本发明公开了一种高热量生物质环保型炭配方。本发明的目的在于提供一种以生物质炭为主要原料,容易着火,燃烧干净,在高温燃烧时不易散的高温型炭。该配方的组分是生物质炭粉、无烟煤粉和水泥等。它们组分及重量配比如下:60%≤生物质炭粉≤95%,0≤无烟煤≤30%,5%≤水泥<15%。

本发明涉及一种高热量生物质型炭配方。
技术背景:
专利申请文件(申请号:200910042736.4)介绍的高温型生物质环保型炭配方,它们的重量配比如下:木炭粉与无烟煤粉之和为85~70%、水泥15~35%。
由于,水泥粘合剂在燃烧过程中不会放出热量,水泥比例高,影响了型炭的发热值。经过一年多的试验,对直径大于10公分或边长大于10公分的型炭,生物质炭粉与无烟煤粉之和为90%、水泥为10%,生产出的型炭,燃烧时,具有原配方中的特征,即炉温达到1200℃时,仍然保持原有型炭的形状。由于型炭至少减少了5%的水泥含量,发热量每公斤提高了约300大卡热量。当型炭的尺寸为3×2×1.5公分,生物质炭粉与无烟煤粉之和为94%、水泥为6%,生产出的型炭,燃烧时,具有原配方中的特征,即炉温达到1200℃时,仍然保持原有型炭的形状。由于型炭至少减少了9%的水泥含量,型炭的发热量每公斤提高了约450大卡热量。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种以生物质炭粉为主要成分,燃烧干净,在高温燃烧时能保持原有形状的一种高热量生物质型炭配方。
本发明的目的是这样来实现的,用生物质炭粉替代申请号是200910042736.4中的全部无烟煤,或者替代部份无烟煤,水泥的比例相应减少。该高热量生物质型炭配方如下:生物质炭粉60~95%,无烟煤0~30%、水泥5~15%。
本配方中使用水泥是因为,用水泥做粘胶剂制做的型炭在约1000度燃烧不易散,具有良好的高温强度。同时,水泥是碱性,主要成分之一是碳酸钙,因而,具有一定的固硫作用。经过试验,发现含水泥达到5%时,型炭中约70%以上的硫将转化为硫酸钙,固定下来,从而减少了二氧化硫的气体排放。
本配方中使用生物质炭粉,是由生物质秸杆、树皮、树枝、果壳、锯木屑等放入热解炉(专利号:200920062939.5和200920062938.0)中通过热解留下的固体。生物质炭粉的挥发分高,易燃,灰分少,最低约3%。按碳循环理论讲,生物质炭粉为零碳排放的环保燃料。
无烟煤是一种成炭历史久,约100万年,发热值高,燃烧时无烟,在型炭中掺入一定比例,能改善型炭的燃烧性能,体现在燃烧时间长,火力大。

制备的方法,将可燃物质、水泥按上述比例放入搅拌机搅拌,然后,移入成型机内成型,即得本产品。
下面列举二个实施例:
实施例1
取92公斤生物质炭粉,8公斤水泥,放入搅拌机搅拌,然后,移入成型机内成型,即得本产品。
实施例2
取58公斤生物质炭粉,30公斤无烟煤粉,12公斤水泥,放入搅拌机搅拌。然后,移入成型机内成型,即得本产品。

1.一种高热量生物质型炭配方的特征是:其组分是生物质炭粉、水泥,或生物质炭粉、无烟煤粉和水泥。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种高热量生物质型炭配方的特征是:其组分及重量配比如下:60%≤生物质炭粉≤95%,0≤无烟煤≤30%,5%≤水泥<15%。
