Abstract

本发明提供了一种制革污泥生物沥浸处理药剂,属于环境工程技术领域。制革污泥生物沥浸药剂含有供硫杆菌和耐酸性异养菌生长所需要的碳源和营养物质,包括硫酸铵,磷酸氢二钾,硝酸钙,硫酸镁,维生素,微量元素,碳源物质,硫粉,精黄铁矿或七水硫酸亚铁,表面活性剂及敷料等。生产工艺包括,先将液态物料吸附在敷料硅藻土上,然后再与其他固体物料一起与敷料硅藻土充分混合而成。该药剂可快速降低污泥pH,刺激生物沥浸微生物的快速繁殖。

一种用于制革污泥生物沥浸处理的药剂
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制革污泥生物沥浸处理的药剂,属于环境工程技术领域。
二、背景技术
制革业是我国重要的出口创汇型行业,同时也是一个对环境污染较为严重的行业。据不完全统计,目前我国原皮加工约为1亿标张,制革行业年排放污水在1亿t以上。制革工艺包括:准备、鞣制和整饰三个工段,准备工段是对原皮进行初步加工,包括浸水、浸灰、脱毛、脱灰、软化、浸酸等工序,准备阶段主要排放含硫废水。鞣制工段一般用铬盐鞣制,主要排放含铬废水。整饰工段主要排放整饰剂贮存用具的冲洗水。制革企业的产品为各类皮革,其中大宗原料是猪皮、羊皮和牛皮,这几种皮革综合废水COD也有较大差异,其中猪皮、羊皮COD为2000-4000mg/L,而牛皮可达5000-8000mg/L;另外,含硫废水中S2-可达4000mg/L,含铬废水中Cr可达4000mg/L。这些废水进入污水处理厂生化处理后产生制革污泥。
值得指出的是,制革污泥与城市污泥在性质上有许多明显不同之处,例如,(1)制革污泥有机质通常比城市污泥更高;(2)制革污泥中有毒重金属浓度也比城市污泥高得多,但种类单一,主要是三价铬,其浓度可达到8000-40000mg/kg;(3)制革污泥含大量的硫化物。但如同城市污泥一样,制革污泥也很难脱水,其脱水污泥含水也多在80-85%,恶臭明显,易腐败,很难处置与利用。但也同样含丰富的有机质和N、P等营养元素,其肥效相当于优质的鸡粪,优于猪牛粪等农家肥。干化后的制革污泥其热值则相当于劣质褐煤,因此有资源化利用的潜力。但直接利用制革污泥或将制革污泥堆肥后用于农地的做法会对生态环境和食品安全构成潜在危险。因为土壤中存在的MnO2可将Cr(III)氧化成Cr(VI),而Cr(VI)的溶解性、迁移性和毒性都远高于Cr(III)。同时农作物也会大量累积污泥中的铬。显然,制革污泥难脱水,存在有害的铬这两大问题在很大程度上制约了它的处置与利用。
污泥生物沥浸处理(Bioleaching)是一种能同时改善污泥脱水性能和促进污泥重金属脱出的生物处理新方法(ZL02137921.1;ZL02112924.X;ZL200410014801.X;ZL200410044843.8;ZL200520072316.8)。但该生物沥浸效果的优劣与生物沥浸过程中添加的药剂种类与数量息息相关。过去往往投加由单一或简单几种物质构成的生物沥浸药剂,结果往往效果较差或不能保持长久运行,因为生物沥浸微生物既有自养菌也有许多耐酸性异养菌,这些简单的物质不能保证不同微生物的需求。另外,制革污泥中含大量的硫化物,是生物沥浸微生物中自养菌的最好能源物质,因此,制革污泥生物沥浸药剂也与城市污泥生物沥浸药剂有明显不同。
三、发明内容
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于制革污泥生物沥浸处理的专用药剂。该药剂主要含有供微生物生长的能源物质(包括供应给耐酸性异养菌的碳源物质)、营养物质以及表面活性剂类物质。
技术方案
