Abstract
本发明涉及一种防扒窃拉链头,包括拉头和设置在所述拉头上的拉柄,在所述拉头上设置有用于与拉链卡接的拉沟,在所述拉头上内设置有单向锁定弹片,在所述拉柄上设置有用于控制所述单向锁定弹片伸入或脱出所述拉沟的推钮开关。无需外加锁定装置,拉链头本身已有锁定功能,可以将拉链头单向锁定在拉链上的任何位置,在不使用密码锁进行锁定时,都能顺着关闭拉链的方向滑动,如需开启,则要使用推钮开关进行开启驱动,从而可防止别人轻易开启拉链,即小偷不能借助外物,例如吊钩、长杆等物件去勾开或拨开拉链,如果使用密码锁上锁后,需要开启便必须知道密码,才能开启,因此增强了该拉链头防盗效果和可靠性。

技术领域
本发明涉及拉链头,更具体地说,涉及一种防扒窃拉链头。
背景技术
现在拉链头使用得很广泛,但是大多数拉链头本身几乎全无防盗设施,需要借助外加装设备才能凑效,例如行李需要使用密码锁或外加挂锁才能达到防盗效果。至于普通的手袋、腰袋、背囊等等同样有类似缺陷,以致任何人都可以轻易开启,从而盗取袋内的贵重物品。虽然现有技术已公开具有防盗设施的拉链头,但是也存在一定缺陷,即在密码锁不能正常使用时,仍然可能存在轻易拉开拉链的取走袋中物品的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的拉链头的防盗措施可靠性不够高,在密码锁不能正常使用时,不具有辅助防盗装置等缺陷,提供一种防扒窃拉链头。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种防扒窃拉链头,包括拉头和设置在所述拉头上的拉柄,在所述拉头上设置有用于与拉链卡接的拉沟,在所述拉头上内设置有单向锁定弹片,在所述拉柄上设置有用于控制所述单向锁定弹片伸入或脱出所述拉沟的推钮开关。
在本发明所述的防扒窃拉链头中,所述推钮开关通过牵引线与所述单向锁定弹片连接。
在本发明所述的防扒窃拉链头中,所述牵引线是不锈钢线或尼龙丝线,或其他任何物质材料制成的细线。
在本发明所述的防扒窃拉链头中,所述单向锁定弹片可旋转地设置在所述拉头内,所述锁定弹片具有两个位置,其中一个位置伸入所述拉沟内,另一个位置脱出所述拉沟。
在本发明所述的防扒窃拉链头中,所述推钮开关为弹性设置在所述拉柄上的滑块,所述单向锁定弹片的端部为倾斜斜面。
在本发明所述的防扒窃拉链头中,还包括子拉头,所述子拉头可拆卸地与所述拉柄卡接。
在本发明所述的防扒窃拉链头中,在所述子拉头上设置有安装位,所述安装位上设置有一通孔,在所述拉柄内设置有与所述通孔相配合插销组件,在所述推钮开关上设置有与所述插销组件连接并用于驱动所述插销组件进出所述通孔以锁定或解锁所述子拉头的传动件。
在本发明所述的防扒窃拉链头中,所述插销组件包括插销件和推动件,所述插销件弹性连接在所述拉柄内,在所述插销件上设置有与所述通孔相配合的锁销,所述推动件套装在所述锁销上,所述传动件抵靠在所述推动件上。
在本发明所述的防扒窃拉链头中,在所述插销件底部设置有用于将其弹性连接在所述拉柄内的弹簧。
在本发明所述的防扒窃拉链头中,在所述拉柄内还设置有用于锁定或解锁所述推钮开关的密码锁。
实施本发明的防扒窃拉链头,具有以下有益效果:无需外加锁定装置,拉链头本身已有锁定功能,可以将拉链头单向锁定在拉链上的任何位置,在不使用密码锁进行锁定时,都能顺着关闭拉链的方向滑动,如需开启则要使用推动开关进行开启驱动,从而可防止别人轻易开启拉链,即小偷不能借助外物,例如吊钩、长杆等物件去勾开或拨开拉链,如果使用密码锁上锁后,需要开启便必须知道密码,才能开启,因此增强了该拉链头防盗效果和可靠性。

具体实施方式
