可检测渗出液颜色的负压伤口治疗***
技术领域
本发明涉及负压伤口治疗设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种可检测渗出液颜色的负压伤口治疗***。
背景技术
负压伤口治疗设备,美国称为Negative_Pressure_Wound_Therapy_Devices,简称为NPWT,其原理为通过对伤口处施加负压,来促进伤口的愈合。根据美国近10年来的临床表明,该设备对各种急慢性的伤口处理有着良好的愈合效果。
一般地,负压伤口治疗***包括负压伤口治疗设备、伤口处套件以及用来收集伤口处渗出液的容器(这里称为此容器为集液瓶)。其中,伤口处套件用于封闭伤口,制造负压空间。负压伤口治疗设备用于创造出所需要的伤口负压,负压伤口治疗设备,由一个负压源,与一个控制器组成。参见图1,图中所示为一种常见负压伤口治疗***。虚线框内为负压伤口治疗设备11;1为人体伤口周围皮肤组织;伤口处填充物2将人体伤口处覆盖;在伤口处填充物2的上方设置伤口封闭物3,将伤口封闭,伤口填充物2通过连接管4连接到集液瓶5上,从而将来自伤口的渗出液导引至集液瓶5中,通过集液瓶5收集来自伤口的渗出液,集液瓶5的另一端与负压源6连接,由负压源6提供负压,为伤口渗出液流至集液瓶5提供动力;负压源6连接一控制器7,由控制器7对负压源6实现控制。
伤口渗出液是在伤口处积留的体液,其形成有着很多生理原因。在伤口处理中,渗出液管理是现代伤口护理研究的重要课题之一。
现代伤口护理对于渗出液的研究,主要集中两个方面,一个方面的研究涉及渗出液体积-时间关系,渗出液颜色、透明度,以及渗出液粘稠度等关键的物理参数上;另外一个方面是关于渗出液的组成和功能等各种生理化学参数上。目前,针对伤口渗出液的颜色与对应的生理意义研究结论如下表:

在抽取伤口周围的渗出液、分泌物等过程中,可能会发生感染、出血,损伤周围的血管、***、神经等组织的并发症。因此,在护理过程中,必须注意观察,以便能发现问题并及时处理。但在现有技术中,仍由医护人员定期直接查看渗出液,这样就会导致在两次查看的间隔里出现的危险情况不能及时得到处理,而医护人员如果不停地观测渗出液的变化,会影响其工作效率,在实践中也不太现实。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种可检测渗出液颜色的负压伤口治疗***,能够及时检测抽取出的渗出液的颜色,存储至少包含颜色信息的伤口信息,并根据颜色发出相应的报警信号,及时提醒医护人员采取相关的应对措施。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的可检测渗出液颜色的负压伤口治疗***包括:
集液瓶,收集伤口渗出液;
负压伤口治疗设备,由负压源和控制器组成;
伤口套件,填充伤口并封闭伤口,通过连接管与集液瓶连通;
还包括:
传感器,获取集液瓶中渗出液的颜色信号或视觉信号;
颜色检测控制单元,设置在所述控制器中,根据传感器获取的颜色信号或视觉信号,运算出对应的颜色,并按照预设的颜色与报警信号对应表,运算出对应的报警信号;
存储单元,存储伤口信息,所述伤口信息至少包含运算出的颜色信息;
报警装置,根据报警信号,报警。
优选地,所述报警装置包括蜂鸣器或喇叭。
优选地,所述报警装置还包括指示灯。
优选地,还包括一设定单元,用于开启或关闭传感器或颜色检测控制单元。
优选地,所述设定单元还用于设定颜色与报警信号对应表。
优选地,存储的颜色信息包括但不限于黑色、褐色、黄色、绿色、红色。

