发明内容
需要一种多模块皮肤或身体治疗设备,给予用户或医师自中心位置选择某些皮肤或身体治疗设备以及管理一台或多台设备的灵活度。该提供多种治疗类型的单个皮肤或身体治疗设备消除了对于具备多个皮肤或身体治疗设备的需要,并导致了对一名或多名患者施行多个治疗的有效方式。此外,在一些料想不到的情况下,这样的设备使得能够组合一种或多种类型的治疗,生成了协同效应并增加了总体治疗效果。本发明旨在提供除了具有其他期望特性还用于解决此需求的进一步的解决方案。
根据一个示例实施例,一种皮肤或身体治疗设备包括与该皮肤或身体治疗设备耦合的一个或多个可移除且可更换的模块。每个模块配置为提供皮肤、身体或下层组织治疗。一个或多个施用器与所述皮肤或身体治疗设备耦合。每个施用器使得能够使用一个或多个可移除的模块以实现皮肤、身体或下层组织治疗。
根据本发明的一些方面,所述一个或多个可移除且可更换的模块能够是激光模块、发光二极管模块、超声模块、按摩模块、强脉冲光模块、微晶磨皮模块、电刺激模块、射频模块、声冲击模块或这些模块的任何组合。所述皮肤或身体治疗设备能够配置以同时使用所述一个或多个可移除且可更换的模块中的多个模块。所述皮肤或身体治疗设备能够配置以同时利用所述一个或多个施用器中的多个施用器来使用所述一个或多个可移除且可更换的模块中的一个模块。
根据本发明的另一方面,所述皮肤或身体治疗设备能够进一步包括连接到所述皮肤或身体治疗设备的输入设备,其中,医师使用所述输入设备输入治疗特定参数。能够将一个或多个输出设备连接到所述皮肤或身体治疗设备,其中,所述一个或多个输出设备显示一个或多个治疗的结果。

具体实施方式
本发明大体涉及一种多模块皮肤或身体治疗***。本发明的皮肤或身体治疗***可以以一个或多个预定的波长、间隔、周期和/或模式,向用于例如脂肪团和围度消减或者抗衰老手术的靶区,施加电磁辐射、电刺激、光刺激、超声发射、声冲击、磨除技术和/或按摩。其他组织治疗可以利用电磁辐射、电刺激、超声发射、磨除技术和/或按摩施用的变化。本发明的***的模块式方面使得医师能够通过向/从***添加或移除可移除且可更换的模块式部件,来选择要提供的治疗,以及向/从总***快速且容易地添加或移除可用的治疗。
这里描述的多模块皮肤或身体治疗***可以包括下述模块中的一个或多个模块:激光模块、发光二极管(LED)生物刺激模块、超声模块、声冲击模块、按摩模块、射频(RF)模块、电刺激模块、微晶磨皮模块、强脉冲光(IPL)模块等等。本领域技术人员将知道,模块并不限于前述模块,并且另外的模块或模块的其他组合可以与这里描述的多模块皮肤或身体治疗***一起使用。

图2是适于与图1所图示的皮肤或身体治疗***协同使用的例示性治疗模块库200的图示。可以从治疗模块库200中选择治疗模块以用在可定制多治疗***120中。可以与皮肤或身体治疗***100一起提供治疗模块库200,以存储在可定制的多治疗***120中当前没有使用的模块。所述治疗模块库200能够替换地或另外支持多种模块的激活使用。此外,治疗模块库200能够与主控制台102分立,或能够与主控制台102集成。
治疗模块库200可以包括一个或多个激光模块230。激光模块230如果被对准,则能够以特定波长发射辐射。所述激光模块230在受激发射中发射相干单色光。所述激光模块230能够投射具有在例如大约650纳米和大约1295纳米之间的红外和可见激光的同心组合中的波长的辐射。根据示例实施方案,所述设备能够投射在下述纳米上的辐射:大约650纳米和915纳米;或者650纳米、915纳米和1210纳米;或者650纳米和1210纳米。在一个实施例中,激光模块230可以是固定功率激光器,以便功率仅仅随着曝光时间而变化,也就是增加曝光时间以增加功率。或者,激光模块230可以具有可变的功率输出,或者不同的功率水平,其能够根据本发明的教导来采用。

