背景技术
现有的用于治疗肺心病的中药方面，存在两个方面的不足：一是治疗效果不够明显，二是见效比较迟缓，以致于大批肺心病患者长期在胸闷、心悸、呼吸困难中度日，下肢浮肿，咳嗽气短，多年不能缓解，患者及其家属对此不满意。
针对以上提出的问题，本发明提供一种治疗肺心病的中药，它能解决以往此类中药治疗中效果不够明显，见效比较迟缓的问题，效果好、见效快，具有效果显著，药效确切，见效较快的优点。
发明内容
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
1、一种治疗肺心病的中药，采用中药原料制备，配方为(按重量比)：
麻黄4-30份 生地4-30份 灵芝2-15份
半夏4-30份 当归4-30份 细辛2-15份
枳壳4-30份 三七3-25份
这种治疗肺气肿的中药是由下列方法制成的：
(1)按上述重量比，将麻黄、生地、半夏、当归、细辛、枳壳经常规水提取工艺提取，制成浸膏细粉；
(2)按上述重量比，将灵芝、三七分别研成细粉，与上述浸膏细粉混合，搅拌均匀；根据需要，可制成中药冲剂、颗粒剂、散剂、胶囊剂、水丸剂、片剂等剂型。
本发明是根据民间传统配方，根据中医扶正培本、活血化瘀的理论，精心研制而成。方中灵芝、生地益气养血，安神补心，扶正培本；合以麻黄、细辛温肺散寒，宣肺平喘；辅以半夏燥湿化痰；枳壳理气化痰平喘；当归、三七活血化瘀消肿。诸药配伍，相得益彰，共奏扶正培本，益气养血，活血化瘀，化痰平喘之功，效果好，见效快，具有效果显著，药效确切，见效较快的优点。
具体实施方式
通过以下实施方式对本发明做具体说明：
1、取以下配方(重量按克为单位)：
麻黄80克 生地80克 灵芝40克
半夏80克 当归80克 细辛40克
枳壳80克 三七60克
按规定重量，用常规水提取工艺将麻黄、生地、半夏、当归、细辛、枳壳提取，制成浸膏细粉132克，将灵芝、三七分别研成细粉，与上述浸膏细粉混合，搅拌均匀，制成细小颗粒，装入0号胶囊，制成中药胶囊828粒，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
2、取以下配方(重量按克为单位)：
麻黄150克 生地180克 灵芝80克
半夏150克 当归180克 细辛90克
枳壳150克 三七120克
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊1678粒，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
3、取以下配方(重量按克为单位)：
麻黄300克 生地300克 灵芝150克
半夏300克 当归300克 细辛150克
枳壳300克 三七250克
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊3196粒，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
4、取以下配方(按重量比)：
麻黄6份 生地6份 灵芝3份
半夏6份 当归6份 细辛3份
枳壳6份 三七4份
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
5、取以下配方(按重量比)：
麻黄20份 生地25份 灵芝12份
半夏20份 当归25份 细辛12份
枳壳20份 三七18份
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
临床资料：
本发明以中医肺心病为例，经9例临床观察。选择中医诊断肺心病为标准：体质虚弱，肢体无力，胸闷胸痛，咳嗽气短，呼吸困难，下肢浮肿。如上症状，即可确诊。在确诊观察的对象中，男性6例，女性3例，无其它严重疾病，年龄为57岁-79岁，平均年龄67.2岁。
疗效判定：
1、显效：体质增强，身上有劲，胸闷胸痛、呼吸困难等症状明显缓解。
2、有效：体质增强，胸闷胸痛、呼吸困难等症状有所缓解。
3、无效：病症无变化。
临床实验时，停服其它药物和保健营养品。服用本发明中药胶囊，观察3个月，为一个疗程。服用方法：每日3次，每次4粒胶囊，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克，饭后温开水送服，1个月后症状即有缓解，服用3个月后，症状明显改善。临床实验的9人中，显效4人，有效4人，无效1人，总有效率88.8％。

1.一种治疗肺心病的中药，其特征在于，所述中药是采用中药原料制备，中药原料的重量配比为：
麻黄4——30份 生地4——30份 灵芝2——15份
半夏4——30份 当归4——30份 细辛2——15份
枳壳4——30份 三七3——25份
这种治疗肺气肿的中药是由下列方法制成的：
(1)按上述重量比，将麻黄、生地、半夏、当归、细辛、枳壳经常规水提取工艺提取，制成浸膏细粉；
(2)按上述重量比，将灵芝、三七分别研成细粉，与上述浸膏细粉混合，搅拌均匀；制成中药颗粒剂、散剂、胶囊剂、水丸剂、片剂。
