一种砖坯烘干辊道流水线预混燃气燃烧器,由壳体(1),空气管道(2),固定基座(11),连接基座(12),燃烧室(4),燃气管道接口(14),连接板(13),燃气管道(3),空气通道(7),燃气喷嘴(5),燃气散射器(6),预混室(8),蜂窝状燃烧板(9),燃烧板固定螺帽(10)构成。空气通道(7)为旋翼式斜槽通道,燃气散射器(6)加装在燃气喷嘴(5)上方,旨在为燃气的燃烧供给充足新鲜空气以助燃的同时,在预混室让助燃空气和燃气预混合,并混合得尽可能彻底,追求热效率的最大化。

砖坯烘干线预混燃气燃烧器 
所属技术领域:
本发明涉及一种砖坯烘干线的燃气燃烧装置,具体指瓷砖辊道窑所配套的砖坯烘干流水线的燃气燃烧器,尤其是能起到节能、减排的作用。 
背景技术:
瓷砖辊道窑配套有砖坯烘干辊道流水线,由保温墙,辊道,燃气燃烧器,烘干室组成。而用于产生热源的燃气燃烧器,目前仍然使用一种非常简易粗放的燃烧器具,即在自来水管的管壁上钻若干孔眼做燃烧孔,架在辊道下方,一端堵死,另一端接通燃气,在没有助燃风供给助燃的情况下即点火燃烧供热。这样的燃烧因保温墙四周基本密封并加有保温层,整条流水线又有若干个燃烧器,烘干室内可供助燃的新鲜空气稀少,必然造成大量燃气未经燃烧就随烟气排掉,即浪费能源,增加烘干成本,又污染空气。 
发明内容:
本发明公开一种砖坯烘干辊道流水线预混燃气燃烧器,旨在为燃气的燃烧供给充足新鲜空气以助燃的同时,在预混室让助燃空气和燃气预混合,并混合得尽可能彻底,追求热效率的最大化。 
技术方案: 
本发明所采取的技术方案是:燃烧器由壳体,预混器构成。壳体由空气管道,固定基座,连接基座,燃烧室构成;预混器由燃气管道接口,连接板,燃气管道,空气通道,燃气喷嘴,喷嘴散射器,预混室,蜂窝状燃烧板,燃烧板固定螺帽构成。空气通道为旋翼式斜槽通道,喷嘴散射器加装在喷嘴上方。 
燃气和助燃空气先进入预混室预混合,混合气体经蜂窝状燃烧板实现再混合后进入燃烧室,燃烧将更加充分;燃气散射器引导燃气作圆周状散射;因受旋翼斜槽的引导,助燃风以旋转的方式进入预混室,对散射的燃气进行旋转横切推移,实现燃气和助燃空气混合程度的最大化,燃气的燃烧率也达到最大化。 
本发明的有益效果是:确保充足新鲜空气助燃的同时,实现燃气和助燃空气混合程度的最大化,燃烧彻底,热效率高,节约能源,减少污染。

具体实施方案:
图1的实施例中,砖坯烘干流水线由保温墙①,辊道②,燃气燃烧器③,烘干室④组成。在相对密闭的环境里,简易粗放的燃烧器③,又没有新鲜空气供应,燃烧质量必然低下,未燃烧的燃气随意排放,即浪费能源又污染空气。 
在图2的实施例中,本发明安装在砖坯烘干线的保温墙①外侧,壳体(1)上的空气管道(2)连接助燃风风源管道(15),助燃风风源管道(15)的另一端接有鼓风机(16),确保了燃烧全过程的新鲜空气供给,即高质量的燃烧得到保障;燃烧室(4)与导焰器⑥连接,将火焰向烘干室④的纵深导引,以确保烘干室④温度的均衡。 
在图3的实施例中,本发明由空气管道(2),固定基座(11),连接基座(12),燃烧室(4),燃气管道接口(14),连接板(13),燃气管道(3),空气通道(7),燃气喷嘴(5),燃气散射器(6),预混室(8),蜂窝状燃烧板(9),燃烧板固定螺帽(10)构成。空气通道(7)为旋翼式斜槽通道,燃气散射器(6)加装在燃气喷嘴(5)上方。 
当燃气离开燃气喷嘴(5),受燃气散射器(6)的阻挡,改直线集束移动为90°折转向预混室(8)内壁圆周散射;助燃风经过旋翼式斜槽空气通道(7)时,因受斜槽的引导,以旋转的方式进入预混室(8),对已形成圆周状散射的燃气进行旋转横切推移,实现燃气和助燃空气混合程度的最大化,满足了预混燃气燃烧器节能最大化的设计初衷,在确保高质量燃烧的同时,进一步提高热效率,节能减排的幅度也进一步提高。 

Claims (4)

1.一种砖坯烘干线预混燃气燃烧器,包括壳体、空气管道、燃气管道,其特征是:还包括一个预混室,预混室由燃气喷嘴、燃气散射器、空气通道、预混室、蜂窝状燃烧板构成,空气通道和燃气喷嘴在燃气管道的左端结合,与预混室连接为一个整体,蜂窝状燃烧板置于预混室与燃烧室之间,由固定螺帽将蜂窝状燃烧板固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的砖坯烘干线预混燃气燃烧器,其特征是:所述的燃气喷嘴为燃气管道在预混室的延伸和开口处,同时兼备预混室与壳体连接的支撑轴。
3.根据权利要求1所述的砖坯烘干线预混燃气燃烧器,其特征是:所述的燃气散射器为加装在燃气喷嘴上方,由连接环、支架、散射板构成,其功能为能迫使燃气沿散射板导引方向散射。
4.根据权利要求1所述的砖坯烘干线预混燃气燃烧器,其特征是:所述的空气通道为旋翼式斜槽助燃风通道,能迫使助燃风以旋转的方式进入预混室,同时连接燃气喷嘴,传导燃气喷嘴对预混室与壳体连接的支撑。
