Abstract

本发明公开了一种利用臭氧水防治根结线虫病的方法,以臭氧水为灌根药液,对植株根区每隔5-15天进行灌溉一次,直至果实收获。本发明利用臭氧水对植株土壤多次连续灌根,既能有效控制根结线虫病的发生,又不对植株生长造成危害,是一种绿色食品生产的新技术。

Description

利用臭氧水防治根结线虫病的方法
技术领域
本发明属于植物根结线虫病防治技术领域,尤其是涉及一种利用臭氧水防治植物根结线虫病的方法。 
背景技术
植物根结线虫病是由线虫引起的侵染性病害,在我国发生相当普遍,危害严重,其寄主植物有114科3000多种。在蔬菜产区,随着连年重茬种植,发病率逐年上升。据调查,目前大棚蔬菜根结线虫病发病率普遍在30%-50%,个别地区在70%左右,严重的达100%。大棚蔬菜一旦发生线虫病,轻者减产20%-30%,重者减产50%-70%,甚至绝产。根结线虫病已成为保护地无公害蔬菜生产的重大障碍。 
根结线虫主要活动于土表下20-30cm土层中。在自然条件下,根线虫每年可繁殖5至10代,而在温室大棚中可以终年繁殖,反复侵染危害蔬菜。根结线虫病防治方法主要有高温杀灭法、轮作、土壤消毒和化学防治等。前3种方法主要用于作物栽植前,由于灭杀不彻底,作物生长期线虫病复发率高。化学防治主要有熏蒸法和非熏蒸法,由于根结线虫主要活动于土表下,熏蒸法效果难以发挥作用,非熏蒸法大量使用农药灭杀,污染严重。 
也有的在棚内喷洒一定浓度的臭氧水,来灭杀细菌、病毒、真菌和虫卵。但由于根结线虫主要活动于根际土层中,而且臭氧水在水中的极易从水中逸出和自行分解,这种方法不仅起不到杀虫作用,而且会对作物地上部分造成一定损伤,同时,土壤中高浓度的臭氧对植物生长有抑制作用,因此,至今未见有利用臭氧水防治地下根结线虫病的报道。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种利用臭氧水防治植物根结线虫病的方法。 
为解决上述技术问题,本发明以臭氧水为灌根药液,利用浓度为1.3-3.3ppm的臭氧水自植株定植后对植株根区每隔5-15天进行灌溉一次,直至果实收获。 
浇灌时臭氧水浓度随着植株的生长逐渐升高。 
灌根方式是自植株定植后每隔7-12天用1.7-3.0ppm臭氧水灌溉一次。 
本发明的有益效果是:臭氧作为一种强氧化剂,能破坏细胞核糖核酸,分解脱氧核糖核酸、蛋白质、脂质类和多糖等大分子聚合物,起到杀菌和抑虫作用。利用臭氧水灌溉植株根区,臭氧水可快速渗入土层中,并迅速分解,产生具有强烈氧化作用的单元子氧,对土壤中细菌、微生物、虫卵等有机物质进行分解,从而抑制和杀死根结线幼虫或卵,控制根结线虫病发生。一定浓度的臭氧水的其消毒杀菌作用可在瞬间完成,在土壤中半小时后即可还原为氧气,不仅不会对植株根系造成危害,而且可改善土壤环境,起到促进植株生长的作用。温室大棚蔬菜试验证明,用臭氧水处理根结线虫病区土壤,灌根3-4次后,处理区土壤中根结线虫2龄幼虫数量比对照减少30%以上,连续处理10次,比对照减少60%以上;受害大棚处理后,作物不仅产量大幅提高,而且品质得到了较大改善,既解决了根结线虫病防治的难题,又降低了臭氧对作物生长的影响,是一种绿色食品生产的新技术。 
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述: 
实施例1 
臭氧水灌溉大棚番茄,利用风冷式放电臭氧发生器制取臭氧,产生的臭氧直接通入输水管道混合器中,使其充分溶于水中,将臭氧浓度控制在1.3-1.7ppm,臭氧水用管道输送至番茄根区进行灌溉,从定值后每隔10-15天进行浇灌一次,根据其日常生长需要进行浇灌,前期每次间隔12-15天,用1.3-1.7ppm臭氧水浇灌,后期每次间隔10-12天,用1.5-1.7ppm臭氧水浇灌,共浇灌10至12次;使用后,番茄根结线虫病得到有效抑制,只有不到5%的植株根部有少量根瘤,生长期番茄植株生长正常,未有发蔫植株出现。 
实施例2 
臭氧水灌溉大棚甜瓜,利用风冷式放电臭氧发生器制取臭氧,产生的臭氧直接通入输水管道混合器中,使其充分溶于水中,将臭氧浓度控制在1.7-3.0ppm臭氧水用管道输送至植株根区进行灌溉,定值后根据植株生长需要,每隔10-12天进行浇灌一次,共浇灌8-10次;前期每次间隔12天,用1.7-2.0ppm臭氧水浇灌,后期每次间隔10-11天,用2.0-3.0ppm臭氧水浇灌;使用后,植株普遍生长旺盛,叶色浓绿,所有植株未出现发蔫等根结线虫病症状,果实生长正常,只有10%的植株根部有根瘤,但数量少,体积小。 
实施例3 
臭氧水灌溉大棚西瓜,臭氧浓度控制在2.1-3.3ppm,定值后每隔5-10天进行浇灌一次,前期每次间隔8-10天,用2.1-3.0ppm臭氧水浇灌,后期每次间隔5-7天,用3.0-3.3ppm臭氧水浇灌,浇灌7-9次,也可根据生长情况确定浇灌次数和浇灌浓度,西瓜根结线虫病发生率在5%以下,有10%的植株根系有少量瘤,但没有明显症状,西瓜果形正,品质好。 
大棚番茄土壤根结线虫2龄幼虫检测结果(附表) 
检测方法:对每个样品土样充分混匀,各取1000g,经线虫分离、杀死和固定后进行计数。从表中看出,处理与对照土样的幼虫平均数,第一次检测(处理前)数量分别为49.2和53,第二次检测(处理后)数量分别为54和80.6,第三次检测(处理后)数量分别为89.44和265。可以看出未处理的对照组,随着植株的生长,线虫增加了400%,而处理组线虫增加了80%,说明臭氧水处理有效抑制了根结线虫繁衍。

1.一种利用臭氧水防治根结线虫病的方法,包括药液灌根,其特征在于所述的药液为臭氧水,利用浓度为1.3-3.3ppm的臭氧水自植株定植后对植株根区每隔5-15天进行灌溉一次,直至果实收获。
2.按照权利要求1所述的利用臭氧水防治根结线虫病的方法,其特征在于浇灌时臭氧水浓度随着植株的生长逐渐升高。
3.按照权利要求2所述的利用臭氧水防治根结线虫病的方法,其特征在于灌根方式是自植株定植后每隔7-12天用1.7-3.0ppm臭氧水灌溉一次。
4.按照权利要求2所述的利用臭氧水防治根结线虫病的方法,其特征在于所述的臭氧水由臭氧发生器现场制取臭氧并直接通入输水管道混溶而得,臭氧水经管道带压输送至灌溉区域。