治疗模块库200包括一个或多个LED生物刺激模块228。生物刺激是细胞功能的再激活以重启再生过程。由激光或LED产生的光子能量(光)被皮肤和身体的细胞所吸收,所述光子能量被转换为化学能,而所述化学能则启动细胞级别的级联事件。所影响的细胞优化它们的功能并改善它们的细胞通信性能。生物刺激增加了三磷酸腺苷(ATP)产量,并增加了细胞活性。每个LED生物刺激模块228包括一个或多个LED226。在优选实施例中,LED 226是可更换的部件,以便如果任何一个LED 226发生故障,则仅需要更换发生故障的LED。LED可以具有不同的颜色,其中,不同颜色可用于不同类型的治疗。可以使用可更换手持式LED衬垫(pad)对患者施行生物刺激。对于每种LED颜色能够具有不同的可更换的衬垫。或者,可更换的衬垫可以配置为接受不同的LED颜色座。以这种方式,衬垫和LED生物刺激模块的寿命,可以通过更换烧坏的LED颜色座而非更换手持式衬垫得到进一步增加。
治疗模块库200可以包括一个或多个超声模块224。每个超声模块224包括一个或多个杖笔222。在优选实施例中,可以更换每个杖笔222而不更换整个超声模块224。超声波在大于20000Hz的频率处,人耳听不到。在超声治疗中,小于100%的占空比通常称为脉冲超声,而100%的占空比则称为连续超声。超声波刺激身体细胞,导致细胞质的移动、线粒体的旋转以及细胞核的振动。结果是,它们刺激并扩展细胞膜。超声治疗改善了局部血液循环和淋巴循环。超声治疗还帮助改善身体细胞的新陈代谢和再生。
超声治疗启动超声促渗,所述超声促渗使用超声频率来帮助将大分子量的物质传输通过皮肤。刚刚在人耳可听到的范围之上的低频超声使得皮肤细胞之间的液体区域中的溶解气体能够起泡并移动,清除由自由基活性导致的毒素。超声促渗行为创建了进入皮肤中的路径,允许特定分子进入。超声促渗使用低频超声来完成,所述低频超声是在20kHz之上的频率振荡的声波。
另外,在5-15MHz的频率处的聚焦超声产生深入组织内的热和/或机械效果,包括但不局限于加热和凝固,类似于消融和非消融性的激光和光源所引发的改变。
治疗模块库200还可以包括一个或多个按摩模块220。按摩模块220可以包括一个或多个按摩辊子或球218。在优选实施例中,每个按摩辊子或球218是可更换的,而不必更换整个按摩模块218。皮肤或身体按摩的过程导致摩擦和生热,其可能由于疼痛而限制治疗。该过程还旨在移动积液。因为治疗期间患者所感知疼痛减少,由形成辊子的金属材料所导致的冷的主观感觉能够使得应用更强烈的按摩治疗。另外,按摩辊子或球218的凉表面,当接触皮肤或身体时,通过创建在皮肤/辊子界面处的温度差异,便利淋巴循环。这促进了泵取行为,所述泵取行为使得积液能够清洁皮肤,从而减少了肿块和脂肪团的出现。
暴露的皮肤表面的按摩能够使用机械按摩机构来进行。能够通过从远离患者心脏的点向接近患者心脏的点按摩,以向着心脏激励流体流,来执行对暴露皮肤的按摩。进一步地,按摩暴露皮肤能够包括以预定的运动模式进行按摩。
治疗模块库200还可以包括一个或多个射频(RF)模块214。RF模块214可以包括一个或多个RF发射探测器尖端216。在优选实施例中,可更换每个RF发射探测器尖端216或一对探测器尖端216,而无需更换整个RF模块214。探测器尖端216可以具有不同的端部形状,以及可以具有不同的尺寸。可以根据手术需要来选择适当的探测器尖端216。例如,面部区域可能要求RF发射探测器尖端216具有较小的接触面积以增加每次应用的精确度并减少每次应用的不适,而较大面积和较厚的皮肤可能要求RF发射探测器尖端216具有较大的接触面积。