如图1A~1H和3所示,在本发明的防扒窃拉链头第一实施例中,主要包括拉头1和设置在拉头1上的拉柄12,如图1F所示,拉头1和拉柄12是通过一软喉管连接,该软喉管的两端分别设置有颈套,同时在拉头1的顶部设置有与软喉管一端的颈套相匹配的套管,在拉柄12的端部收口并形成与软喉管的另一端的颈套相匹配的套管,从而通过该软喉管将拉头1和拉柄12连接在一起;如图1G所示的连接方式中,现在拉头1的顶部设置有连接头,再将图1F所示的软喉管与该连接头连接,如图1A所示与普通的拉链头类似,在拉头1上设置有用于与拉链卡接的拉沟114,本技术方案的发明点在于对拉头1进行双重锁定,其中第一重锁定是通过拉柄12上的推钮开关2锁定拉头1在拉链上的位置,使得该拉头被锁定时只能朝着关闭拉链的方向滑动,而不能向打开拉链的方向滑动,如图1C所示,第二重锁定是通过在拉柄上设置密码锁锁定推钮开关2,使得推钮开关2在锁定的情况下不能对拉头1进行解锁,如图1C和1D所示,在一具体设置中,在拉柄12上设置有两个密码锁。
如图2A~2R和3所示,推钮开关2对拉头的单向锁定是通过在拉头1上内设置有单向锁定弹片10,该单向锁定弹片10在拉头1内具有两个位置,其中第一位置是位于拉沟114内,从而当拉头1位于拉沟114内时,可***拉链齿中,从而将拉链齿卡住,使得拉头1不能滑动,在本发明的技术方案中为了实现单向锁定,将单向锁定弹片10的端部设计为倾斜斜面,从而使得在向关闭拉链的滑动方向上,该倾斜端部与拉链平行,可以自由滑动,而在打开拉链的滑动方向上,该倾斜端部将竖起***拉链齿,将拉链齿卡住,使得拉头1不能滑动;单向锁定弹片10的第二位置是脱出拉沟114,由此拉头1可以在拉链上自由滑动;在该实施例中,推钮开关2的作用就是控制该单向锁定弹片10处于第一位置或是第二位置,从而实现对单向锁定弹片10的锁定或解锁;在该实施例中,为了实现推钮开关2对单向锁定弹片10的控制,是通过使用牵引线9将推钮开关2和单向锁定弹片10连接在一起,从而当推钮开关2在拉柄12上滑动时,可带动单向锁定弹片10以达到控制单向锁定弹片10的位置,在具体设计时,该牵引线9可以是不锈钢线或尼龙丝线。
如图3所示,推钮开关2可以简单实施为一滑块,而单向锁定弹片10可以是弹弓片,将该弹弓片设置在拉头1中并在其上放置压片16,以用来压稳该单向锁定弹片10的四周,以免受力时该单向锁定弹片10翘起或脱离原位置,推钮开关2通过牵引线9带动单向锁定弹片10。为了实现推动推钮开关2的过程中,推钮开关2有一定的回复力,在推钮开关2中设置弹簧,使得推钮开关与拉柄12是弹性连接。对于锁定推钮开关2的密码锁,其包括号码转盘4、凹轮8、弹簧19、垫片20、上锁摇杆6、“T”字形滑动杆7、扭力弹弓5和解锁开关3,其中垫片20、弹簧19、凹轮8和号码转盘4从里到外同轴套装在拉柄12内的安装板上,同时上锁摇杆6、“T”字形滑动杆7、扭力弹弓5和解锁开关3也同样套装在安装板上,并号码转盘4、凹轮8、弹簧19、垫片20、上锁摇杆6、“T”字形滑动杆7、扭力弹弓5和解锁开关3安装为机械联动形式,并且在推钮开关2的底部向下延伸出以凸起,从而使得“T”字形滑动杆7可驱动垫片20、弹簧19、凹轮8和号码转盘4形成的齿轮组合带动上锁摇杆6去抵靠推钮开关2的底部凸起或脱出对该凸起的抵靠,由此实现对阻止或让路给推钮开关2,实现对推钮开关2的解锁或锁定。在使用过程中,通过转动号码转盘4输入两个正确的号码,便能实现对推钮开关2的解锁,同样通过随意转动一个或两个转盘号码,便会实现对推钮开关2的上锁,也可通过按压解锁开关3便可解除密码锁的上锁状态,如果出力长压解锁开关3,然后在强行拨动号码转盘4,便可自选新密码(如图20和2P所示)。扭力弹弓5使得解锁开关3常压贴拉柄12的壳体,以免阻碍“T”字形滑动杆7的工作;上锁摇杆6可以左右摆动,以抵靠推钮开关2的底部凸起或与该凸起相分离,钢珠11通过弹簧进行套装,并设置“T”字形滑动杆7内。在该实施例中,还可在安装板上设置通气孔13,从而可防止空气被困而妨碍推钮开关2的开放或关闭。
