Abstract

一种套管打压推动装置,上接头与外筒上部连接,外筒下部与下接头连接,分道传液接头安装在外筒内上部,分道传液接头下部与缸套连接,大活塞安装在缸套内,小活塞安装在下接头内,大活塞与缸套之间安装大活塞密封圈,小活塞与下接头之间安装小活塞密封圈,在外筒上设有进孔,在分道传液接头上设有径向孔、通道,在分道传液接头上设有竖向联通孔,大活塞下部有空腔,缸套与外筒之间有环空通道,从套管内打压时,大活塞上端、小活塞下端承受套管压力,大活塞下端面承受油管内压力,而套管压力高于油管压力,所以,能产生推动活塞向下的力,给井下设备推力使其工作,因此,本发明能从油管外面的套管内打压产生向下推力。

套管打压推动装置
一、技术领域
本发明属油田井下修井、采油设备,是套管打压推动装置。
二、背景技术
有的井下设备需要向液压装置上打压产生向下推力才能工作,目前打压产生向下推力的装置都是从油管内打压才能产生向下推力,当油管柱上带有防喷装置时,从油管内打压就不能将压力传递到液压装置上,井下设备无法工作。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种套管打压推动装置,能从油管外面的套管内打压产生向下推力。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:由上接头、分道传液接头、大活塞密封圈、大活塞、小活塞、缸套、外筒、小活塞密封圈、下接头组成,上接头与外筒上部连接,外筒下部与下接头连接,分道传液接头安装在外筒内上部,分道传液接头下部与缸套连接,大活塞安装在缸套内,大活塞处于分道传液接头之下,大活塞外壁与缸套内壁配合,小活塞安装在下接头内,小活塞外壁与下接头内壁配合,大活塞与缸套之间安装大活塞密封圈,用于密封大活塞与缸套之间的间隙,小活塞与下接头之间安装小活塞密封圈,用于密封小活塞与下接头之间的间隙,在外筒上设有进孔,在分道传液接头上设有径向孔,在分道传液接头上设有通道,在分道传液接头上设有竖向联通孔,大活塞下部有空腔,缸套与外筒之间有环空通道,进孔、径向孔、通道相通,通道与大活塞上端面相通,上接头为中空结构,上接头、竖向联通孔、环空通道、空腔相通,大活塞、小活塞组成一体。
本发明的有益效果是:从套管内打压时,大活塞上端、小活塞下端承受套管压力,大活塞下端面承受油管内压力,即承受套管压力的面积等于承受油管压力的面积,而套管压力推动大活塞向下,油管压力推动大活塞向上,而套管压力高于油管压力,所以,能产生推动活塞向下的力,给井下设备推力使其工作,因此,本发明能从油管外面的套管内打压产生向下推力。

下面先结合附图对本发明的实施例进行说明。
由上接头1、分道传液接头2、大活塞密封圈3、大活塞4、小活塞5、缸套6、外筒7、小活塞密封圈8、下接头9组成,上接头1与外筒7上部连接,外筒7下部与下接头9连接,分道传液接头2安装在外筒7内上部,分道传液接头2下部与缸套6连接,大活塞4安装在缸套6内,大活塞4处于分道传液接头2之下,大活塞4外壁与缸套6内壁配合,小活塞5安装在下接头9内,小活塞5外壁与下接头9内壁配合,大活塞4与缸套6之间安装大活塞密封圈3,用于密封大活塞4与缸套6之间的间隙,小活塞5与下接头9之间安装小活塞密封圈8,用于密封小活塞5与下接头9之间的间隙,在外筒7上设有进孔10,在分道传液接头2上设有径向孔11,在分道传液接头2上设有通道13,在分道传液接头2上设有竖向联通孔12,大活塞4下部有空腔14,缸套6与外筒7之间有环空通道15,进孔10、径向孔11、通道13相通,通道13与大活塞4上端面相通,上接头1为中空结构,上接头1、竖向联通孔12、环空通道15、空腔14相通,大活塞4、小活塞5组成一体。
下井时,将本发明连接在井下设备之上,上接头1上部与油管柱连接。向套管内打压,液压从进孔10、径向孔11、通道13传至大活塞4上端面,因为,大活塞4上端面,小活塞5下端面承受套管压力,大活塞4下端面承受油管压力,因套管压力高于油管压力,此压力差推动大活塞4、小活塞5下行,使井下设备工作,实现本发明的目的。

1.一种套管打压推动装置,其特征是,由上接头(1)、分道传液接头(2)、大活塞密封圈(3)、大活塞(4)、小活塞(5)、缸套(6)、外筒(7)、小活塞密封圈(8)、下接头(9)组成,上接头(1)与外筒(7)上部连接,外筒(7)下部与下接头(9)连接,分道传液接头(2)安装在外筒(7)内上部,分道传液接头(2)下部与缸套(6)连接,大活塞(4)安装在缸套(6)内,大活塞(4)处于分道传液接头(2)之下,大活塞(4)外壁与缸套(6)内壁配合,小活塞(5)安装在下接头(9)内,小活塞(5)外壁与下接头(9)内壁配合,大活塞(4)与缸套(6)之间安装大活塞密封圈(3),用于密封大活塞(4)与缸套(6)之间的间隙,小活塞(5)与下接头(9)之间安装小活塞密封圈(8),用于密封小活塞(5)与下接头(9)之间的间隙,在外筒(7)上设有进孔(10),在分道传液接头(2)上设有径向孔(11),在分道传液接头(2)上设有通道(13),在分道传液接头(2)上设有竖向联通孔(12),大活塞(4)下部有空腔(14),缸套(6)与外筒(7)之间有环空通道(15),进孔(10)、径向孔(11)、通道(13)相通,通道(13)与大活塞(4)上端面相通,上接头(1)为中空结构,上接头(1)、竖向联通孔(12)、环空通道(15)、空腔(14)相通,大活塞(4)、小活塞(5)组成一体。
