜销孔,所述斜销与所述斜销孔配合安装在所述上模上,所述斜销呈V形,所述保险销***滑块中,其特征在于:所述下模型腔内还另设置有一滑块,所述两滑块保持一定距离顺序安装。
其进一步特征在于:所述滑块、斜销和保险销在所述下模型腔内以工件模型孔为中心对称设置。
本发明的上述结构中,下模型腔内由于设置了与滑块保持一定距离顺序安装的滑块,斜销先带动滑块进行第一次抽芯,滑块接触到另一滑块后带动滑块进行第二次抽芯,先抽锁片槽,再抽锁芯的两侧面,这样就更容易把产品分离出来,防止锁片槽拉伤,消除了压模隐患。

具体实施方式
见图2,本发明包括上模1、下模型腔8、在工件模型孔7两侧分别顺序安装有相隔一定距离的滑块2、4,滑块4上有斜销孔5,斜销6与斜销孔5配合安装在上模1上,斜销6呈V形,保险销3***滑块2中,滑块2、4设置在下模型腔8内,分模时,上模分离,带动斜销6和保险销3向上运动,斜销6的V形面挤压滑块4,实现第一次抽芯,锁片槽的抽芯,当滑块4与滑块2接触时,斜销6继续上行,斜销6带动滑块4挤压滑块2,实现第二次抽芯,再抽锁芯的两侧面,这样就更容易把产品分离出来,防止锁片槽拉伤,消除了压模隐患。

1.一种锁芯压铸模滑块抽芯装置,其包括上模、下模、滑块一、斜销和保险销,所述滑块一设置在下模型腔内,所述滑块一上有斜销孔,所述斜销与所述斜销孔配合安装在所述上模上,所述斜销呈V形,其特征在于:所述下模型腔内还另设置有一滑块二,所述保险销***所述滑块二中,所述滑块一、滑块二保持一定距离顺序安装;所述滑块一、滑块二、斜销和保险销在所述下模型腔内以工件模型孔为中心对称设置。
