本申请大体上涉及燃气涡轮发动机,更具体地涉及用于将燃料喷嘴布置在涡轮燃烧器的帽状组件内的弹簧支撑件(spring support)。
背景技术
燃气涡轮发动机通常包括具有以多种构造布置在其中的多个燃料喷嘴的燃烧器。例如,由New York Schenectady的General ElectricCorporation提供的DLN2.6+(干式低氮氧化物)燃烧***提供具有由五个外部燃料喷嘴包围的中央燃料喷嘴的六燃料喷嘴构造。这种燃烧***在进入反应区或燃烧区之前混合一种或更多种燃料流和空气流。这种预混合倾向于降低整体燃烧温度以及诸如氮氧化物(NOx)的不期望的排放。

发明内容
因此,本申请提供燃料喷嘴弹簧支撑***。燃料喷嘴弹簧支撑***可包括燃料喷嘴、帽状组件以及位于燃料喷嘴和帽状组件之间的弹簧支撑件。
本申请还提供操作具有燃料喷嘴和帽状组件的燃烧器的方法。该方法可包括确定改变燃料喷嘴的固有频率的弹簧支撑件的尺寸的步骤、将弹簧支撑件布置在燃料喷嘴和帽状组件之间的步骤以及在改变的固有频率下操作燃料喷嘴的步骤。
本申请还提供燃料喷嘴弹簧支撑***。燃料喷嘴弹簧支撑***可包括燃料喷嘴、帽状组件以及位于燃料喷嘴与帽状组件之间的弹簧支撑件。该弹簧支撑件可包括呼拉(hula)密封件和套环。

现在参考附图,其中在一些视图中相同的数字指示相同的元件,图1示出燃气涡轮发动机10的示意图。众所周知,燃气涡轮发动机10可包括压缩进入空气流的压缩机20。压缩机20将压缩的空气流传送到燃烧器30。燃烧器30将压缩的空气流与压缩的燃料流混合并点燃混合物。(尽管示出了单一燃烧器30,但是燃气涡轮发动机10可包括任何数量的燃烧器30)。热的燃烧气体转而被传送到涡轮40。热的燃烧气体驱动涡轮40以便产生机械功。由涡轮40产生的机械功驱动压缩机20和诸如发电机等的外部负载50。燃气涡轮发动机10可使用天然气、各种类型的合成气和其它类型的燃料。燃气涡轮发动机10可具有其它构造,并可使用本文中的其它类型的构件。
图2至图4示出已知的燃料喷嘴60。具体地,示出了9FBA型中央燃料喷嘴60。燃料喷嘴60布置在帽状组件65中。帽状组件65可以是DLN2.6+燃烧***的一部分。如图所示,DLN2.6+燃烧***采用五个喷嘴围绕一个喷嘴的构造。具体地,喷嘴60经由沿着加工环75骑在燃料喷嘴60上的浮动套环70保持在帽状组件65内。9FBA型中央燃料喷嘴60在大约零裕度到3转的转速下操作。如上所述,高振幅共振在燃料喷嘴60的凸缘80与外部预混合器管85之间导致问题。
图5至图7示出如本文所述的燃料喷嘴弹簧支撑***100。燃料喷嘴弹簧支撑***100包括位于燃料喷嘴60与帽状组件65之间的弹簧支撑件110。如图5所示,弹簧支撑件110包括位于外部套环130内的呼拉密封件120。例如,如在共有的美国专利No.6,334,310中所述,呼拉密封件120限定成形成为圆圈的片簧***。呼拉密封件120通常用于密封滑动的界面连接或两个同心管之间的环形帽。
呼拉密封件120为燃料喷嘴弹簧***100提供弹簧刚度和阻尼。如图6和图7中所示,呼拉密封件120可相对燃料喷嘴60的加工环75布置而不使用浮动套环70。呼拉密封件120在满360度周围上支撑燃料喷嘴60。弹簧支撑件110可在其中使用多个呼拉密封件120。除了提供刚度,呼拉密封件120中的摩擦损失可提供机械阻尼以降低振动幅度。
因此,在燃料喷嘴60的跨距中点处使用呼拉密封件120可提高喷嘴60的固有频率。具体地,呼拉密封件120可将喷嘴60的第一固有频率从大约150Hz升高到大约230Hz以上。基于可用的空间,呼拉密封件120可将固有频率提高四倍或更多倍。呼拉密封件120和密封件的刚度可定制为将燃料喷嘴的固有频率移动到期望的范围。呼拉密封件120优选地具有大约70klb/in的刚度,并可从大约30klb/in变化到高于大约150klb/in。呼拉密封件120可由Inconel X750(通过添加铝和钛而可沉淀硬化制成的镍铬合金,其在达大约700℃(1290℉)的高温下具有蠕变断裂强度)或类似类型的材料制成。
因此,使用弹簧支撑件110避免昂贵地改进中央燃料喷嘴60和帽状组件65。此外,使用弹簧支撑件110可在现场进行改进。弹簧支撑件110同样可提高燃料喷嘴60的使用寿命。
应显而易见的是,前述仅仅涉及本申请的某些实施例,本领域技术人员可作出多种改变和变更,而不脱离由权利要求及其等同物限定的本发明的总体精神和范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种燃料喷嘴弹簧支撑***(100),其包括:
燃料喷嘴(60);
帽状组件(65);以及
弹簧支撑件(110),其位于所述燃料喷嘴(60)与所述帽状组件(65)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃料喷嘴弹簧支撑***(100),其特征在于,所述弹簧支撑件(110)包括呼拉密封件(120)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的燃料喷嘴弹簧支撑***(100),其特征在于,所述弹簧支撑件(110)包括围绕所述呼拉密封件(120)的套环(130)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的燃料喷嘴弹簧支撑***(100),其特征在于,所述呼拉密封件(120)围绕所述燃料喷嘴(60)。
5.根据权利要求2所述的燃料喷嘴弹簧支撑***(100),其特征在于,所述呼拉密封件(120)具有大约30klb/in至超过150klb/in的刚度。
6.根据权利要求2所述的燃料喷嘴弹簧支撑***(100),其特征在于,所述呼拉密封件(120)包括镍铬合金。
7.根据权利要求2所述的燃料喷嘴弹簧支撑***(100),其特征在于,所述呼拉密封件(120)包括多个呼拉密封件(120)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的燃料喷嘴弹簧支撑***(100),其特征在于,所述燃料喷嘴(60)包括在其周围的环(75),其中所述弹簧支撑件(110)布置在所述环(75)周围。
9.根据权利要求1所述的燃料喷嘴弹簧支撑***(100),其特征在于,当所述弹簧支撑件(110)布置于所述燃料喷嘴(60)上时,所述燃料喷嘴(60)的固有频率大于大约230Hz。
10.一种操作具有燃料喷嘴(60)和帽状组件(65)的燃烧器(30)的方法,其包括:
确定用于改变所述燃料喷嘴(60)的固有频率的弹簧支撑件(110)的尺寸;
将所述弹簧支撑件(110)布置在所述燃料喷嘴(60)与所述帽状组件(65)之间;以及
在改变的固有频率下操作所述燃料喷嘴(60)。