用于制革污泥生物沥浸处理的专用药剂,含有:硫酸铵,2000-3000mg/kg;磷酸氢二钾,3000-5000mg/kg;硝酸钙,500-1000mg/kg;七水硫酸镁,300-600mg/kg;维生素,3000-4000mg/kg;微量元素,3000-3500mg/kg;碳源物质,5000-8000mg/kg;改性硫粉,100g/kg;100目精黄铁矿(FeS2)或七水硫酸亚铁,400g/kg;生物表面活性剂鼠李糖酯,500-1000mg/kg;敷料加至100份。
微量元素组成为:七水硫酸锰,1份;七水硫酸锌,2份;硼酸,1份;钼酸钠,1份。
维生素组成为:维生素C,1份;烟酰胺,1份。
碳源物质包括:淀粉,1份;甲酸或乙酸,3份(重量)。
敷料:大于80目的硅藻土。
生产上述城市污泥生物沥浸专用药剂的工艺,包括:
1)分别称取硫酸铵、磷酸氢二钾、硝酸钙、七水硫酸镁、维生素、微量元素、碳源物质、改性硫粉、精黄铁矿(FeS2)或七水硫酸亚铁、生物表面活性剂鼠李糖酯;
2)乙酸吸附在敷料上,硫酸铵、磷酸氢二钾、硝酸钙、七水硫酸镁、维生素、微量元素、淀粉、改性硫粉、100目精黄铁矿(FeS2)或七水硫酸亚铁、生物表面活性剂鼠李糖酯分别用敷料拌混;
3)将各类物质加入混合器后,加敷料100份充分混合、搅拌均匀;
4)分装。
有益效果
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
由于制革污泥含有丰富的硫化物,因此在配方中免除硫代硫酸盐和减少硫粉的用量,有助于降低药剂成本,同时该药剂能很好满足生物沥浸复合微生物中各类微生物生长需要。
碳源物质采用淀粉和乙酸或甲酸,其目的是刺激生物沥浸微生物中的多种耐酸性异养菌的繁殖和新陈代谢,因为乙酸或甲酸是这类微生物最好的碳源和能源物质。耐酸性异养菌的生长有助于生物沥浸效率的提高。
该药剂加入到生物沥浸反应器中后更快地导致污泥pH下降,有助于硫杆菌等工作微生物快速定殖和发挥作用,可明显提高污泥的絮凝脱水性和重金属去除率。
四、具体实施方式
本发明最佳实施方案。
城市污泥生物沥浸专用药剂,含有:硫酸铵,3000mg/kg;磷酸氢二钾,4000mg/kg;硝酸钙,800mg/kg;七水硫酸镁,500mg/kg;维生素C、烟酰胺,4000mg/kg;微量元素七水硫酸锰、七水硫酸锌、硼酸、钼酸钠,3000mg/kg;碳源物质淀粉、甲酸或乙酸,6000mg/kg;改性硫粉,100g/kg;100目精黄铁矿(FeS2)或七水硫酸亚铁,400g/kg;生物表面活性剂鼠李糖酯,600mg/kg;硅藻土,加至100份。
生产上述1吨城市污泥生物沥浸专用药剂的工艺步骤包括:
1)分别称量硫酸铵,3千克;磷酸氢二钾,4千克;硝酸钙,0.8千克;七水硫酸镁,0.5千克;维生素C,2千克;烟酰胺,2千克;微量元素七水硫酸锰,0.6千克;七水硫酸锌,1.2千克;硼酸,0.6千克;钼酸钠,0.6千克;碳源物质淀粉,1.5千克;甲酸或乙酸,4.5千克;改性硫粉,100千克;100目精黄铁矿(FeS2)或七水硫酸亚铁,400千克;生物表面活性剂鼠李糖酯,0.6千克;
2)甲酸或乙酸吸附在硅藻土上,硫酸铵、磷酸氢二钾、硝酸钙、七水硫酸镁、维生素、微量元素、淀粉、改性硫粉、100目精黄铁矿(FeS2)或七水硫酸亚铁、生物表面活性剂鼠李糖酯分别用硅藻土拌混;
3)将以上各物质加入混合容器后,加硅藻土至1吨刻度,然后充分混合、搅拌均匀;
4)分装。

1.一种用于制革污泥生物沥浸处理的药剂,其特征在于1吨药剂中含有:硫酸铵,3千克;磷酸氢二钾,4千克;硝酸钙,0.8千克;七水硫酸镁,0.5千克;维生素C,2千克;烟酰胺,2千克;七水硫酸锰,0.6千克;七水硫酸锌,1.2千克;硼酸,0.6千克;钼酸钠,0.6千克;淀粉,1.5千克;乙酸或甲酸,4.5千克;改性硫粉,100千克;100目精黄铁矿(FeS2)或七水硫酸亚铁,400千克;生物表面活性剂鼠李糖脂,0.6千克;填料硅藻土加至1吨。
