本发明涉及一种传动轴,尤其是一种新型传动轴。
背景技术
目前国内传动轴,都是通过传动轴中的伸缩花键副,来满足传动在运行过程的长度伸缩,而中间花键副都是通过花键轴和滑动叉来完成配合,花键轴与轴管焊接在一起,该结构的传动轴薄漏环节在轴管上,而花键轴和滑动叉的强度远远大于轴管,在强度上存在浪费,而花键轴和滑动叉都必需通过复杂的锻加工、热处理及机加工工艺来完成,加工周期长,加工成本高,整个传动轴重量重。
发明内容
本发明要解决上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构简单的新型传动轴。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案:这种新型传动轴,包括第一轴管和第二轴管,外花键与第一轴管成整体结构,内花键与第二轴管成整体结构,其中外花键与内花键呈互相配合连接。
作为优选,外花键和内花键的整体外部设有防尘罩。
本发明有益的效果是:该传动轴的花键与轴管成一体,内花键和外花键通过冷作硬化成型,内花键和外花键强度都大于轴管强度,满足强度要求,且新型传动轴比目前现有结构的传动轴少一个零件,重量减轻20%,内花键和外花键采用无切削加工,不存在锻加工、热处理等复杂的加工工艺,加工周期短,整个传动轴的加工成本将减少25%。

实施例:如图1,这种新型传动轴,采用等强度设计理念,对花键副采用无切削加工,直接采用轴管通过冷作硬化,成型内花键和外花键,使得外花键3与第一轴管1成整体,内花键4与第二轴管2成整体,通过外花键3与内花键4互相配合,来满足车辆的要求,相对于原有设计少了一个单独的轴管零件,减轻了重量,降低了成本。

2.根据权利要求1所述的新型传动轴,其特征是:所述外花键(3)和内花键(4)的整体外部设有防尘罩(5)。
