背景技术
工程机械(OTR)轮胎被用于施工车辆,比如轮式装卸车、反铲挖土机、压路机、挖掘机和采矿车。OTR轮胎通常为子午线轮胎,其采用的本体帘布层在轮胎两侧上从胎圈延伸并跨过胎面,从而所述帘布层以和胎面的中心线大体成直角并且彼此平行的方式进行铺设。
通常,OTR轮胎是钢保护带、单帘布层、在轮胎的每一侧上有一个胎圈。这些轮胎经常被用于支撑重载荷,而且可能经受震动和打滑、爆裂和胎侧拉链式破损。因此,需要一种能够克服这些问题的OTR轮胎。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种新颖的OTR轮胎。
本发明还有一个目的就是提供一种多胎圈子午线轮胎。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种带有多尼龙本体帘布层的子午线轮胎。
为此,提供一种多胎圈子午线轮胎。所述轮胎还具有多个尼龙本体帘布层。

图3表示本发明的三胎圈、多帘布层子午线轮胎。
具体实施方式
现有技术中的单胎圈、钢帘布层子午线轮胎如图1所示。图2-3表示本发明的多胎圈、多帘布层子午线轮胎10。在一个实施例中,轮胎10是工程机械(OTR)子午线轮胎。这些轮胎的一个特定用途就是用于采矿作业。轮胎10包括尼龙胎体12。轮胎具有至少两个胎圈14,16,18。可以使用胎圈芯。在最通常的情况下,轮胎具有两个或三个胎圈。本发明的轮胎可以具有四个、五个、六个或更多的胎圈。轮胎10具有多个尼龙本体帘布层20,22,24。在一个备选实施例中,所述帘布层是不连续的。
对于这种多胎圈设计和尼龙胎体而言具有几个优点。与单胎圈的结构相比,所述多胎圈结构为胎圈和轮子之间提供了更大的接触区域,以防止打滑和震动。所述轮胎结构以045度的任意胎圈锥角进行工作。由于多胎圈能够具有一致的负载能力,而且尼龙帘布层比钢本体帘布层具有更大的拉伸能力,这种结构可提高负载量并改进工作性能。所述多胎圈尼龙轮胎与标准的钢本体帘布层轮胎相比提高了受负载时的横向稳定性。
由于本发明的胎体的厚度,本发明的所述多帘布层尼龙胎体相对于标准的单帘布层钢胎体改进了胎侧抵抗切割的能力。所述尼龙胎体还比钢本体帘布层在运转中凉;尼龙胎体不会经受由钢本体帘布层挠曲产生的热量。
因为尼龙具有更大的拉伸性能,所述尼龙胎体比钢本体帘布层更安全。在本发明的轮胎经受严重超载时,轮胎会放气,从而不会像钢制轮胎那样爆胎。尼龙比钢具有更大的拉伸性,这消除了单帘布要经受最大载荷的可能。另外,因为没有可能出现拉链式破损,这种故障是钢制本体帘布层的普遍故障,所以尼龙胎体比钢本体帘布层更安全。

Claims (2)

1.一种子午线轮胎,包括:
a))一对胎侧部分,所述胎侧部分布置在轮胎的中间圆周平面的每一侧,每个所述胎侧部分具有位于胎侧部分之内的胎圈区域;
b)多个胎圈,其布置在每个所述胎圈区域内;和
c)胎体,其中所述胎体还包括围绕所述胎圈缠绕的多个本体帘布层。
2.如权利要求1所述的轮胎,其中所述多个本体帘布层是尼龙制的。