具体实施方式
本发明的基本构思是:利用已有的渗出液颜色与病理意义对应关系的研究,在现有的负压治疗设备上增加颜色检测与报警功能,由传感器获取渗出液的颜色信号或视觉信号,颜色检测控制单元根据颜色信号或视觉信号运算出相应的颜色,然后根据预设的颜色与报警信号对应表,运算出相应的报警信号,报警装置根据报警信号,报警。
以下结合附图,通过具体的实施例对本发明的负压伤口治疗***进行详细说明。
实施例一
参见图2,本发明的可检测渗出液颜色的负压伤口治疗***,包括:
集液瓶5,用于收集伤口渗出液;
负压伤口治疗设备11,由负压源6和控制器7组成;
伤口套件10,用于填充并封闭伤口1,包括伤口填充物-伤口敷料2、伤口封闭物-贴膜3,伤口敷料2通过连接管4与集液瓶5连通;
传感器8,设置在集液瓶5中,获取集液瓶5中抽取的伤口渗出液或分泌物的颜色信号-RGB值;
颜色检测控制单元,设置在控制器7中,根据颜色信号运算出相应的颜色,按照预设的颜色与报警信号对应表,查找出该颜色对应的报警信号;
存储单元,存储伤口信息,如颜色信息、伤口位置、伤口类型、伤口面积及体积等信息,便于医护人员进行查阅、研究。
报警装置9,根据报警信号,发出声音和/或光报警。
其中,报警装置9包括蜂鸣器及LED指示灯。

因此,如果检测到的颜色为黑色、褐色、黄色、绿色任一种颜色时,颜色检测控制单元发出第一报警信号,此时报警装置发出红光同时发出分贝较高的声音;如果检测到的颜色为红色,此时,颜色检测控制单元发出第二报警信号,此时报警装置发出绿色的光和分贝较小的声音。
本实施例中,还包括一设定单元(图中未示出),用户可以开启或关闭传感器或者颜色检测控制单元,以便在不需要时关闭颜色检测报警功能,在需要时,开启颜色检测报警功能;用户还可以设定颜色与报警信号对应表,可以设定第一报警信号、第二报警信号对应的报警装置的报警模式,如可设定第一报警信号对应的报警模式为较大分贝、间断发出的声音,第二报警信号对应的报警模式为指示灯发出红色光或其他颜色的光,当然也可设置成声音和光同时发出的形式。
本实施例中的可检测渗出液颜色的负压伤口治疗***,在治疗伤口时,在伤口1处填充伤口敷料2,将连接管4***伤口敷料内,上面用贴膜3密封,在集液瓶5处设置一传感器8,该传感器8为颜色传感器,当负压源6工作时,从伤口1处抽取出的渗出液或者分泌物在途经集液瓶5处的传感器8时,传感器8采集渗出液或者分泌物的颜色信号-RGB值,并传送到控制器7中,控制器7中的颜色检测控制单元计算出该渗出液或分泌物的颜色,当计算出的颜色为黑色,褐色,黄色,绿色时,根据颜色信号与报警信号对应表,运算出第一报警信号,报警装置根据第一报警信号,报警,提示医护人员伤口出现感染现象;当计算出的颜色为红色时,根据颜色信号与报警信号对应表,运算出第二报警信号,报警装置根据第二报警信号,报警,提示医护人员伤口出现非正常出血现象;当计算出的颜色为淡黄色或者无色时,渗出液为正常状态,此时,颜色检测控制单元计算不出对应的报警信号,报警装置不工作。
实施例二
参见图3,本发明的可检测渗出液颜色的负压伤口治疗***,包括:
集液瓶5,用于收集伤口渗出液;
负压伤口治疗设备11,由负压源6和控制器7组成;
伤口套件10,用于填充并封闭伤口1,包括伤口填充物-伤口敷料2、伤口封闭物-贴膜3,伤口敷料2通过连接管4与集液瓶5连通;
传感器8,设置在连接管4中,获取集液瓶5中抽取的伤口渗出液或分泌物的视觉信号-图像;
颜色检测控制单元,设置在控制器7中,根据视觉信号-图像,根据该图像与预先存储的各种颜色的图像进行匹配,运算出该视觉信号-图像对应的颜色,按照预设的颜色与报警信号对应表,查找出该颜色对应的报警信号;
存储单元,存储伤口信息,如颜色信息、伤口位置、伤口类型、伤口面积及体积等信息,便于医护人员进行查阅、研究。
报警装置9,根据报警信号,发出声音和/或光报警。
其中,报警装置9包括蜂鸣器及LED指示灯。