RF模块214可以使用真空设备来折叠皮肤,或简单地拉起皮肤,以确保紧密接触,并将真皮布置为与射频路径直接对齐。此真空设备布置与使用局部传导耦合介质的组合,可以将热集中深入到真皮中,导致胶原质收紧和再生。来自RF发生器的能量被传递到RF发射探测器尖端216,其可以配备有冷却喷洒器、计算机芯片和复杂高级的传感器,以测量压力电流流(current flow)和皮肤温度。从RF发射探测器尖端216向多模块皮肤或身体治疗设备的反馈,可以调节应用于组织的能量的量。当单元起动(fire)时,RF发射探测器尖端216冷却,接着一段时间之后,电流通过电容性耦合流入皮肤的深层。冷却持续另一秒或两秒。患者感觉到冷感,然后热,然后再一次冷。在向深真皮和皮下层递送能量期间,电容性耦合和强烈冷却的组合保护表皮。胶原质加热产生微观创伤,紧接着胶原质收缩,以及此深胶原质的后续修复和重建随着时间产生皮肤或身体收紧。
治疗模块库200还可以包括一个或多个电刺激模块210。电刺激模块210可以包括一个或多个电极212。在优选实施例中,可不更换电刺激模块210而更换每个单独的电极212。还优选,电极212可以与多于一个的电刺激模块210一起使用,以便如果电刺激模块210需要更换或升级,则可以再使用该电极212。
电刺激被定义为使用电流以传输能量到皮肤或身体。传输的电的类型通过电源来控制。电容性耦合的电刺激包括通过施加的表面电极212来传输电流,所述表面电极212与外部皮肤表面湿(电解质)接触。当使用电容性耦合的电刺激时,可能需要两个电极212来完成电路。可以将电极212放置在皮肤上的湿导电介质上。
电刺激可以以两种方法中的一种来施加。关于第一种方法,向放置在皮肤上的诸如生理食盐水浸润的纱布的无菌导电材料上,施加一个电极212(正或负极性)。在完好的干燥皮肤上邻近地施加另一电极212的导电表面。第二方法包括在要治疗部位的相对边界上的完好干燥皮肤上布置具有相同极性的两个电极212的导电表面,跨在诸如皱纹的治疗区域上。在完好干燥皮肤上邻近地放置具有相反极性的第三电极212。在两种方法中,脉冲频率可以设置为100个脉冲/秒,以及电压可以被设置为递送产生适度强但舒适的刺痛感的电流。所需电压典型地在50和150伏特之间。治疗区域上或跨治疗区域放置的一个或多个电极212的极性依赖于治疗需求。
治疗模块库200还可以包括一个或多个微晶磨皮模块206。微晶磨皮模块206可以包括一次性的晶体条208。晶体条208可以与刷234耦合,以刷除在组织上喷洒的晶体。或者,晶体条208可以与真空设备236耦合,所述真空设备真空地吸除组织中喷洒的晶体。如此,医师可以决定向患者提供他们自己的晶体条208,以与微晶磨皮模块206一起使用。或者,医师可以决定对每次治疗使用新的晶体条208。在微晶磨皮时,通过轻柔打磨,部分或完全地移除皮肤的最外死表面。不同方法包括利用氧化锌或氧化铝晶体的射流、精细有机粒子,或者粗糙表面,来进行机械打磨。通过杖笔(wand)/手持件208来刷除粒子和移除的材料,通过所述杖笔/手持件208磨皮粒子发出。微晶磨皮可以用于移除晒伤的皮肤以及移除或减小皮肤上的伤疤和黑斑。
治疗模块库200还可以包括一个或多个强脉冲光(IPL)模块204。每个强脉冲光(IPL)模块204包括一个或多个发光部件202。所述一个或多个发光部件202可以是可更换的部件,以便如果一个发光部件202坏掉则无需更换整个IPL模块204。IPL模块204可以使用“截止”滤波器来选择性地递送期望波长。这些波长能够定制以达到特定的毛发、血管或治疗的皮肤或身体部件,以及能够利用每个脉冲来修改。IPL始于从500到1200纳米(nm)的所有波长的光-包括绿、黄、红和红外光。多种更低范围截止滤波器(范围从515-715)阻挡了低于截止滤波器的波长的光。在治疗期间,IPL可以瞄准雀斑中的黑色素、黑斑和毛囊以及血管中的血红蛋白。
治疗模块库200还可以包括一个或多个声冲击模块240,所述一个或多个声冲击模块240与电极/施用器242耦合,用于执行声冲击治疗。声冲击波具有许多不同的应用,包括打碎人体中的结石以及治疗许多病情,包括与软组织、神经和骨相关的那些病情。通常,声冲击通过实现在流体中两个电极之间生成的电火花放电来工作。火花放电导致在流体中形成冲击波。反射器向着治疗区域聚焦冲击波。能够使用膜,通过物理接触将传播通过流体的波与身体进行耦合。