如图4A~4D、5A~5H和6所示本发明的防扒窃拉链头第二实施例中,其发明点在于增设子拉头111,该子拉头111可拆卸地与拉柄12卡接。其具体连接方式可以是,在子拉头111上设置有安装位112,并在该安装位112上设置有一通孔113,在拉柄12内设置有与通孔113相配合插销组件,在推钮开关2底部的凸起向下再延伸形成一传动件,其与该插销组件连接(抵靠在插销组件上)以用于驱动插销组件进出通孔113以锁定或解锁子拉头111。在具体设计时,该插销组件包括插销件和推动件,该插销件可以设计成“山”字形插销件14,并弹性连接在拉柄12内的安装板上,而推动件可以设计成L形推块15,在“山”字形插销件14上设置有与通孔113相配合的锁销,L形推动件15套装在锁销上,传动件抵靠在L形推动件15的底部斜面上,从而在推动推钮开关2的过程中由其底部的传动件推动L形推动件15,从而进一步推动“山”字形插销件14,由此就实现其上的锁销***或脱出通孔113。对于“山”字形插销件14的弹性连接,可以是在“山”字形插销件14的底部设置有两根弹簧,从而弹性连接在安装板上。在该实施例中单向锁定弹片18可以是强化金属锁片,其材质更加坚硬,不易被人破坏,在该实施例中,压片16、弹簧片17和单向锁定弹片18从上到下依次叠放。
总之在本发明的防扒窃拉链头中通过转动一个或两个号码转盘4并可实现对推钮开关2的锁定,然后将号码转盘4转到正确密码后,按一下解锁开关3便可推动推钮开关2。在解锁状态时,出长力按压解锁开关3,使得“T”字形滑动杆7压实凹轮8,令凹轮8无法转动,再强行拨动号码转盘4,使得凹轮8与号码转盘4之间被迫分离,于是号码转盘4便可自由转动(如图20和2P所示),以进行新密码选择,选好新密码后,放手不再按压解锁开关3,于是凹轮8与号码转盘4又重新组合,连成一体并一起转动,就可实现自选密码。
本发明是通过几个具体实施例进行说明的,本领域技术人员应当明白,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,还可以对本发明进行各种变换及等同替代。另外,针对特定情形或具体情况,可以对本发明做各种修改,而不脱离本发明的范围。因此,本发明不局限于所公开的具体实施例,而应当包括落入本发明权利要求范围内的全部实施方式。

1.一种防扒窃拉链头,包括拉头和设置在所述拉头上的拉柄,在所述拉头上设置有用于与拉链卡接的拉沟,其特征在于,在所述拉头上内设置有单向锁定弹片,在所述拉柄上设置有用于控制所述单向锁定弹片伸入或脱出所述拉沟的推钮开关,所述推钮开关通过牵引线与所述单向锁定弹片连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防扒窃拉链头,其特征在于,所述牵引线是不锈钢线或尼龙丝线。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防扒窃拉链头,其特征在于,所述单向锁定弹片可旋转地设置在所述拉头内,所述锁定弹片具有两个位置,其中一个位置伸入所述拉沟内,另一个位置脱出所述拉沟。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防扒窃拉链头,其特征在于,所述推钮开关为弹性设置在所述拉柄上的滑块,所述单向锁定弹片的端部为倾斜斜面。