本实施例中的可检测渗出液颜色的负压伤口治疗***,在治疗伤口时,在伤口1处填充伤口敷料2,将连接管4***伤口敷料内,上面用贴膜3密封,在连接管4处设置一传感器8,该传感器为视觉传感器,当负压源6工作时,从伤口1处抽取出的渗出液或者分泌物在途经连接管4处的传感器8时,传感器8采集渗出液或者分泌物的视觉信号-图像,并传送到控制器7中,控制器7中的颜色检测控制单元计算出该渗出液或分泌物的颜色,当计算出的颜色为黑色,褐色,黄色,绿色时,根据颜色信号与报警信号对应表,运算出第一报警信号,报警装置根据第一报警信号,报警,提示医护人员伤口出现感染现象;当计算出的颜色为红色时,根据颜色信号与报警信号对应表,运算出第二报警信号,报警装置根据第二报警信号,报警,提示医护人员伤口出现非正常出血现象;当计算出的颜色为淡黄色或者无色时,渗出液为正常状态,此时,颜色检测控制单元计算不出对应的报警信号,报警装置不工作。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,上述优选实施方式不应视为对本发明的限制,本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所确定的范围为准。对于本技术领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (12)

1.一种可检测渗出液颜色的负压伤口治疗***,包括:
集液瓶,收集伤口渗出液;
负压伤口治疗设备,由负压源和控制器组成;
伤口套件,填充伤口并封闭伤口,通过连接管与集液瓶连通;
其特征在于,还包括:
传感器,获取集液瓶中渗出液的颜色信号或视觉信号;
颜色检测控制单元,设置在所述控制器中,根据传感器获取的颜色信号或视觉信号,运算出对应的颜色,并按照预设的颜色与报警信号对应表,运算出对应的报警信号;
存储单元,存储伤口信息,所述伤口信息至少包含运算出的颜色信息;
报警装置,根据报警信号,报警。
2.如权利要求1所述的可检测渗出液颜色的负压伤口治疗***,其特征在于,所述报警装置包括蜂鸣器或喇叭。
3.如权利要求2所述的可检测渗出液颜色的负压伤口治疗***,其特征在于,所述报警装置还包括指示灯。
4.如权利要求1所述的可检测渗出液颜色的负压伤口治疗***,其特征在于,还包括一设定单元,用于开启或关闭传感器或颜色检测控制单元。
5.如权利要求4所述的可检测渗出液颜色的负压伤口治疗***,其特征在于,所述设定单元还用于设定颜色与报警信号对应表。
6.如权利要求1所述的可检测渗出液颜色的负压伤口治疗***,其特征在于,存储的颜色信息包括黑色、褐色、黄色、绿色、红色。
7.如权利要求1所述的可检测渗出液颜色的负压伤口治疗***,其特征在于,所述传感器为若干个,设置在连接管处、集液瓶处、伤口处中的任一处或多处。
8.如权利要求1所述的可检测渗出液颜色的负压伤口治疗***,其特征在于,所述传感器为颜色传感器或视觉传感器。
9.如权利要求7所述的可检测渗出液颜色的负压伤口治疗***,其特征在于,所述传感器为颜色传感器,所述颜色信号为RGB值。
10.如权利要求1所述的可检测渗出液颜色的负压伤口治疗***,其特征在于,所述传感器为视觉传感器,所述视觉信号为图像,所述检测控制单元根据视觉传感器获取的视觉信号,按照预先存储的各种颜色对应的图像,运算出所述视觉信号对应的颜色。
11.如权利要求1所述的可检测渗出液颜色的负压伤口治疗***,其特征在于,所述伤口信息还包括伤口位置、伤口类型、伤口面积及体积。
12.如权利要求11所述的可检测渗出液颜色的负压伤口治疗***,其特征在于,所述伤口类型包括烧伤伤口、外科手术伤口、糖尿病伤口、溃疡伤口。