组织治疗***,以及相应的使用方法,在治疗选择的病情方面能够是有效的,诸如有害组织、浮肿、过度活跃的汗腺、囊肿、脂肪瘤、牛皮癣组织、痤疮、过多淋巴液和组织、静脉曲张、毛细管扩张症、疼痛、炎症、发炎产物以及身体毒素。
现在参考图3,将描述根据本发明一个实施例的皮肤或身体治疗设备。所述皮肤或身体治疗设备301可以具有皮肤或身体治疗技术服务器300、输入设备322、指示设备320以及一个或多个施用器304-318。所述皮肤或身体治疗技术服务器300能够是计算机或CPU,或其他网络集线器或控制中心,或中央组织设备,其能够:管理与一个或多个模块以及施用器的连接;潜在地协调多种皮肤或身体治疗的施加;或者传输来自***的其他部分的通信。因此,可以利用皮肤或身体治疗技术中心300同时地控制施用器304-318。施用器可以是下述装置之一:超声头、具有LED尖端的杖笔、具有激光发射尖端的杖笔、按摩设备、具有RF发射尖端的杖笔、一对电极、具有刷和用于施加晶体的装置的杖笔、或者具有发光尖端的杖笔。如果治疗需要诸如体重、皮肤色调、治疗持续时间、治疗强度或皮肤类型的参数,可以使用输入设备322向皮肤或身体治疗技术服务器输入所述参数。诸如鼠标或指示器的指示设备320,可以用于输入参数。或者,皮肤或身体治疗技术服务器300可以具有触摸屏来输入/选择必要的参数和/或信息。输出设备302,诸如屏幕,可以用于查看治疗的结果。输出设备302还可以用于微调治疗参数。皮肤或身体治疗设备301使得经认证的专业人员能同时治疗多名患者。或者,皮肤或身体治疗设备301可以用于向单个患者施加不同的治疗。
此外,根据本发明一个示例实施例,治疗技术服务器300还能够包括诊断性能。具体地,诊断软件应用程序能够在治疗技术服务器300上运行。输入设备322能够向用户提供提示,提示用户输入关于患者症状的信息。然后,诊断软件能够处理该信息,并返回诊断结果和推荐的治疗方案。示例软件应用程序包括用于捕获治疗病情和治疗参数的治疗输入例程。来自治疗输入例程的输入将被发送到初始设置函数,以确定许多治疗模块选项。治疗模块选项将显示在输入设备上。操作者将选择适当的模块,对患者执行测试,并将响应输入到输入设备。响应数据将被测试病例输入功能用来确定最终治疗模块设置。最终设置例程将显示最终治疗模块推荐。

Claims (23)
1.一种皮肤或身体治疗设备,包括:
与所述皮肤或身体治疗设备耦合的一个或多个可移除且可更换的模块,其中,每个模块配置为提供皮肤或身体治疗、下层组织治疗、或两者均提供;以及
与所述皮肤或身体治疗设备耦合的一个或多个施用器,其中,每个施用器使得能够使用所述一个或多个可移除的模块来实现所述皮肤或身体治疗、下层组织治疗、或两者。
2.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤或身体治疗设备,其中,所述一个或多个可移除且可更换的模块包括激光模块、发光二极管模块、超声模块、声冲击模块、按摩模块、强脉冲光模块、微晶磨皮模块、电刺激模块、射频模块或它们的任何组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤或身体治疗设备,其中,所述皮肤或身体治疗设备配置为同时使用所述一个或多个可移除且可更换的模块中的多个模块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤或身体治疗设备,其中,所述皮肤或身体治疗设备配置为同时利用所述一个或多个施用器中的多个施用器来使用所述一个或多个可移除且可更换的模块中的一个模块。
5.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤或身体治疗设备,还包括:
连接到所述皮肤或身体治疗设备的输入设备,其中,医师使用所述输入设备来输入治疗特定参数。
6.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤或身体治疗设备,还包括:
连接到所述皮肤或身体治疗设备的一个或多个输出设备,其中,所述一个或多个输出设备显示一个或多个治疗的结果。
7.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤或身体治疗设备,其中,所述一个或多个施用器是可移除且可更换的。
8.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤或身体治疗设备,还包括数据存储设备。
9.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤或身体治疗设备,还包括治疗模块库。
10.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤或身体治疗设备,还包括用于控制所述一个或多个可移除且可更换的模块的处理器。
11.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤或身体治疗设备,还包括用于管理和实现数据存储的处理器。
12.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤或身体治疗设备,还包括在所述设备上运行以接收输入并输出诊断结果的诊断软件应用程序。
13.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤或身体治疗设备,还包括配置为接收来自用户的输入并输出诊断结果和治疗方案的诊断软件应用程序。
14.一种用于使用多模块皮肤或身体治疗***的方法,包括:
选择对应于期望的皮肤或身体治疗、下层组织治疗、或两者的一个或多个模块;
配置所述一个或多个模块以供使用;
配置与一个或多个所需模块对应的一个或多个施用器以供使用;
启动并操作所述一个或多个模块来实现皮肤或身体治疗、下层组织治疗、或两者。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,还包括:向所述多模块皮肤或身体治疗设备提供患者特定参数。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,还包括:由所述多模块皮肤或身体治疗设备基于所述患者特定参数确定期望的疗程,并传输所述疗程。
17.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,所述一个或多个模块包括激光模块、发光二极管模块、超声模块、声冲击模块、按摩模块、强脉冲光模块、微晶磨皮模块、电刺激模块、射频模块或它们的任何组合。
18.根据权利要求14所述的方法,还包括:显示所述皮肤或身体治疗、下层组织治疗、或两者的结果。
19.根据权利要求14所述的方法,还包括:操作期间由处理器控制所述一个或多个模块。
20.根据权利要求14所述的方法,还包括:存储与所述多模块皮肤或身体治疗***的操作以及特定患者相关的数据。
21.根据权利要求14所述的方法,还包括:将患者症状信息输入到所述皮肤或身体治疗***中,以及由***输出诊断信息。
22.一种皮肤或身体治疗设备,包括:
与所述皮肤或身体治疗设备耦合的一个或多个可移除且可更换的模块,其中,每个模块配置为提供皮肤或身体或下层组织治疗;以及
与所述皮肤或身体治疗设备耦合的一个或多个施用器,其中,每个施用器使得能够使用所述一个或多个可移除的模块来实现所述皮肤或身体或下层组织治疗;
其中,所述一个或多个可移除且可更换的模块包括激光模块、发光二极管模块、超声模块、按摩模块、强脉冲光模块、微晶磨皮模块、电刺激模块、射频模块或它们的任何组合。
23.根据权利要求22所述的皮肤或身体治疗设备,其中,能够基于要执行的期望的皮肤或身体治疗,来选择所述一个或多个可移除且可更换的模块以及所述一个或多个施用器。
