Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于测试数字化电能表的装置。目前还没有一种用来测试数字式电能表的检验装置。本发明采用的技术方案为:数字化电能表测试装置,包括机架,其特征在于所述的机架上设有一挂表架框体和数字功率源,所述的挂表架框体上装有脉冲航空座接头、误差计算器、交/直流电压端子、单模光纤收发器、多模光纤收发器和三相多路脉冲切换复组,脉冲航空座接头通过数据线与误差计算器连接。本发明可以检测支持IEC61850 9-1或IEC61850 9-2协议的数字电能表,能够实现数字功率源输出,并可以输出任何功率负载。

一种数字化电能表测试装置
技术领域
本发明涉及测试装置,具体地说是一种用于测试数字化电能表的装置。
背景技术
随着国家电网公司数字化变电站的建设,对于变电站用表已开始采用数字式电能表,此类表计用传统的检验装置无法检验,需寻求一种新的检验装置来测试此类表计。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种操作方便、安全性高、便于产品的调试和符合IEC61850的数字化电能表测试装置。
为此,本发明采用的技术方案如下:数字化电能表测试装置,包括机架,其特征在于所述的机架上设有一挂表架框体和数字功率源,所述的挂表架框体上装有脉冲航空座接头、误差计算器、交/直流电压端子、单模光纤收发器、多模光纤收发器和三相多路脉冲切换复组,脉冲航空座接头通过数据线与误差计算器连接;所述的数字功率源包括箱体、置于箱体内的标准脉冲板、交/直流转换器、数字源发生板、***管理控制板和电源插座,标准脉冲板通过其上的相应插座与脉冲航空座接头连接;***管理控制板控制数字源发生板输出符合IEC61850的数据帧经过一网络转接板,然后通过多路交换机输出给单模光纤收发器和多模光纤收发器,标准脉冲板输出的标准脉冲信号通过脉冲航空座接头给误差计算器。
本发明使用时,将数字化电能表安装在挂表架框体上,其一端与误差计算器连接,另一端与单模光纤收发器和多模光纤收发器连接。IEC61850数据帧经单模光纤收发器和多模光纤收发器后转成光信号,光信号经数字化电能表处理后计算出相应的电量,由数字化电能表输出与电能量成正比的脉冲信号,此脉冲信号传输给误差计算器,标准脉冲板输出的标准脉冲信号通过脉冲航空座接头也传输给误差计算器,二个脉冲信号通过误差计算器来比较得出数字化电能表的误差。
上述的数字化电能表测试装置,数字功率源的箱体上装有液晶屏、键盘板和所述的网络转接板,液晶屏和键盘板通过排线与***管理控制板上的相应插座连接。
上述的数字化电能表测试装置,数字源发生板上设有标准脉冲板接口插座、数字源接口插座和检测口插座,其中的标准脉冲板接口插座和数字源接口插座通过数据线与一计算机连接,通过计算机来控制数字功率源。
上述的数字化电能表测试装置,三相多路脉冲切换复组有四组切换接口(4选1),通过数据线与误差计算器连接。
本发明可以检测支持IEC618509-1或IEC618509-2协议的数字电能表,具有以下有益效果:1、能够实现数字功率源输出,并可以输出任何功率负载;2、能够输出符合IEC61850 9-1、9-2的协议,并通过IEC61850的一致性测试;3、能够根据实际设置,产生不同ASDU数目或采样点数的数据帧;4、具有谐波输出功能。
下面结合说明书附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。

具体实施方式
如图1-4所示的数字化电能表测试装置,机架1上设有一挂表架框体11和数字功率源2。挂表架框体11上装有脉冲航空座接头12、误差计算器13、交/直流电压端子15、单模光纤收发器16、多模光纤收发器17和三相多路脉冲切换复组18,脉冲航空座接头12通过数据线与误差计算器13连接。数字功率源2由箱体21、置于箱体内的标准脉冲板22、交/直流转换器23、数字源发生板24、***管理控制板25和电源插座26组成,标准脉冲板22通过其上的相应插座与脉冲航空座接头12连接。***管理控制板25控制数字源发生板24输出IEC61850数据帧经过网络转接板27,然后通过多路交换机28输出给单模光纤收发器16和多模光纤收发器17,标准脉冲板22输出的标准脉冲信号通过脉冲航空座接头12也传输给误差计算器13。
数字源发生板24采用一块ARM2440嵌入式工控板,其由核心板和控制板组成,核心板负责IEC61850的功率运算和协议的组成,控制板负责协议命令的控制和协议的网络发送,协议命令是通过控制板来控制,协议的网络发送是通过控制板上的RJ45网络接口来实现。
数字功率源的箱体21上装有液晶屏3、键盘板4和网络转接板27,液晶屏和键盘板通过排线与***管理控制板25上的相应插座连接。数字源发生板24上设有标准脉冲板接口插座、数字源接口插座和检测口插座,其中的标准脉冲板接口插座和数字源接口插座通过数据线与计算机连接。三相多路脉冲切换复组18有四组切换接口,通过数据线与误差计算器13连接。
本发明使用时,将数字化电能表安装在挂表架框体上,其一端与误差计算器连接,另一端与单模光纤收发器和多模光纤收发器连接。将二个脉冲信号通过误差计算器来比较得出数字化电能表的误差。

Claims (4)

1.一种数字化电能表测试装置,包括机架(1),其特征在于所述的机架(1)上设有一挂表架框体(11)和数字功率源(2),所述的挂表架框体(11)上装有脉冲航空座接头(12)、误差计算器(13)、交/直流电压端子(15)、单模光纤收发器(16)、多模光纤收发器(17)和三相多路脉冲切换复组(18),脉冲航空座接头(12)通过数据线与误差计算器(13)连接;所述的数字功率源(2)包括箱体(21)、置于箱体内的标准脉冲板(22)、交/直流转换器(23)、数字源发生板(24)、***管理控制板(25)和电源插座(26),标准脉冲板(22)通过其上的相应插座与脉冲航空座接头(12)连接;***管理控制板(25)控制数字源发生板(24)输出IEC61850数据帧,该数据帧经过一网络转接板(27),然后通过多路交换机(28)输出给单模光纤收发器(16)和多模光纤收发器(17),标准脉冲板(22)输出的标准脉冲信号通过脉冲航空座接头(12)给误差计算器(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的数字化电能表测试装置,其特征在于所述数字功率源的箱体(21)上装有液晶屏(3)、键盘板(4)和所述的网络转接板(27),液晶屏和键盘板通过排线与***管理控制板(25)上的相应插座连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的数字化电能表测试装置,其特征在于数字源发生板(24)上设有标准脉冲板接口插座、数字源接口插座和检测口插座,其中的标准脉冲板接口插座和数字源接口插座通过数据线与一计算机连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的数字化电能表测试装置,其特征在于三相多路脉冲切换复组(18)有四组切换接口,通过数据线与误差计算器(13)连接。
